Unfortunately this is about the "lack of attention to detail" because we placed a mobile order and we were missing the extra fries I ordered, followed by that we were given the wrong flavor for one of the boneless wings. My family and I always order at this location but today there seemed to be an error for customer satisfaction. You could argue that, why didn't we check the bag before leaving? but I had my mother pick it up as she was close by and the bags are taped shut with a sticker of the contents in the bag. There's usually no problem when going to a Wingstop location, but I didn't have the best experience here. I came to pick up an online order, about 5-10 minutes past the period when it said it would be ready, and was told it would be another 3 minutes, so I waited inside the room. This itself isn't bad, but 30 minutes pass and there's still no word on my order. I get up to check on the order and the worker looks at the counter, finds my items, and apologizes. He was nice about it and mistakes happen, but it was definitely a waste of time when I was in a rush. The reason for me not checking sooner was that I was constantly checking the TV screen for my name, but it never came up. My mood got worse when I opened the bag and found one of the tenders broken in half, which wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't already irritated. read more

Only reason im giving this spot a 3 star is sending a friend to pickup the food and us getting so hungry to wait and coming back with half the order is annoying, the people who hands the bags should check if the full order was 2 bags and not just one. I recently tried the new chicken sandwich Wingstop came out with here and it defied my expectations. I was not expecting much but it proved to be better than many other options out there such as Jack in the Box or Buffalo Wild Wings. The sandwich itself is a good size and the chicken is nice and crunchy when you bite into it. They do throw in a lot of pickles so you might want to ask for light pickles if you're not a fan of those. What I really liked about the sandwich is that it isn't insanely dry and has a good amount of sauce on it. If you like your sandwiches soggy or very wet, ask for some ranch or bleu cheese to put in it, it accents it very well. I had mine with Mango Habanero and it was not spicy but it still added good dimensions of flavor. Yeah, it wasn't amazing but it's a very solid option if you are craving one and don't want to break an arm and a leg for it (it's only 5.99$). It tastes good and i would honestly come back to try it in other flavors. Every Sunday I come to this location, in Cerritos, and the service isn't the best. Today as I was going to get my regular order, the service was excellent!! For starters my order came out on time! I asked to speak to Management to thank them for today's exceptional service, and the 2 young ladies, I believe their names were Kimberly and Roxana, they were amazing to speak too! Here I am again years later back at this location. I gave this place another chance because why not, I love wings to watch a sports game whether it's basketball or football. And well they brought back the lemon garlic for doordash. I believe they are not available for dine in currently and can only be take out. Their coke machine is amazing though. It's like the one at theatres now that you can choose and pick your poison. Mine being the diet non caffeine orange coke. I really like the fries and their seasoning although because of take out it becomes soggy, so it's nice to reheat them in an air fryer or what not. Biggest problem with this location is the parking. Especially at night and on weekends, the parking is horrendous. Just do yourself a favor and park more near target and walk over. It'll save yoh the headache.
