Parfait, cheesy grits, and biscuits & gravy. Good southern breakfast!

Excellent breakfast! First time we tried grits we actually liked. They had great flavor and texture. Loved the parfait...fresh, balanced ingredients of fruit, granola and yogurt perfectly. We ate outside and it was lovely.

Very nice breakfast spot. The location is easily accessible and the decor is friendly but not overly fancy. The food is plentiful in proportion sizes and the options available make it very hard to choose just one thing. Our server Leah, was attentive and ensured we were taken care of. I would ask for her if you're here because she was that nice to us. If you're looking for a nice breakfast/lunch location in the Savannah area this is an easy choice

Found a nice breakfast spot near our hotel. Tried the poblano Benedict (eggs Benedict, but topped with their poblano soup) with a side of grits. The food was great :) Service was nice and friendly.

I found this restaurant on Yelp, and it was a short walk from my hotel. We dined here twice while in Savannah. The first day that we tried it, it was kind of slow. We were seated immediately, and had the pleasure of having Ian as our server ( I hope I spelled his name correctly). The service was timely, food was fresh and tasty and priced appropriately. My girls raved about the food. I was impressed that they served Turkey Bacon. This is huge for me because some establishments don't. I am allergic to pork, and I don't eat chicken, so it's nice to enjoy comfort food when I can. The food and service were so good, that we came back on our last day with my spouse. Saturday was a bit lively. Completely different than Thursday. Again, we were seated almost immediately. This time we had Kylie as our server. ( Again, I hope that I am spelling her name correctly). She was a ROCKSTAR. Very kind, upbeat, joyful and attentive. She did a great job with checking in on my family and me. Again, the food was a hit. Super delicious! The ambiance was very artistic, but it felt very homey. I was very impressed to see how busy they were, and they still provided excellent service and food. Please dine and enjoy.

Great experience. The poblano Benedict and biscuits and gravy were very good. Ashley was a great waitress and offered up great suggestions. The buttermilk pancake is with the calories! Nice clean atmosphere.

The Just Bubba - highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed breakfast at J Christopher's one morning while visiting Savannah. We'd eaten at the one in Smyrna, GA when we lived there, and had forgotten how much we enjoyed their eclectic menu! I had The Traditional with scrambled eggs with cheddar, bacon, grits, and an English muffin. The eggs were perfectly cheesy and yummy. The grits were the stoneground type, and perfectly seasoned. My husband had the Just Bubba, with scrambled eggs with cheddar, sausage gravy, roasted potatoes, and a biscuit. He especially loved the slightly crispy biscuit with the gravy! We'd definitely return.

Our table ordered the regular French toast, fruit plate, shrimp and grits as well as the banana pecan French toast. Everything thing was delicious! The banana pecan French toast is banana nut bread French toast topped with bananas, pecans and whipped cream. So yummy! The shrimp and grits are different but definitely a must have!!! The shrimp and sausage are cooked perfectly and the gravy has just enough and not too much spice! Our server Lisa was friendly and recommended menu items for us as well. The art is so cute! We came with our dog and are happy that we chose this place because it's so dog friendly! They seated us outside and just about every table had a dog at it. They also have a couple dog friendly menu items you can order for your pup. As a self-proclaimed cinnamon roll connoisseur, I wanted to try theirs, and I'd give it a 6/10. Good but nothing to write home about. The eggs Benny was decent. Service was great.

What a great experience and service at this restaurant. We sat outside with our pet, the waitress was very attentive, personal and nice. Breakfast options were great and there is even an option for dogs. We enjoy our food, the are and sighting was beautiful. We would come back to this restaurant.

Omg SO GOOD!!! Best little breakfast diner in Savannah. Has really cool art everywhere inside and plenty of tables and booths. Couldn't decide what to get from all the amazing options, but we got the Arizona Skillet which was amazing-- along with the fig omelette which was one of their specials. So delicious! Will be back for sure to try more things.

Crab cake Benedict- good but not amazing

I was recommended this place by a local and I noticed a lot of people of people at the bar seemed to come there weekly. It's basically a diner. I just thought the food was okay but nothing amazing. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing though

very quick service. just a lowkey, casual spot to grab some food! they were accommodating to any modifications we made and it was tasty -- nothing super crazy, just a typical diner experience!

Brought my dad for a father-daughter bday brunch. We were seated immediately even on a busy weekend morning. Our server, Wendi, was phenomenal! She was the sweetest soul and really made our day! The food was good but not great I had the Cowboy skillet. It was just okay. My mom ordered the shrimp and grits and said it was soupy and it appeared so also. I was a fan of the biscuits and cappuccino though! I'd come here again for the biscuits and to try another dish. Great atmosphere and location in center of downtown near several hotels.

The online menu photos looked incredible (though I still side-eye those famous PB&J wings--maybe next time!). We chose the Treylor Park Double Wide Diner for breakfast and were thrilled we did. Pro tip: Head there early on a Sunday morning! Alcohol can't be served until after 11 a.m., so the place is surprisingly quiet and easy to get into--no crowds or long waits. We were seated right away, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. My husband went for The Chupacabra--a massive chimichanga-style breakfast burrito stuffed with eggs, sausage, onions, cheddar cheese, fresh pico de gallo, Sriracha, and chipotle crème fraîche, served with cheesy grits on the side. I ordered the Brunch Nachos, which sounded fun as an "appetizer"... big mistake (or the best kind of mistake!). It was a towering plate of waffle fries loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, fried chicken, and topped with sunny-side-up eggs. Both portions were enormous and absolutely delicious--we had to pace ourselves to make a dent in them! Everything tasted fantastic, with bold flavors and that perfect Southern comfort twist Treylor Park is known for. We're already planning to stop by again whenever we're near one of their locations--highly recommend for a fun, hearty breakfast!

Open only until 2:00 PM, if you're looking for breakfast, brunch or lunch, this is the place to be. Arriving at just about noon, the place was packed, but not unpleasantly so, with customers that quickly moved through the ordering process, past the register, and to the ample seating, of their own choosing (with limited outdoor seating available; but not preferable at the time, due to the spotty showers that also choose to attend). Beverages are provided as payment is being made, leaving no thirst unquenched. Needless to say, seating is immediate. With a cup of rich, flavorful, house blend coffee in hand, my daughter, Son in Law, and I found a seat with a great view of the market activities happening outside only moments before our meals were served. The Italian Panini, chock full of succulent mildly spicy meats and lettuce, covered proportionately with dressing (yes, I was given my own bite size sample) , was my daughter's choice; a visually appealing (although not personally sampled) breakfast platter was the pick of the day for my Son in Law; and, Salmon BLT, composed of one thick, juicy piece of salmon, bursting with flavor, accented by a slice of smokey bacon atop a crisp bed of lettuce, slathered in a mild, but tasty, mustard based sauce, between two halves of a soft , flakey, croissant that more than rivaled the size of an average hamburger bun, was my choice. It did not disappoint. At just under $45.00, before tip, all of this seemed like a bargain. If there could be a downside to this experience, and I would say there couldn't be, it would be that, when visiting Savanah, choosing the place to eat jus became a bit more difficult, with Goose Feathers now in contention.
