Terrible service at the drive-through and it's never so busy that they need to rush you and push you to end your order as you're making request and adding things to your order. This is perhaps the last time I go to this location because it is just absolutely terrible. The woman who is there now told me my extra cilantro and onion were in my bag. I checked it wasn't and she made me wait five minutes because she closed the window on me. I said it's missing and she said well I'm gonna have to charge you 1.50 for it and I said OK but I wish you would've said that to me before so we avoid this. I really really like the beef birria taco plate, it's my favorite. Comes with rice and beans and small tasty salsa. The horchata is so good too! I come here every two weeks and the food never disappoints. The dining area is small and there is outdoor sitting too, but Firestone Blvd can be very noisy with all the traffic passing by. I ordered the deluxe plate and was disappointed. The meat they gave me in the tostada and taco was all fat. The broth was good but everything else was not. I also saw the guy prepping my food and then went and grabbed cash out of the register without removing his gloves. Will definitely not be returning. The cashier also over charged me. You can improve your customer service. stopped by right around 10 AM to order tacos the female that was manning the drive-through has no customer service skills. She was not polite at all. Never a thank you. Never a good morning and when we drove up to the window to pay, no one absolutely no one came up to the window in a timely manner to greet us for payment, etc.. We sat there for over three minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment, even if the place is busy (which it was not at that time) the most basic customer service would have the employee go to the window and acknowledge the customer and say they would be right with them. None of that. My husband went previously and warned me of the terrible customer service, but I had gone once before, and there was a gentleman manning the drive-through and he was very polite.
