    Chicken caprese sandwich
    AJ R.

Franklin's in Savannah was a great stop! I tried the cold brew, pistachio iced latte, chicken caprese sandwich, and steamed egg, and everything was delicious. The cold brew was smooth and refreshing, while the pistachio iced latte was a fun, flavorful change of pace. The chicken caprese sandwich was fresh and satisfying and absolutely delicious, and the steamed egg was a great lighter option. Such a cute spot with a great selection of coffee and food. Definitely worth checking out if you're exploring Savannah's Historic District!

This was the best coffee I had while visiting Savannah! I got a frozen coffee to cool off from the heat and decided to add banana syrup. No regrets! Casual and quaint. I considered getting a tote but it was a bit pricey.

Intrigued by the exterior, I stopped at Franklin's for breakfast. The interior is quite pleasant with limited seating. I thought the coffee was just ok; I ordered a flat white. However my croissant sandwich was really good! Not sure if I would return if I were in the area, if not just for the food.

We went to Franklin's on our last day of our Savannah food crawl to start the morning. The place is very pretty - the shop front gives New York city vibes. Inside was aesthetic too. I loved the vibe here. We ordered the Lox n Bagel, the B.L.T., iced vanilla latte, and horchata latte. We wanted the matcha but they were out (it was 8am). The lox n bagel was alright. The cream cheese was the best part about it - garlicky flavor and aroma. I don't like capers so I took those off. The salmon was ok, tasted fishy. Maybe the quality of the fish wasn't the best. The bagel was a regular plain bagel. Nothing really special about this. Felt like it needed shrimp sauce with the salmon because of its fishy taste. 6/10 The B.L.T. was good according to my girlfriend. I don't like veggies, but she took it off for me and I'd say that the sandwich was really good. I enjoyed the smokey flavor of the bacon and how thick it was. 7/10 The coffees were nothing special. Their horchata latte wasn't anything different from regular coffee. Tasted like coffee you can brew in a standard coffee machine and finished with CoffeeMate creamer. 6/10 The service was fast and the staff were nice. Nothing too much here 10/10.

I really enjoyed banana pudding latte! I also got the avocado toast which was ok. The customer service was great and the space was beautiful.

The coffee was good and tasty. The service was good and the ambiance isn't so great it is an amazing little place.

Got a matcha latte with cold foam. It is very sweet, so I love it! Not a bitter matcha at all. But I wouldn't get it if you don't like the sweet Matcha. I added a shot of raspberry in it. The service was great and the ambulance is super cute inside. Would definitely check it out if you're in Savannah. Bathrooms are cool in the back and have a hidden door.

So impressed with this coffee shop and there are a few around the area. They have some seating both indoor and outdoor but luckily snagged two seats after ordering. I got the cappuccino and an almond croissant. My husband ordered an americano and breakfast sandwich. They were super busy so it took a minute for our order to be ready - especially food. The almond croissant was nice and flaky and I asked for it warm. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his sandwich though was quite messy. Their service was great! One of the employees (don't know his name but he was a tall African American male) was so kind and constantly checked in on us. I highly highly recommend this place!

Charming little coffee place with friendly service and delicious iced lattes. On a hot day, nothing better than to pop in here for a cold drink. Cute seats outdoors too, and the main window looks out over the street and a pretty church spire.

What a great find for some of the best espresso I've had in the south! Frozen latte with simple ingredients; milk, espresso, ice and sweetener or flavoring. Delish! And the fresh pastries are like right out of a Parisian oven!

Super cute coffee shop. Great coffee! Definitely stop by here if you are in Savannah!

They are famous, seen in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. They have memorabilia and historical décor on the walls. But out midday weekday experience was not thrilling. We went for the all-breast-meat Chicken club sandwich. Fresh lettuce. Thick ripe tomato slices. Plenty of crispy tasty bacon. But the chicken was flavorless and on the dry side, with some tough bites that meant careless trimming. How about corned-beef hash eggs-Benedict with grits and a biscuit? The hash was dry. The grits were ok but ordinary. The biscuit was doughy and flavorless. If we were too late for freshly-made hash, they shouldn't have served them. We obviously weren't thrilled Well, they clearly do care enough to reply! I guess we all have off days. Yeah, i'll try them again.

