Very chic, fun atmosphere with a beautifully designed interior. There's plenty of seating, but it's a popular spot, so don't be surprised if there's still a bit of a wait. If the weather is nice, definitely ask for outdoor seating. The street is great for people-watching and adds to the overall experience. The menu is diverse without being overwhelming, which I always appreciate. We tried the lamb burger, which was good, but the fries completely stole the show. I absolutely judge restaurants by how they treat their potatoes, and these were excellent. The classic burger was thick, juicy, and cooked well, though I wished everything had just a touch more salt. I ordered the braised short rib with roasted butternut squash, hash browns, smashed avocado, mojo verde, Fresno chiles, and a sunny-side-up egg. It was a fantastic combination of flavors and textures. Again, I thought it could have used a little more seasoning, but every component was delicious. The Australian-style cappuccino was excellent, and the Kir Pétillant was absolutely refreshing. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Everything ran smoothly, food came out quickly, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I'd definitely recommend this spot.
I was in Savannah for the weekend and went to Collins Quarter for a Sunday breakfast based upon its Yelp rating. I ordered a Swine Time Beni based upon the recommendation of the waiter. It was excellent!! Why only a 3 Star rating then? I sat at the bar (was the only one at the bar) and I started timing how long it would take for someone to acknowledge me after about waiting 2-3 minutes. After the official timer hit 5 minutes (which means 7-8 minutes sitting there) with no one asking me for my drink order or giving me a menu, I finally said to the woman behind the bar, who was 2 feet from me, "Can I get a menu?" The menu I was given had all sorts of sticky stuff on it. There were all types of wait staff around me (counted 7 within 3-4 feet of me--the place is small) so it's not like they were understaffed--they have 3 people behind the bar strictly making coffee drinks. They seemed busy. My entire time, I saw staff standing around talking or checking their phones. You can't fault them though as a woman (reddish hair) who appeared to be the manager was doing the exact same thing--constantly on her phone! This place would easily 4-5-star based on food, however staff training is in order! Oh, drank all my water and coffee and had to request refills. To my waiters credit, he comped the coffee.
Incredible Australian accented cafe- in my top 3 Savannah standouts. Definitely make a reservation for brunch or dinner- quick and friendly service, phenomenal drink menu, and above average dessert. Most memorable bite was the house made spinach bucatini (spinach flavor not even present, just delicious pasta and I got crispy bacon with mine). I've been thinking about getting it again ever since I left. Biggest regret was the "cheese plate", I guess I was looking for a couple of crackers too but it really is just a plate of expensive cheese. Raspberry tiramisu was innovative and divine, definitely worth saving room for. Loved the historic warmth combined with high ceilings and industrial chic. Can't wait to come back and try their coffee!
This was hands down the best brunch I have had this year. First, hats off to whoever invented the spiced lavender mocha - you deserve an award. That drink is a masterpiece and lives rent free in my head. I still regret not going back for another one while in Savannah. As a french toast lover who also happens to love pistachios and chocolate, I obviously got the Dubai Chocolate French Toast. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the french toast, it was the perfect portion to split between two people without being overwhelmingly sweet. I hate when these things are humongous in size and then you can't finish it and end up wasting most of it away. The best part was Doki Doki' Pistachio-Crusted Pistachio Gelato on top - phenomenal! We also got the Moroccan Scramble as the savory counterpart to the french toast. The moroccan-spiced minced-lamb combined with scrambled eggs and toasted chickpea was so flavorful and satisfying. After this meal, I don't believe I could ever pass through Savannah without making a trip to the Collins Q! P.S.: Please come to Philly!
Great spot for brunch. Had the bubble and squeak. Patty was cooked perfect and crispy with a nicely poached egg on top. Oh but that portabella mushroom with its decadent sauce was the highlight of the meal. All the flavors were complementary of each other and the Thai tea was refreshing. All in all I would recommend. Staff were helpful and the service prompt.
The food was exactly the way it looks and all the pictures the menu is limited at lunch because it's a brunch menu so some of the pictures that you see in the reviews are not on the menu until evening or some other menu. I'm told that the menu changes out frequently and that some things are not on there. However, the burger and the quinoa bowls were fantastic along with the coconut Chia dessert was fresh delicious and on point the atmosphere is super cool trendy very comfortable not very large maybe seats 70 people recommended to make sure you get there at a decent time as they probably will be await. Highly Recommended.
Very welcoming and considerate service, nice ambiance (even at the outdoor tables), especially on a late May evening when the temperature is just right! Food was flavorful and balanced. I especially loved the tartar (shared as starter) and the grilled rainbow trout served with baby potatoes inside. Prices are medium high, but considering the food quality, definitely worth it. I would strongly recommend this place! It was fully booked, when we arrived, but they accepted walk-ins and we found a table immediately (3 people).
My Uber driver recommended this place for breakfast and it was a gem. They have great Yelp reviews so I was expecting it to be super busy but I arrived on a weekday at about 9:00 AM and there was no problem getting a seat (there were lots of patrons there so it must have been good timing). The maitre'd was cheery as was our server. I ordered the eggs Benedict with ham and it was great! I appreciated the small portion of potatoes on the side as well as the small salad. It helped to balance the richness of the hollandaise sauce. I had a coffee which was piping hot but it was a little on the lighter side which isn't my preference. This is a solid breakfast spot that's worthy of another visit.
So amazing for brunch! The ambiance, service, drinks and food were spot on. Only think was that one person in our group ordered a matcha latte and it was veryyyy bitter, we all tried it. Otherwise things were great. Would definitely recommend to others and will be coming back on future Savannah trips!

