Was here a few months back and ordered a burrito. They don't tell you the total up until get to the window. I dont remember the exact price but it was over $15 for a mid burrito. Came back the other day and ordered a burger, fries, and drink. Came out to $19!! And the fries was a small and the drink was a small. Again, they don't tell you the total until you're at the window. Do yourself a favor. Go to any of the other similar spots less than 1 mile from this place. Save yourself a few $$$ for the same food, if not better. read more

I've been getting the party breakfast burrito (wet) here for about 20 years, it's really good! But I never had their hamburger, until last month. WOW I loved it! The devil is in the details. The lettuce is leafed, not shredded, and it has pickles. Other places have shredded and no pickles. I asked for extra crispy fries and ate almost half of them on the way home. I think this place is worth going out of my way to get the hamburger special. read more

Ordered two cheeseburger avocado specials -- no prices posted at the drive-thru, but figured maybe $15 each max. Pull up to the window and boom: $45.38 for two meals. Apparently avocado and bacon must be made of gold. When we asked, the cashier said it's "because you got avocado and bacon" like that explained everything. And the drink? Comes in a thimble. Burger was decent, but unless it comes with a side of rent money, this meal is nowhere near worth $45. read more

Food is WAY overpriced and for no reason 50 for 2 burgers and small drinks with water down coke! Mid food never coming back yikes!

I was running a little late for work saw lucky guys number two and said I'll give them a try and get a burger instead of going to Jack-in-the-Box. I wanted to try to support the local a business , the place look good. I was going to a little stir crazy because it was a bit of a wait, but they did look busy inside for their defense when they finally came to charge me giving me what look to be a 10 ounce cup of Coke and telling me $18 I scratch my head and said It's 9.99 for a burger combo and the worker said you order it with cheese. I scratch my head and wondered why they charge me seven dollars for a piece of American cheese.. also my fries were old. What a shitty meal. I should've went to Jack in the crack. read more

$21.80 for a single breakfast burrito is beyond ridiculous, it boarders theft. It's the last time I'll be paying the gringa tax or anything else for that matter at your establishment. I was hungry and wanted to try a new spot. I payed $20 for this steak sandwich combo that came with fries. Nothing was cooked properly. The produce had mold on it, the meat had a grip of fat on it. I called and the restaurant told me to bring the sandwich the next day. The sandwich was already thrown. Away and had a collection of ants on it. I would avoid eating here read more

This is a mom's and pop's burger spot. Nothing fancy. Portions are large, and my family can eat left overs for multiple meals. Some believe the prices are high, but you have to consider the portions purchased. My family loves the burgers, pastrami, and deluxe quesadillas. My favorite is the lunch boxes. You get your item of choice and it comes with fries, onion rings, fried zucchini, and a small ranch dressing side. We have ordered (in advance) the party burrito for Super Bowl, small get togethers, and birthdays. It comes wet or dry, salsa, chips, and pickled veggies/jalapeños. We live in LA county, so I do not normally purchase Mex food here, as we have a local favorites. read more

Best bean and cheese burritos with fire green chile salsa. They also have a great taquitos plate. Wonderful service as well.

I was in the mood for some Chili Verde and decided to try this place out since they offered that on the menu. I went through the Drive Thru to order my food, person that took my order was very pleasant. When I got home I was beyond upset with my Chili Verde, it wasn't pork it was shredded beef. If it would of said it was shredded beef I would have not orders it, so if your in the mood for chili verde just keep in mind this spot uses beef instead of pork read more

This restaurant is unfortunately going downhill. I used to enjoy coming here, but every time I come, that becomes less and less. Now they charge you a "service fee" if you want to use a card, which I believe is illegal. Also, the quality of the staff has gone downhill as well. I placed an order with two items...a burrito and a drink. The order was repeated to me. When I got to the window I paid and I was handed only my burrito. When I asked about my drink, the lady laughed and said oh I forgot to charge you. How hard is it to remember two items? There was nobody else in the drive-through and there was nobody else in the restaurant. It's so frustrating to be paying so much money for such poor service and then to get a service charge on top of that. The burrito was still good though. read more

