Fun place to eat with unique dishes. We started with PB&J wings. So good. Peanut butter sauce with pecans. Peach jelly on the side. Such a great combo. The wings were cooked perfect. These are a must try if you like wings. Chicken and pancake tacos were delicious. Pancakes had a touch of sweetness. Fried chicken inside with a spicy mayo. Topped with a strawberry salsa that worked well. 3 of these were very filling. Fun and very good. Son had the double wide footlong. Topped with sloppy Joe. After that the 2 sides were different. One had fried banana peppers. The other side more classic with toppings. Son said it was really good. Others had the ahi tuna salad. Tuna was perfectly rare. Salad was good and the wasabi dressing had great flavor without being too spicy. Service was quick even though jam packed. Also very friendly. read more

Treylor Park was probably exactly what we needed at 11:30 at night. It's somewhere between a diner and a sports bar, but the decor is what makes it. The whole place is designed to feel like the inside of a trailer--spray-painted antique chandeliers, old pictures of different trailer parks, and random little details everywhere. It's kitschy, but very intentional, and honestly pretty cool. We came in late after a 4h drive into town after work, and the staff was still super friendly and accommodating. No "we're about to close" energy, which I appreciated. We started with the creamy collard dip, which is basically their take on spinach-artichoke dip, but with collards. Really good. I do think the chips were a little too heavy for the dip--a thinner chip would've been perfect--but that's a small note. The chicken pancake tacos were probably my favorite. The chicken was fried perfectly and still really moist. And at this point, I'm convinced Savannah just knows how to cook chicken. Everywhere we went, the chicken was consistently good. My partner got the grilled apple pie sandwich, which has fried chicken, grilled apples and bacon. He's not even a big pork person, but that bacon was so crispy and the whole combination just worked. Even the waffle fries were good--crispy, fresh and actually seasoned. We had the Grateful Dead and Wicked Kiwi cocktails, plus a couple of shots, and the drinks were strong, good and reasonably priced. Honestly, I don't have a ton of notes here. It's not trying to be some elevated dining experience. It's just a really good late-night spot with good food, strong drinks, friendly service and a fun atmosphere. We sat inside because Savannah in August was not about to have us sitting on anybody's patio. Definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for somewhere to eat late. Yum yum and yum! We visited Treylor park 2 times for dinner during our 5 night stay. Burgers were delicious. I ordered a bunless burger for being gluten free and the burger was still amazing! Fries were very tasty as well with a nice seasoning on them.We all ordered Moscow mules and extra brownie points as they were served in a copper mug! Our waiter was great and attentive and made sure all of our ordered were correct w no issues! They were busy both nights we visited so we could tell they were well enjoyed in the community. They have an outdoor patio but we didn't sit outside since it was chilly out. Highly recommend for a solid burger and good vibes! read more

The Apple pie chicken sandy was an interesting novelty but the story ends there. This place is like a long drive off a short pier if you catch my drift. Very kitschy with trailer park themes as the name would suggest. Ironically low brow menu items to match the theme but the food just wasn't very good. This place was more decor than delish. I'd avoid this place because it's mostly hype so you'll wait for a table during high season and be disappointed by the quality at the price point. Great place for the biggest plate of nachos I have ever seen... I got the chicken biscuit which was great as well. Good selection of beers and drinks with a nod to the old school diner. Heaping plates loaded with gut busting goodness. If you're a fan of fried chicken, gravy, ranch and fries then this is your place. read more

Really cute, homey spot with a great atmosphere. Our waiter, Levi, was friendly, attentive, and did an awesome job taking care of us. I started with the PB&J wings, which were surprisingly delicious. For my entree, I had the Apple Pie Chicken Sandwich. Unfortunately, it sounded better on the menu than it tasted. The bread was a little burnt, and the sandwich overall had a greasy/burnt taste. The good news is that everyone else at my table loved their food, so I think I may have just ordered the wrong thing. I'd be willing to come back and try something else. A classy joint with a name that under sells it. We visited the riverfront Savannah location and popped in just before the dinner rush. The place was popping and seats were going fast. We opted for an Ahi Salad and a Southern Sloppy Joe. Service was great with Davis being friendly and efficient. This place does get a bit on the noisy side so a bit of shouting was necessary to carry on a conversation. The Ahi Salad was super fresh, generously portioned with Ahi and a perfectly sized salad for a meal. The Sloppy Joe did its name proud. It featured a nice slab of melted cheese on top which locked in the slices of banana peppers. The sauces meat was pleasantly seasoned and not too sloppy but a fork was definitely need to manage the spillage. Serves with waffle fries it made a lovely meal. I'd be glad to return to any of the Treylor Park locations and perhaps dig into the assorted appetizers. read more

We got to the restaurant around 7pm on a Thursday and didn't have any reservations. When we arrived, what we understood, it is a first come first serve basis. We were able to find a place to sit outside so we didn't have to wait. There are 4 or 5 high tops and bar seating on the patio. It was a warm spring night but it did look like they had heaters if needed. The drinks were good! My husband ordered local beer and was pleased with the taste. The Spicy Backyard Fowl had a unique taste to it as they use their own bloody Mary mix, but I thought it was still good! We had the PB&J wings for an appetizer and what I thought they were going to be was completely different than what they tasted like. I would strongly suggest them if you are looking for an appetizer outside of the box. As for the main meals my fish tacos were very good! The banana peppers gave them some nice heat with every bite but they never over powered. As for the Smash burger, my husband wasn't overly impressed with his meal. The waffle fries seemed to be overcooked with little to no flavor. read more