I loved this little restaurant in the heart of Savannah! We came around 11am in a Thursday and didn't have to wait. I ordered the upstream supreme and I really enjoyed the flavor of the slaw on top. If you love lox bagels, I would try this one for sure. The service was just a touch slower than I would have liked it, but other than that everything was great! Our server even took care to preemptively adjust the umbrellas for us since we sat outside.

went for breakfast and overall had a very ok experience. it wasn't super busy but for some reason it took a really long time for our order to be taken. normally, i wouldn't care, except that there were about 5 servers loitering in front of our seats, so it felt a bit egregious. once we put in our order it came out quite fast. our server was very gracious and helpful, but it did appear that he and one other server were doing the bulk of serving, likely causing the delay. while some of the servers i saw might not have been working, it definitely was not a good look to have them be so visible , especially with how loud they were. the coffee was bad unfortunately, i got a very weak flat white while my partner had a "vietnamese coffee" that just tasted like a slightly sweetened iced latte. the food was just okay, it wasnt particularly memorable. i've heard good things, but maybe their dinner service is stronger. read more

Great Southern style French toast that is well presented. Wait was not long to get in and service was great. Southern hospitality is for real down here and the crowd here is plentiful. Would def recommend dropping by here if you can. read more

The place is definitely worth the hype. Hibiscus mint tea and swine time hit different this morning. Flavors are out of this world and the service was top notch. Amazing place in Savannah and you must visit. read more

Loved this spot for a nice brunch with small groups. We got to try some of the Southern style foods and this was a great twist on some classics. All of the items we tried were very large portions and delicious. The Dubai chocolate French toast was delicious and a definite try for those who have the sweetest tooth. read more