After coming to this place for about two years(drive through) i decided to actually dine in being a long day. As I came in immediately noticed the smell of dirty mob, my feet sticking to the floor smh. As I was ordering i noticed that the cook and cashier were handing food without cloves, the cashier touching money then food, l also working the fires station. The cook constantly adjusting his hat scratching his head cleaning his hands on his DIRTY apron smh. The grill dirty, a dirty rag was used to clean it after every order. Two stars only because of the burgers. Won't be coming back. read more

Been coming here for years, always stuck with breakfast burritos and chile verde breakfast (great flavor for us latinos); however, the last couple of years (2021-20224), their prices have gone way up and their portions sizes way smaller. It used to be "the spot" I would tell all my co-workers about...NO MORE! Like some of you have mentioned, times are tough, but damn, just close if you have to charge $16 for a breakfast burrito at a hole in the wall place (it's the spot you go and hide from view). Needless to say, that has been ruined...the end is coming I suspect. read more

First, steak sandwich "special" and chicken breast sandwich "special" was a total of $37. This isn't a great place by any means, and avg of $18 for a combo is just ridiculous. After checking the reviews on Yelp I noticed lots of people talking about the food overpriced and being charged incorrectly. When I asked for the price check in my bill, I was given three different prices until they finally got it up to $36 and gave me $1 back. "None of the menus have the correct price." That alone, I'll never come back. Second, they have a B rating. I know, eat at your own risk and this is my fault for ordering after I knew this fact. I decided to check why they received a B rating and found out one reason if because of improper defrosting of their poultry. That's enough, I read no more. I won't come back. So many other options where two people can eat for $30 or less and leave way more satisfied than we did at this place. (See pic and try and find the chicken) read more

Lucky guys never disappoints, they have delicious burgers but also great Mexican food. We even had them cater an event a couple of years ago and everyone was impressed by the food. Food is alright. Prices are ridiculously high and they charge 4% fee to use a card. Overall, not worth it.

Overpriced and nasty, I can't believe how CARELESS this place is. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese simple right?!!! Well when finally my order is ready the lady who takes the order and handles the money takes a second look at my sandwich and tell me they forgot to add cheese , I was like ok just make sure is melted please, because oh well , it is a HOT bacon egg and cheese sandwich , point is she added the cheese herself and this is what I got for $11, straight to the trash , I obviously didn't eat it, I was DISGUSTED read more

Very Good Street Tacos Sunday, January 24, 2021 Drove from West Los Angeles to Downey to get a COVID-19 first vacination. Took about a half hour and we were done. The wife says she's hungry. Me, I can eat anytime. So I spot this local Mexican restaurant with a drive through. They had a taco special for $7.50. Four street tacos and a drink. I ordered two Carne Asada and two Pastor plus a Coke. The order came with two different little containers of hot sauce. The Chile Verde was my choice. I thought the street tacos were great. I have to come back February 14 for my second part of the vaccination and I'll stop here again. read more

Went there the other day, ordered 3 orders of their small tacos and a two drinks. The total was $50. Ohh hell fucking no! $3.99 each for one taco?! Are you fucking kidding me. Don't think I'll be going back any time soon.. ¡Hola no! No voy a volver a este lugar, mira, entiendo que la pandemia ha hecho mucha mierda. no significa que suba los precios de los alimentos. como que diablos? $ 3.99 por un taco. Unfortunately service was bad starting of with a lady as a cashier thinking she is the Boss and Owner but with a nasty attitude. Unfortunately we came here as first and also a LAST TIME ! Back in the days these restaurants were family oriented but from this lady taking my order and serving food under pressure it's all BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD VIBES. Where you know for sure you won't be back anymore ! Luckily a humble Hispanic guy was decent and nice enough to apologize for her actions . Even though it wasn't his fault he saw how she acted towards me and the service she was giving. 5 stars for that one guy but 1 star for this lady .
