I was craving pork belly and wanted to go somewhere new. Glad to have found this place! Their Pocha bossam is pork belly with a soy glaze, even more delicious with the sides it is paired with! My group also ordered army stew and fried chicken to share. The food came out quickly and our server was attentive. Would come here again to try more foods!

Came here for lunch with some friends. I've seen this pop up on yelp, so was looking forward to trying it out. My friends kids really like Korean fried chicken and tteokbokki, so of course we ordered two kinds of KFC, regular tteokbokki, odang tang, dontakusu, bossam and ube cheesecake for dessert. The service was good and everything was made to order. The food itself however was lacking. The tteokbokki looked promising, but it was very under seasoned. Out of the two kfc flavors, one was too sour (I think it was supposed to be sweet and spicy, but it was sour). The other one was garlic butter(?) which was definitely tastier than the sour one. The salad that came with the chicken which the kids usually love at other spots, didn't want to eat it. I didn't try for myself, since the kids already said that was not good. The positive to the kfc situation was that the chicken was crispy. The odang tang was also underwhelming. I didn't try the donkatsu or bossam. Overall, service was great, but the food was not something I would go out of my way for especially for the price paid. But, the place was busy with a ton of take out orders, so there are people who really enjoy this place. It just wasn't for me.

+ The Army Stew (#3 Budae Jigae) was delicious and plentiful. Wide variety of ingredients to make the experience interesting throughout the whole meal. Enough for 2 ppl unless you can eat a lot. + Polite, helpful staff. - I saw an employee drop a plastic bag on the ground, pick it up, place it back on the counter. Should toss it. + Ample parking. + Good amount of indoor seating. + Reasonably priced.

Interesting place. Braised beef was really tender. The budae jigae is a fairly big sized portion. It was a bit too spicy for me. It's not bad but I've had better at other places. I also got the rose tteokbokki. Not sure how this is different from the original. We finished it but took the sauce home. It was that good. Service was great. Place was clean. A place like this should have more traffic especially for Saturday evening.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. No wait time. We ordered the Bulgogi Yaki Udon. Everything about this dish was amazing. It not too heavy since they give you cabbage on the side. We also ordered the Beef bibimbap, the dish was ok. In my opinion it needed a little more flavor. The service was great and the atmosphere was very clean.

How long has this place been in my bookmarks? Well, it finally made it out of my bookmarks! Our daughter was craving Korean but not Korean BBQ. We were at LAX so thought - let's go towards Cerritos. Food was delish! Just as expected. Got the bento so I can try their sides and also got the corn cheese and ttaekboki/sausage appetizer. Service was great and we went a little after the lunch rush so it wasn't that busy. Will definitely come back. That corn cheese was bomb!

10/10 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings - Loved the flavors of these wings. Yum! 10/10 Pocha Bossam (Pork Belly) - I cannot lie, this is one of the best pork bellies I have ever had and I am very picky when it comes to pork belly. I love when it is not super chewy and easy to eat. This one was perfectly soft and absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to get it again. Cost - Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings $15.95, Pocha Bossam (Pork Belly) $21.95 (everything is before tax and tip).

Delicious! Loved the pocha. Had it once or twice elsewhere, and this one was more flavorful, with perfect sauce, and without being overly fatty. Soba with perilla seed was a nice healthy-tasting complement to the pocha and kfc. The kfc was enjoyable as well. Restaurant was a clean, simple large room with fun street wall art. Parking lot is large, with plenty of parking since the nearby market is closed, so it is a little desolate. Still, there were enough cars around for the nearby shops. Service was standard. I plan to bring friends or family back :)

This is a hole in the wall korean comfort spot in the Cerritos/Artesia area. I was first drawn in by their bossam and stews. So far, I've tried their pocha glazed pork, braised beef, army stew, rose tteokbokki, and 6pc honey garlic wings. The braised beef and pocha are honestly so good, especially with the sour sauce it comes with and the sides (radishes, green and raw onions). Service is nice and friendly. When I came in, they were playing Culinary Class wars on the tv, and the nice server let us change it to the episode we were on, so big shout out to her.

Pocha Bossam Pork Belly, Large. It fed 2 people with a bowl a rice
    Katie N.

Came to this quaint Korean restaurant for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and welcoming it felt. We ordered the large Pocha Bossam Pork Belly which came with a vinegar dipping sauce, pickled daikon radish, kimchi, and greens. We also ordered a bowl of rice. Everything tasted great, and the service was friendly. The parking lot is a little sketchy, but the food makes it worth it. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I've been seeing this spot all over TikTok and Instagram and I finally decided to check it out. So glad I did. The restaurant is located in a huge, mostly empty plaza, which was surprising at first, but actually a plus--there's plenty of parking and no stress about finding a spot! We were seated promptly upon arrival. The ambiance is incredibly inviting. Our table was next to the front door. There was a mix of cool breeze from the outside and air conditioning indoors which gives the space a cozy, homey vibe that makes you want to stay a while. We went all in and ordered several of their bestsellers: bossam, budae jjigae (army stew), bulgogi, Korean fried chicken, bento boxes, and more--it was an absolute feast. The bossam stood out immediately. It was tender and juicy, perfectly cooked, and goes really well with the vinegar dip. The side salad with dressing is equally delicious too. No wonder it's one of their signature dishes! The budae jjigae came bubbling hot, packed with generous portions of ham, sausage, fish cakes, ramen noodles, and veggies. It's the kind of dish that's best enjoyed right away. It's flavorful, comforting, and perfect for sharing. We asked them to adjust the spice level to mild. Every dish on the table held its own, but dessert is also on another level. The ube cheesecake was scrumptious! Incredibly silky and smooth, the deep ube flavor balanced beautifully with the brûléed top and drizzle of chocolate syrup. We loved it so much we ordered three more slices to take home! Service was pretty good as well. Staff is attentive, friendly, and efficient. We came with kids, and the staff switched the tv show to a kid friendly movie. This kept the kids entertained while eating. If you've been on the fence about visiting after seeing it pop up online, let this be your sign. Go. This place is definitely worth the hype.

