The fish tacos here are so good! The batter is light, crispy, and not greasy at all, and the fish portions are a decent size. They're definitely best eaten fresh right away. These are probably my favorite fish tacos in the area. The seafood cocktail was also really solid--fresh and flavorful. There's plenty of seating, which is always a plus. On our family's 4th of July trip home from Sequoia National Park, our besties recommended stopping by Taco Nazo's Bellflower location for dinner before making the final trek home. My hubs legit couldn't stop talking about it for days thereafter. From the spacious dining room to the convenient to-go hut next door, it's easy to see why this spot is so popular w/ both locals and visitors from afar. As soon as we walked in, Sofia greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to walk us through their extensive menu. You order at the counter, grab a number, find a table, and your food is brought right to you. After a long day on the road, I opt'd for the 2-taco combo. I had to try their world-famous fish taco along with my go-to fav, the al pastor. The combo came with rice, beans, chips, salsa, and a drink or agua fresca (with unlimited refills!!!). I LOVE agua frescas, so choosing the pineapple flavor was an easy decision. It was incredibly refreshing & delicious. Since it was our first visit, Sofia surprised our entire family with complimentary fish tacos to try. Such a thoughtful & generous gesture! Yair, the manager, also checked on us several times throughout our meal, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The service was outstanding. The hubs and I also shared a small shrimp ceviche ($9.99), which was a generous portion. To round out our family meal ~ the hubs ordered the 3-taco combo (1 fish taco & 2 asada tacos), my son went with the 2-taco combo (both al pastor), and my daughter enjoyed the asada quesadilla. Our go to for Mexican. Nothing is bad here. Fish tacos are bomb as well as the regular meat tacos. Packed full of flavor and fresh. I've been into the fish burritos lately (minus beans) and it is so good especially with the salsa sauce at the table. The shrimp ceviche is fresh and comes with fresh round chips. I add fresh guacamole on top (from the chips, salsa, guac side). The peppers are seasoned well and you can always ask for more. The watermelon agua Fresca is always my go to as well. Sweet and refreshing especially in this heat. Always great customer service as well! Parking can be a bit tricky but the attendant is nice so you just wait until he directs you to a spot. I recently went to Taco Nazo and I cannot wait to go back! Somehow, I'm always missing closing time, they don't stay open late. I also didn't realize that there are two sides to this restaurant. There is a side for eating in and then a to-go/express where you can place your order online for fast pick up, or curb walk up. Parking can be challenging, it is always full. I've left plenty of times because of this but this day I found parking right in front on the street. I ended up at the express curbside and I have to give it to them, they are on top of their game! Online orders are off to one side ready to go and there's someone outside taking orders very quickly with the tablet in hand, ready to take your order and payment. The guy who was outside was organized, quick and had it handled by himself outside. My order was taken in minutes and I don't think I waited no more than 5 minutes. I ordered the signature fish taco, which is fried and it was amazing. Amazing! Fresh and full of flavor. Temperature was perfect ! The taco was packed inside a box and included a fresh roasted yellow chili, a lime and fresh salsa on the side. Everything was so delicious! This is probably one of the best fish tacos I've ever had. This may be my favorite place in LA County, period. We've been twice now and have tried different things. The first time, one of the servers asked if it was our first time and when we said yes, he came back with a free fish taco for each of us. It was in-cre-dible. The batter, so yummy. The crema, insane. The second time, we tried the ceviche and the tacos dorados. Both knocked it out of the park, but the tacos dorados de papa was the best I've ever had. The parking and line to order can be a little intimidating, but they're very efficient. The vibe inside is a lot of families around, nice chatter, and a good amount of large groups. The decor has tons of photos of the founding family and they greet you by saying welcome home. I was totally charmed. The service is quick and i was so surprised they even offered to refill our drinks when there was a fountain machine (so you could do it yourself). Just above and beyond really. Both times we were given coupons for free items to come back, and every server we spoke to was so kind and attentive. But even if they had never given me a coupon, I would come back--with friends! I may even serve taconazo at my next party. And this is all to say nothing of the incredible value here. I wish I could give this place 6 stars if I could, from the moment I drove into the parking lot until I left the establishment, I was just in awe with everything! Parking: they have someone to help you find a spot to keep traffic as light as possible as they are a pretty busy restaurant. I told him it was my first time here, and he went out of his way to explain what was popular and which meats were best. I can't believe it took me so long to try Taco Nazo but it's absolutely worth all the hype and the high reviews! No exaggeration, but they might have the best fish tacos I've ever had--everything about them is perfection and I'd say it's something you MUST order when you're here. I also ordered the ceviche and thought that was also delicious. Alongside the amazing food, they also have amazing service. When my husband and I were in line, we were greeted by one of the managers. We mentioned it was our first time there and he gave us each a complimentary fish taco to try--so nice of him! Alongside this, our waitress, Anita, checked on our table often and made sure that everything was to our liking. When we were leaving, she even gave us a voucher for a free taco for next time. Overall, it was a great experience. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a popular spot so be prepared to wait in line. They have a decent sized parking lot but with the size of the crowds, I can see it easily getting full. They do have a parking attendant guiding you where to park though, which is super helpful! read more

