Terrible customer service with rude cashiers! My husband went in today to order food and had our toddler son with him. While waiting in line to order or son asked to use the restroom. It was a long line and the customer in the back of them waiting in line told my husband to go ahead and take him to the restroom she would hold their spot. My husband then goes to the cashier to ask for the restroom key and she responds that the restroom is for customers only! My husband tells her they are in line but our 6 yr old can't hold it any longer. She said she would only give them the key to the restroom once he orders and PAYS!! WTH?? Ridiculous to say that to your customers and expect a 6 yr old to hold it for that long. My husband did not order and walked out. The people who witnessed it were also saying how ridiculous this was. They have now lost long time customers, and will be letting all our family and friends not to go back. And to the cashier I hope you have the day you deserve! read more

Such delicious chicken!! That marinade!! Its a great deal to get a whole chicken with 2 medium sides. We got the potato salad which my husband LOVES and white rice for me. Paired with the delicious salsa (both hot and mild) it is an amazing dinner! Since its just the 2 of us we had leftovers :) It is a small place and staff is nice. They have dessert options too. Parking depending at what time could be full near but there's always atleast a Spot somewhere. The Food.. I always get 2 Chickens which are a la Brasa, Large Rice, Large Beans Medium Salsa, half corn and half flour tortillas and I always get a Large Coleslaw added..total comes out to $53.98.. but since I always use a card I get charged Extra.. $1.68.. I had tried this place before but never added a review . I'm doing it this time because I seen that now we all go to a place because of the reviews and this place deserves it . For Mother's Day Our Boss invited us lunch and since he has tried this place before then we opted in to get food from here .So we went - taste is delicious and fresh , service was super fast and the pieces were pretty big .. Sides are pretty big too . We all share a big plate and still got to save some for today ha ha . I do recommend this place if you looking for a rotisserie chicken spot. Pretty good food. Got the #1 family pack and the chicken nachos minus the sour cream. They prepared the order kinda fast. They don't do the tip thing which is a plus but you can still leave a tip if you like. The nachos had good large chunks of chicken. The means were refried with a good consistency. Had not been here in years. I went today since I was in the area. I purchased the family meal with 2 whole chickens plus sides to go for around $42. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the chicken container. The chicken was cut in two halves. Each half was as small as my hand. Ridiculously small. I couldn't make out the legs. Review in English/Español The chicken is always well seasoned. Also the salsa is mild enough for a kid to eat without any complaints, but spicy enough for adults to also enjoy. The cashiers are always friendly and there's one in particular that never fails to greet people even more warmly, although I'm not sure what their name is. It's small and quaint, not too much going on as most customers come get their chicken as take-out. We always buy chicken from here whenever we don't feel like cooking, which is every other weekend. This is a tiny place. Used to have seating but we have never dined in. We usually just order and take home. The rotisserie chicken is pretty bomb. Potato salad is also good. Have not really tried anything else. But if you are looking for some really good rotisserie chicken this is the spot. Nothing compares to Costco or supermarket stuff. This is my favorite chicken place! I've being a customer for about 35 years. Chicken is juicy and tasty. Unfortunately, today was a bad day. I wanted to get a chickenless burrito (my daughter is vegetarian) and they said they couldn't sell it to me because it wasn't registered in the cash register when item is clearly in their menu. Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Cannot get over how well seasoned and how juicy this chicken was. Even had some for leftovers the following day and it still tasted amazing. There is nothing you can compare this chicken to. It is it's own category of Flavor Town. The beans are also incomparable and have real homemade authentic flavors that pack a punch with every bite. I live within walking distance, so I have been to this place many times, despite the bad treatment that I have received. Nevermind a welcome greeting, but the people there are plainly rude, especially the cashier's. They make me wait for my drink, even though it has been served and the wait is long. The food is ok, but not great. The only reason that I kept returning is bc I always treat people to eat and they choose to try it out. On July 28th, it was one of these times., That I treated someone from Alabama. These people decided to charge twice for same order. I have contacted them a few times just to be told to take a receipt after I keep telling them that I don't save trash. They want to know exact time and cashier's name as if I even knew her name. They told me to stop calling, but they didn't say anything about my refund. I reported fraud to the bank.....that's what they asked for. It's a shame that the service was soooo bad because the food is really good. I ordered 2 family meals for for myself and coworkers. Since we work outside we don't have have and plates or utensils. I ask the man for 6 plates and utensils which I thought was fair given that I had just ordered 2 family meals and 2 extra sides. They said the best hey could do is as 2 plates. When i asked what do they do when people eat in the in the restaurant she said they give them plates so i asked what the difference was and she said that the owner was being a dick about it . I've been going to this Los Pollos location for over 15 years and I was in shock that my total for the 2 chicken meal and 2 small sides was almost $60.00 with the same skimpy portions. I add 2 sides because what comes with the meal is Never enough! Up the price but at least give your customers what they pay for. I walked out and will not be coming back here ever again as the price hike is just insane, I'll stick to my $4.98 chicken at Sam's club for now on. I understand the price of food has gone up but I used to pay $25-30 for the same meal for years and that was ok. Not sure what's going on with this location and I know the ownership has changed in the last couple years because the price hike is just insane and the chicken is a little more dry the last couple of times but I still gave it one more try but now you just lost a long time customer.
