Since I was traveling solo, it was easier for me to get my drink before sitting, rather than waiting for my food and then having to go to the drink fountain. The teammate though did seem very inconvenienced by this, though she did give me a cup. I think this is because they use a sticker system on all the food/drinks, but this seems like a service win to help customers that can be easily accomplished. The salad was fine. The buratta felt a little small, but overall it was good. I'd visit again for a healthy option, despite some concerns about the experience.

There are few times when things go okay and they have everything. But, it's very very rare. When they run out of items they just won't make anymore. I moved here from Reno, NV and even at 11pm when they were about to close they would make what you wanted even if they were about to run out, they would run to the back and make a bit more. I also grew up working in restaurants and it's really not that hard to make back ups of everything just to make sure you'll have enough for the whole night. For some reason Savannah Chipotle's (and also many other restaurants: Are full of staff that does not know how to appropriately do their mise en place, literally ever. Full of employees that have Nooo clue how to move and keep the flow of a restaurant. And also, managers do NOT EXIST). Obviously, the workers have worked there long enough to know it's probably a good idea to just prep out extra of everything just in case things get slammed. But noooo, they all just stand around - and then if you're ever to ask a single one of them if they will be making more they blank stare at you. I'm honestly amaZzzed at how crappy these people work. Good management in restaurants keeps them flowing & also keeps the staff up beat & in line. Come on Chipotle- do you have too many locations to hire managers to do weekly/daily check-in's? Or you just have too many to care? I hate crappy workers and places of business.
