This was such a cute breakfast spot in a gorgeous townhome! Limited seating but we grabbed a table by the window. I got the breakfast panini which was delicious and the harissa sauce added a lot. Beautifully restored historic house across from the gorgeous St. John Cathedral serving authentic Belgium waffles and specialty coffee. Both savory and sweet unique waffle toppings, but my favorite is the Croque Monsieur (smoked ham, melted Swiss, black pepper bechamel). Would recommend visiting on a weekday if you can, it's quite small, but all food is served to go so you can enjoy it in a nearby park. Very relaxed and friendly vibe. They have a seasonal coffee menu with fun twists like the summer "Fruity Pebble" iced coffee. Lots of different teas and sustainable, globally sourced chocolate bars to shop while you wait. I really appreciate they make housemade syrups - every other coffee place went to in Savannah had torani syrups which are bad and annoy me as it feels like a ripoff lol. Just be wary the line for this place was LONG and it is very small inside, so lots of people to navigate as you wait in line. I waited about 20-25 min in line. But I got my drink right away (within 2 minutes) and my food within like 5-6 minutes. So worth it. Not a ton of seating so maybe you want to take it to go. read more

The employee working the order counter was super helpful! You'll order at the counter, they'll call your name for order counter pick up, and you find a spot to dine inside or at the limited outside seating. My Lemon Zinger waffle was sooooo yummy! This Lemon Lavender Curd Crème with house made raspberry & cardamom jam was tart, not too sweet and wonderful. The Belgian style waffle had lovely bits of crunch from the sugar. I was so excited to come back to Savannah just for these waffles. I honestly don't think I've ever had something quite like the heavily-topped Belgian waffles. We stopped for breakfast around 9:30 on Labor Day. The place was packed but by the time our food was ready we were able to score one of the tables. Note all the seating is outside since most people seemed to use the inside room to wait for their coffee orders. We got the Unicorn Mane and the Cafe Miel both of which were delicious. I loved the added touch of the rose petals on the Unicorn Mane and the fact that the plastic cup and straw were compostable. Good job, Mirabelle! We also ordered the ricotta toast waffle with their raspberry cardamom jam and the peach cobbler waffle. The ricotta was so creamy and delicious I forgot it was ricotta and thought it was whipped cream. Despite the jam, it was not overly sweet. The peach cobbler waffle was sweeter and tasted good as well. Truthfully, the ricotta waffle is the one that will have me trying to convince my hubby we should return to Savannah. This small cafe had some charm. It also had a lot of sweets. Among the niche brand chocolates they had on display were some interesting holiday chocolates on sale, so I made an unplanned purchase. The peach cobbler waffle I came for was more peaches than waffle, not that this is the worst thing in the world. The waffle itself was thick and had delectably pearled sugar, while the peaches and streusel were also quite sweet. They warned me that my matcha would be unsweetened, which I said was fine. I needed some bitterness to balance things out. It's a counter service kind of place, and I was a bit miffed that they had all disposable utensils and cups. They did have sparkling water on tap though.