Everything was wonderful! This is a lovely spot in Forsyth park with indoor and outdoor seating. I chose to eat inside due to the cooler weather. I had the Forsyth Breakfast with egg whites and a side of avocado mash. It was delicious! I also had a decaf cappuccino that was top notch. My server was wonderful and made sure I was well taken care of. read more
Came here due to the reviews and the crowds. There was a lot of people eating here and waiting to eat here every time we walked by so decided to try for lunch. The staff were fine. They weren't rude or anything but just kind of there. Didn't go above that's for sure. Maybe they just get tired of all the people not sure. I got the chicken salad. It was alright. Definitely not as good as the crowds would make you believe. It came with home fries which were meh. The wife got the club which came with fries the sandwich was big but again nothing special and the fries I was not a fan of the seasoning. And they put on a lot of it. Daughter got the short rib hash plate. Again meh. My short rib is better. Again seeing the reviews and crowds I expected more than just a mid lunch. read more
Phenomenal experience all around. From the moment we walked through the door the server created us with a energetic warm energy that felt really genuin and had a great rapor with us. We started with some coffee to get us going. A lavender spiced mocha for me and a cold brew for my wife. Both were great. The lavender and spice werent too strong or sweat but added a nice touch. The cold brew was strong with a hint of chocolate. My dad tried to order the coffee tonic and our server actually didnt recomend it which I respect a lot and made me like the place more. Its very easy to say everything is good but to not recomend one thing gives more weight to the stuff you do recomend. The food was just as good. I got the veggie patty with tomato jam and poached egg and it came together really well. The poached egg was jammy and the saveriness paired well with the patty and sweetness of the jam. Everyone else liked theirs a lot too and from the looks of them, they were just as good. The atmosphere is actually what drew us to this place in the first place. The stone and brick walls added a classy timeless look. Sometimes the logo is very distracting in the glass but theirs was sleek and added to the ombiounce. We tried to go during dinner and reservations were full for the day at 6 until close so we actually went for brunch the next day which is first come first serve. This worked pretty well and didnt seem to fill up until a few hours after open so I recomend either reserving in advance or going for brunch. This was the best place we had in Savanah and I highly recommend it to anyone else. read more

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast. We were told a 30 minute wait and were seated within 10 minutes. Our server, Quinn, was very informative and knew the menu well. Everything he recommended was amazing and we left very happy and full. I had the short rib and another friend had the Dubai Chocolate French Toast ( pictured). The French toast was topped with ice cream.... Which is something I'd normally find too sweet but it truly enhanced the dish. The short rib was not fatty at all and was so tender it fell apart with the fork. I also had the espresso martini ... it was perfect. The restaurant was clean and very busy and offers indoor and outdoor seating. read more

The Collins Quarter in Savannah, Georgia absolutely blew us away. Hands down the best brunch I've ever had. This Australian-fusion spot serves brunch in the morning and reopens for dinner later in the day, and everything about the experience--from the food to the vibe--was memorable. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, and it was perfection. The hollandaise sauce was phenomenal, and the crispy smashed rosemary potatoes on the side were packed with flavor. My husband ordered the short rib dish, which came on top of a crispy hash brown with a sunny-side egg and an incredible Mojo Verde sauce. We both thoroughly enjoyed every bite. To drink, we each had an Aussie cappuccino that tasted beautifully chocolatey, creamy, and rich--truly unlike a typical cappuccino. I literally wish I could have one every morning. We also shared a chocolate croissant that was flaky and delicious. But the absolute showstopper was the Dubai Chocolate French Toast. The photos don't even come close to doing it justice. It's a masterpiece made with pistachio pastry cream, chocolate, Nutella,roasted pistachios, kataifi, strawberries, and a pistachio-crusted gelato on top. It was decadent, unique, and honestly unforgettable--an absolute must-order. There is usually a wait, but it's worth it. You can stroll around downtown and explore the nearby shops while you wait for your table. If the weather is nice, I highly recommend sitting outside--the atmosphere is beautiful, and you get a great view of the square. Collins Quarter is a Savannah brunch essential. We loved every moment and every dish and cannot wait to go back. read more

We had the best experience at Collins Quarter in Savannah with our group of 9 friends! From the moment we walked in, everything was incredible. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food and drinks were amazing, and the service was truly top notch. A huge shoutout to Cooper, who went above and beyond to make sure our large group had an exceptional experience. He was attentive, friendly, patient, and made us all feel loved and part of the family! It's not always easy managing a table of eight, but he handled everything perfectly and made our brunch even more enjoyable. Every single one of us left saying how much we loved it and we all wanted to put Cooper in our pocket and take him home with us! Cooper if you're reading this, you need to make your own yelp account so we can build you up honey! Also, the foo was OUTSTANDING!!! The drinks were giving first class! Walking distance from our hotel. This restaurant is off a busy street. We were there on a weekday and it was packed. The hostess was kind and we were able to get a seat quickly. The decor in this restaurant was so beautiful. The tables are positioned close together so we ended up I conversations with people in both sides of us. Excellent breakfast and and experience! Everything was superb here: service, food, ambience, drinks - food: I loved my short rib hash: the textures all blended so well together! My husband said this was the best short rib he's had. Husband got the swine time benny: the combo of sweet and salty is delectable! - drink: the seasonal syrup (November 2) was salted maple rosemary. I had it in a hot americano and it was so dreamy. We got seated right away indoors (Monday) but there was still consistent traffic throughout the meal. read more