Since we were taking everything to go, we asked for all the sauces and toppings on the side. They definitely give you plenty of toppings; it was more than enough for every taco. I also really love their red sauce; it was a 10/10. The fish tacos were crispy and nicely battered. The fish was meaty, tender, and cooked perfectly. The shrimp tacos were definitely on the smaller side this time, but the shrimp was still cooked perfectly and tasted great. We also ordered a large ceviche. It was good, but not really worth the splurge for me. There wasn't anything wrong with it. Everything was fresh and flavorful, but it didn't wow me enough to order it again. Taco Nazo is a bit of a drive from my house, but my wife and I were heading home from a road trip, absolutely starving and running on fumes. You know that point in a drive where you're hungry enough to start fighting over traffic, stalling for time by changing songs every 30 seconds, and you're one missed exit away from a full-on food meltdown? Yeah...we were there. She said she was craving tacos, and Taco Nazo immediately popped into my head. I hadn't been here in years, but I remembered it being outstanding. Good news...it still is. We kept it simple: bathroom break, fish tacos, chips and salsa, cold drinks, and two happy road trippers after 6 hours in the car and a snack breakfast. The fish tacos were everything I remembered...fresh fish, light crispy batter, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of spice. Every bite hit the spot after a long day on the road. This is one of those places that doesn't need to overcomplicate things. They know what they're good at, and they do it really, really well. Mic drop. The bonus surprise? I found out Taco Nazo has locations in Santa Ana, Bellflower, La Habra, La Puente, South El Monte, and Walnut. So no more excuses--I don't have to wait for another road trip to get my fish taco fix. It's overpriced, no way around it. The shrimp cocktail was excellent, but the item pictured below is definitely not worth $10. Still, that's part of the price of seeing what all the hype is about. I was leaning toward 3 stars based on value alone, but the flavor changed my mind. The seafood is up there with some of the best mariscos I've had in Baja, Mexico. I have been coming to Taco Nazo way before we had our Yelpies event here to end the 2025 year. Unfortunately it's only my first time back for this year. I was craving fish tacos and in my opinion, there is no better place than Taco Nazo and also the only way to eat the fish or shrimp tacos is right as soon as they serve it to you. Rumored to the birth place of the fish taco, Taco Navi never disappoints! This location has 2 types of seating, both casual but one is indoor while the other is outdoor. The parking is a tad annoying, requiring cars to be directed by their lot valet to park due to the limited space and shear volume of customers they have. Clearly the tacos are worth it, cause no one else seems to mind. I've never eaten at their indoor seating so can't say anything about that, but their outdoor ordering is super simple and easy to navigate once you've gotten in line. I only ever get their fish tacos. One time I ordered their carne asada, and while it was an okay taco, it did not hold a candle to the fish taco. The sizable chunk of fish is fried to crispy golden brown perfection - when you take a bite fresh. The tacos don't travel well so if you can, eat onsite. While I take it all the way home sometimes, it does get a bit soggy in transit so eat them at their peak! read more

I've eaten here several times and really enjoy the tacos. I mainly order carne asada and al pastor. This time I also tried a burrito which was very tasty. The meats always have great flavor and the tortillas don't get soggy when you take the tacos home as they're packed really well. I've always enjoyed Taco Nazo. The food is consistently good, and the customer service is usually friendly, which is why today's experience was so disappointing. I placed a large to-go order totaling about $450, and it was split into several heavy bags. Staff asked me where I was parked, and I told him in front of the fire hydrant next to the main part of the restaurant. Instead of offering to help me carry the order to my car, the staff asked me to move my car closer. Anyone familiar with this location knows the parking lot is extremely congested and difficult to navigate, so that wasn't a practical solution. Since I was short on time, I told them I'd just handle it myself. What really stood out was that another customer saw me struggling and offered to help carry my bags. Even after that, none of the employees stepped in to assist. I truly appreciated the kindness of the customer, but I was surprised that the staff didn't take the initiative themselves--especially with such a large order. I still enjoy the food and will likely be back, but I hope management reminds the team that small gestures, like helping a customer with a large order, can make a big difference in the overall experience. read more

The batter was delightfully crunchy, the fish was flavorful and mild, the slaw was fresh, the white crema added a nice tang... Everything was on point! & I really loved the lemon pepper seasoning on the chile gueritos. I don't normally eat them with my tacos, but they were so addicting! If you want the most bang for your buck, order the Any 2 or Any 3 Taco Combo. They come with beans, rice, salsa, chile gueritos and a regular drink. It's 8:30 on a Friday night and the line is spilling out the front door and starting to trickle into the parking lot and street. A few steps away, the take-out annex is buzzing with people and the cars on the street are honking at the drivers partially blocking the flow of traffic to squeeze themselves into the packed parking lot. I've visited other Taco Nazo locations before, but this one is special. Their tacos just taste better here. And it's one of their few locations that offers ample parking and table seating but clearly it fills up quickly. This is a testament to their incredible food especially their fish tacos that keeps most people coming back again and again. Their tacos are exceptional here. The portions and ingredients are generous and the served steamy hot and fresh. The restaurant space is large with many tables and table tops to accommodate any size. They're very on top of everything and you're very well taken care of. They also give you a free fish taco if it's your first time. The fish is friend. The shrimp is fried. The guac is flavorless. The guac has seemingly nothing in it aside from avocados. It's incredibly loud inside and it's difficult to hear other members of your table when talking to each other.