When we chose it we didn't realize that there are a few other Treylor Parks - all with their own concepts. The service was a little lukewarm at first, but got progressively better. We went on Father's Day and expected it to be a little busier, but maybe we missed the rush. My husband started off with a Bloody Mary - all the way. It came with a pickle juice shooter that at first sounded a little weird, but was actually tasty. We started with fried green tomatoes. They were definitely different than any I had ever had. First it was tempura. YAY! Most are cornmeal and the texture is weird. These were so good. It came with a pimento cheese topper. It was my first time having pimento cheese and I loved it! I had the grilled apple pie chicken sandwich. I was a little worried it would be super sweet but it was not. It was perfectly balanced. My husband had the Treylor Park Pot Pie. It was a chicken pot pie burrito/chimichanga. My husband loved the collard greens and loved his meal. All in all we enjoyed our meal and will go back next time we are in Savannah.

The online menu photos looked incredible (though I still side-eye those famous PB&J wings--maybe next time!). We chose the Treylor Park Double Wide Diner for breakfast and were thrilled we did. Pro tip: Head there early on a Sunday morning! Alcohol can't be served until after 11 a.m., so the place is surprisingly quiet and easy to get into--no crowds or long waits. We were seated right away, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. My husband went for The Chupacabra--a massive chimichanga-style breakfast burrito stuffed with eggs, sausage, onions, cheddar cheese, fresh pico de gallo, Sriracha, and chipotle crème fraîche, served with cheesy grits on the side. I ordered the Brunch Nachos, which sounded fun as an "appetizer"... big mistake (or the best kind of mistake!). It was a towering plate of waffle fries loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, fried chicken, and topped with sunny-side-up eggs. Both portions were enormous and absolutely delicious--we had to pace ourselves to make a dent in them! Everything tasted fantastic, with bold flavors and that perfect Southern comfort twist Treylor Park is known for. We're already planning to stop by again whenever we're near one of their locations--highly recommend for a fun, hearty breakfast!

I ordered the footlong hot dog, and it was one of the most unique hot dogs I've ever had. Instead of serving it on one bun, they split it across two buns with different toppings on each half. One side was topped with sloppy joe, while the other had chili and relish. It was a fun idea that let you enjoy two different flavor combinations in one meal. It also came with a generous portion of crispy waffle fries, which were excellent. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food, and the prices were very reasonable, fitting the casual diner vibe. My only real criticism was the speed of service. There were only three occupied tables when we visited, yet it took about 35 minutes for the first plate to arrive. The last person at our table didn't receive their meal until nearly 45 minutes after we ordered, which seemed unusually slow for how quiet the restaurant was. The other thing worth mentioning is that the menu varies quite a bit between locations. This restaurant's menu is heavily focused on breakfast. While the food itself was good, it would be nice if the menus were more consistent across locations. Having to research which location serves which items takes away from the convenience of a unified brand. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would definitely return for a quick lunch. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and the creative footlong hot dog alone is worth trying.

Every ingredient complemented the next, creating the perfect balance of savory, smoky, cheesy, and just a subtle kick from the jalapeño. We also got the tobacco syrup on the side, which added a unique sweet-and-savory contrast that tied everything together beautifully. I also loved their ordering concept. You place your order at the counter first, grab a seat, and then the staff brings everything out to your table. It's efficient without feeling rushed, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The café has a cozy, bustling atmosphere with an incredible bakery display that's hard to walk past without wanting to take something home. Despite being busy, everything was clean, organized, and ran smoothly. Overall, this was an excellent breakfast experience. The unique flavors, generous yet not overly heavy portion, welcoming staff, and charming atmosphere make Goose Feathers an easy recommendation. I'd absolutely come back to work my way through more of the menu and bakery offerings.

On this visit, we sat outside, and while the outdoor seating does expose you to nature and some insects, the restaurant does fan the area well, even offering table top fans to keep the flies away. The entree I ordered was overall decent, a crab cake Benedict with a side salad - I'm confident if I lived in the area I would find a standard go-to order that would be even better. It was accompanied by a Savannah banana iced coffee which truly hit the spot on a warm day. While the restaurant does have its own parking lot, it does appear to fill up quickly - there's plenty of paid parking available around the park, and for our purposes it gave us a good reason to walk around the park before our meal, and again to walk off our lunch afterwards. Pricing is reasonable at about $25 per person, obviously it can get much pricier depending on whether you're just stopping in or you're making a longer experience of your visit.