I loved: Glazed Pork Belly I really liked: Peach Tea Iced Coffee Ube Cheesecake I liked: Bulgogi Yaki Udon Army Stew This was ok: Pork Cutlet Pocha Eats is a cute little spot tucked away in Cerritos serving up solid Korean comfort #goodeats with a modern twist. I'm not sure if the hearts on the walls were Valentine's Day decorations or part of the interior but everything looked cozy and aesthetic. Standout dishes: Glazed Pork Belly - Easily the highlight of the meal. Perfectly cooked with a savory glaze that pairs beautifully with the side dishes. Rich, flavorful, and worth coming back for. Bulgogi Yaki Udon - Warm and comforting. Nothing mind-blowing, but it hits that nostalgic, homey spot. Army Stew - Classic and satisfying. Balanced spice, and they don't skimp on the ingredients. Pork Cutlet - A bit of a miss. Crispy, sure, but ultimately pretty one-note. The sauce helps, but it feels like it's doing too much heavy lifting. Drinks and dessert: Peach Tea - Super refreshing with a bold peach flavor. Loved this. Iced Coffee - Solid. Not too sweet, not too bitter. A nice palate cleanser between bites. Ube Cheesecake - This was a sleeper hit. Not overly sweet, and the creme brulee top added a nice touch of texture and depth. Service: Food took a little while to come out, but the staff was friendly and quick to apologize. It didn't ruin the experience, just something to keep in mind if you're in a rush. Overall, Pocha Eats is a fun, casual spot for Korean bites. Great place to chill with friends over shared dishes and good drinks. I'll definitely be back for that pork belly and cheesecake.

Write your name down on the waiting list at the front podium and then wait for your name to be called. They have a few seats to wait right outside the door. Once we were seated, we were given menus. I really like that their menu has a lot of large photos of the dishes, so you know what you're getting! Once we ordered, the food came out pretty quickly despite being busy. For appetizers, we ordered the Crunchy Pork "Bao" since it sounded unique. Inside the bao is pork shoulder, mushroom, Vietnamese sausage, and quail egg. The outside has a thin, perfectly crispy layer that gives a nice little crunch when you bite into it. Really enjoyed these and would recommend! We also got the Crusted Parmesan Cauliflower. Not sure what's in the sauce, but it's sweet, tangy, and delicious! It's also topped with fried onion, cilantro, cucumber, and parmesan cheese. Also a winner! For entrees, we got the Chicken Pho and the Pho Ribeye. For the chicken Pho, you can get it with thigh or breast meat. I got it with breast meat, and they gave a good amount of meat! A little dry, but I appreciated that it was nice and lean. The flavor of the soup is really good. Pho Ribeye was also tasty! Hit the spot.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with bright natural light pouring through the windows, a lively yet welcoming vibe, and a layout that works for everyone--whether you're in a big group, a small party, or grabbing a seat at the central bar. Every detail makes the space feel inviting. And then there's the food... Chilaquiles - Incredibly satisfying and generously portioned. The flavors were exactly what you'd hope for, and the crispy potatoes blended perfectly with the chilaquiles. If you're a fan of this dish, this is a must-order. **Biscuit Skillet** - My personal favorite. Easily big enough to share, though you might not want to. The biscuits were next-level--fluffy, rich, and comforting, with the perfect balance of crispy edges and soft, moist centers. Topped with hearty gravy, bacon, cheese, and eggs, they absolutely did not hold back. Every bite felt indulgent in the best way. Cinnamon Roll Pancake - A standout, especially if you're not big on overly sweet dishes. It has the essence of a cinnamon roll without being overpowering--light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced. The topping (a cinnamon crumb-style finish) and sauce added just enough sweetness that syrup wasn't even necessary. Buffalo Flatbread - A pleasant surprise. The flatbread itself was thin and nicely crisp, just as it should be. Loaded with cheese (fair warning: it's generous), and topped with tender, juicy buffalo chicken, it brought great flavor and texture to the table. **Mac & Cheese** - This one exceeded expectations. Creamy, rich, and perfectly cooked, it was a hit with everyone--especially the kids. Don't be fooled by the portion size; it easily fed four people with leftovers to spare. Definitely one of the highlights. Kids Pancake- Always a good test: a picky eater approved. My child cleaned the plate and even asked for more mac & cheese afterward--that says everything. Avocado Toast- Simple but done exceptionally well. The toast was massive, topped with fresh, flavorful avocado, veggies, and a perfectly cooked egg. Every bite felt fresh and balanced. Overall- Absolutely worth the visit. We had about an hour wait for a party of five, so arriving early is a good idea--but even with the wait, it was completely worth it. The food came out together, everything was consistently delicious, and it's definitely a place I'd come back to--especially for that mac & cheese.
