I ordered a Single Guacamole Burger combo that came with no Guacamole and the fries tasted stale like they had been sitting for hours before serving. And to make it even worse I felt sick and got a headache not too long after finishing my meal. Next time I want Carls Jr it will be from another location. This place is an absolute shit show. I used to love coming to this carls growing up but compared to what it is today ya. No.... We Sat in line (with one car ahead) for over 20 minutes. When we finally get to the window that takes another 8 minutes aside getting cold food, the girl Martha throws our fried zucchini in the bag which is upside down now with no zucchini in it. She gave us the wrong drink, and the hamburger was incorrect (asked for extra pickles got nothing) it also looks like she squished it with her hands before tossing it in the bag. The food was okay, but the service was awful. Daisy T handled the drive-thru horribly, even yelling at me to go park at the front of the store. The way she treated me made me scared to eat my food or even hand her my credit card. January 2020, before the COVID-19 March 2020, I had the "Beyond Meat" vegan burgers, and breakfast burritos! I had the Super Star, Double Western Cheesburger with the Beyond Meat patties! I could not tell the difference between the vegan patty from the real beef patty! They both taste like charbroiled beef! I had the burgers ten times up to COVID. I also had several breakfast burritos, with the Beyond Meat sausages! And I had real bacon in the Double Western Cheese burgers! I went to TWO Carl's Jr. Locations to be told they were out of Jalapeño Poppers. I called this one BEFORE going, and I was told - They had them. So I get in Line and order them, and some other stuff. When I got to the window, I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Elizabeth (I think). She was friendly and polite. She handled the transaction in the proper and appeared to have checked the order before handing it to me. I was out of there quickly. Everything that was SUPPOSED to be there, WAS. On March 1st 2024 Friday I went in the Drive-Thru and ordered the shakes as they were on sale from 2:00 to 5:00 I believe, and I had the best service from Carlos that went above and beyond to assist me with my order. I recommend this location for their food and service I'm not sure why they only have two stars, if you're in the area don't hesitate to visit this store and experience a wonderful meal and great service. We had the prime rib cheddar sauce burger. The burgers seemed to be microwaved and not grilled; the prime rib was minimal; there was just a bare amount of the cheese sauce. Went through the drive thru Izabella (worker) took my order, I payed, told me to go around and I parked. I waited 30 min ! For my food ! There was one family inside that's it. I went there last week and ordered a burger chicken strips and a chicken stars kids meal. The chicken was horrible. The stars were hard and old. The strips tasted old also but a few were okay.