Enjoyed a lavender mocha coffee (yum) and some juices across the table. Had wonderful cocktail options but as we were hitting the road, we had to pass this time. Meals ordered included: Eggs Benedict, add salmon- super delicious. Salmon hollandaise- also very good, flaky salmon. Breakfast burrito- large, very good flavor. Come with a variety of sauces. Egg sandwich- deluxe take on a classic. Classic breakfast- served with sourdough bread. Short rib- served with egg, hasbrown, and avocado- heavy but good. And my personal fave- avocado toast with an egg added. Beet hummus, pickled veggies, just delicious and fresh. Only down side was a hey we're busy and our coffee came after our meals were served and I never did get the hot sauce I asked for. Collin's Quarter was nothing short of fantastic. Our first stop in Savannah set the tone for our whole visit. Matt, our server was so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. His description of each menu item would make anyone excited, and the recommendations had our whole party pleased with our choices. The layout was vibrant. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again, and I believe Matt when he says they have the best Espresso Martini in Savannah because it sure tastes like it! read more
The Collins Quarter - Savannah is a brunch dream come true! We tried the Avo Smash, Moroccan Scramble, and the star of the show -- the Dubai Chocolate French Toast. The French toast is incredible, layered with pistachio pastry cream, Nutella, roasted pistachios, kataifi, fresh strawberries, pistachio-crusted gelato, and a drizzle of chocolate ganache -- pure magic. My dad had the Moroccan Scramble, which comes with ground lamb, garbanzo beans, and perfectly seasoned eggs on warm pita. He loved it! The dishes are flavorful, the service was attentive, and the ambiance makes it a perfect spot for brunch in Savannah. Savannah brunch lovers -- this is a must-visit! read more

Food was good. I had the burrito and it was filling. My wife had the pan de longonisa which is a Filipino sausage sandwhich. The flavor was there but I didn't think I needed the hash brown in it. We brought a stroller inside but there's an option to sit outside. Not much parking read more

Came here yesterday for dinner, as they had vegetarian food on the menu. We were lucky to get a place w/o reservation, we got the last free high table close to the bar. The table was nicely laid out with real napkins and the staff (on his first week in service) was really nice and helpful and had good humour. We had the halibut ($32), the seasonable vegetable plate ($22) and the roasted half chicken ($30). All has tasted well (even the chicken skin was a little dark for me). The portions are a little small and they also had no rum at the bar, that's why I take a star off. Would I come again? Probably yes. read more

Let me start off by saying I had the most amazing experience and best server the hospitality here was 10/10 our server was all blinged out and wore a crown like a king and his personality was truly royalty to match the service he gave us. I ordered the eggs Benedict classic style w ham and a matcha latte which were delicious I ate everything on my plate. The server knew the menu like the back of his hand and knew what to recommend to give us Danny great options to choose from. We sat outside because there wasn't any seating inside for us but that was ok cause they had space heaters to keep us warm and to be honest it wasn't that cold and the matcha latte helped keep me a bit warm over all I look forward to coming back here soon I loved every part of my experience here! read more

What time does candlelit dinner start during dinner hours?
Candles are lit at the start of service however it doesn’t really show until it gets dark
Hey do you have a kids menu?
When we went they had a kids menu if you asked (it wasn't on the written menu). They offered kids' French toast, kids egg and bacon, and a few lunch options.
How's parking? Is there a lot or just street parking? Planning on going on a Wednesday for brunch.
There was paid parking on the street but we walked. Very nice town to walk around.

If you sit outside dogs are welcome, not for inside dining though.
Is there typically a wait for Sunday brunch? We will have a party of 6.
Yes there is. I would try to make a reservation if you can, there aren't too many tables for that size of a party.
Is Brunch just on the weekends or also served during the week?

Typically not but call anyway to try as i don't know the size of the party. Also my trick or I just sit at the bar and i usually get in quickly and have fantastic service and get to people watch.