A very good dining experience. A long day of flying and a late night means something quick, easy and not too heavy. This place had a bunch of very good reviews and I was in the mood for a salad and that's where we went. Not a huge variety of salads to choose from but the Cobb salad had everything you'd want. I added some Aji tuna for a little bit of protein, and it was absolutely fabulous. What a large portion of salad do you get. Fresh lettuce, cucumbers, egg, avocado, tomato, crumbly blue cheese, and of course, Aji tuna. Everything was fresh. Everything tasted outstanding. Had dinner Treylor Park twice last week while in town on business. I had been here once before a few years back and remembered enjoying the fun play on diner standards. On our first visit this trip, the three of us sat in the main dining area and Brian was our server. He made a couple of suggestions at our request and we were happy with all of them. I rarely have a burger, because I tend to be let down by them in the long run, but I had the smash burger here, figuring these guys would do it justice and they did. The patties were well seasoned and the caramelized onions and special sauce really punched it up. My wife had the Chicken Pancake Tacos. They were a flavor bomb! They also looked like a bomb had gone off on the plate after you tried to pick them up and eat them like a traditional taco. She ended up knife and forking the second two. On our second visit, my wife and I arrived at around 9:30pm after a ghost tour and we sat in the back courtyard. We settled on the Bacon Egg and Cheese Pizza, the Fried Bologna Classic and the PB&J Wings. Being later in the evening, they were out of the jelly for the wings and they didn't have all the ingredients for the Low Country Pizza that we wanted, but that was fine and kind of expected for a place that makes everything fresh, daily. I did hear the waiter at the table next to us offer the option to put lettuce and tomato on their smash burger, which I 100% would have done, if I knew that was an option. Oh well, next time. Food was great as usual and our Recliner drinks were delicious and balanced. Traylor Park is the perfect go-to option for a solid meal any night. read more

Checked out Treylor park for a quick drink and snack while we waited for our ghost tour. Able to walk in and be seated, quick and friendly service. We ordered the Pineapple Express and Illegally blonde drinks- both tasty, and shared the popcorn shrimp which is served on top of cheese popcorn. Creative and a tasty snack. Came here for lunch during the week and I was one of the first patrons at the restaurant. I loved all of the super unique menu items. I wish I could've tried them all. I decided on the tuna pizza and it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. It was so unique and delicious, while all the flavors went together perfectly. We made a stop at Trelor Park, and it was covered in air stream camper decor as well as old radios and items. The bartender we had was Mychaela. She was absolutely fabulous and provided great recommendations. We started with the deep-fried avocado, and omg if you love avocado this is a must try. The sauce complemented the warm flaky crust and the buttery avocado center. The fried egg rolls were next to try and these were very good with the sauce. Really good brunch spot. We went around 11/12 on a Monday, right before the lunch rush. We sat outside since it was nice but the tables are very close together and can get crowded fast. The bartender outside was attentive and friendly! They are dog friendly on the patio as well. I got the pickle Bloody Mary and shrimp and grit tacos with corn tortillas (gluten free). Both were very good! I didn't love the bread and butter gherkin on the Bloody Mary however... not with dill pickle juice! My boyfriend got the breakfast pizza (also gluten free). It was really good too but I think the eggs should've been cracked on the pizza and cooked with it, not just placed on top sunny side. I enjoyed it all and the atmosphere - great spot. Loved this place! We were just passing through Savannah and decided to stop for a quick bite and a vibe check. I'd seen a bunch of glowing reviews and fully expected the usual "overhyped disappointment"... but nope. This place actually delivers. We split the chicken pancakes and the "nachos." The pancakes did get a little soft the longer they sat--but, I mean, they're pancakes, not magic. Still tasted incredible, and that orange sauce situation? Absolute fire. The nachos were a whole adventure--pickles, bacon, and other fun surprises. Sure, it was all technically listed on the menu, but it was way more entertaining to just dig in and discover everything as we went. Got into Savannah late at night and needed some food. SO glad we found this gem amidst many other riverside restaurants that were all closed. Sat on the back heated patio to watch the game and we were comfortable in our jackets despite it being 40ish outside. Service was fast and friendly. The rainbow Christmas lights were beautiful! Food was excellent. Miyagi tacos were made GF for me. Husband had the smash burger on Texas toast. So much flavor, enjoyed every bite. The Fried Banana Pepper Rings are one of the best appetizers I've had, unique and flavorful, I enjoyed them much more then other fried apps. Our server recommended the Southern Sloppy Joe which ended up being good, especially since it had been years since I last had a sloppy joe. They had several good local beers on tap, and a seperate bar on the patio which is nice. I really liked the decor throughout the restaurant, very clever and fun theme. I sincerely regret saving this draft years ago and not returning to it - because this place is amazing. Here's the deal with Taylor Park: it's not just a catchy name, they have a seriously unique and well-thought-out menu with some dishes that will surprise you. Tell me one other place that serves you pancakes with fried chicken and strawberry salsa (see photo) - yes you read that right. Or how about a deep-fried pot pie or peanut butter and jelly chicken wings? (Yes, you read that right too) Their website says "dine on a different frequency"....couldn't have said it better. A quick update to my last review. This place still has a great vibe and I love returning whenever in Savannah. However, I have a new favorite on the menu ... the Southern Sloppy Joe. Yup, I decided to go old school one day and try this, and boy, I am happy I did! It was, of course, all messy and falling apart, but the flavors were sooooo good!!! And when you're done with the sandwich, you can use the waffle fries to scoop up everything that fell out. Perfect! Pair it with a beer of your choice, and you have a great meal! Treylor Park has several locations in Savannah for a reason. The food portions are large, have unique options on American food, and sauces are hefty. For my date and I, the two appetizers were big enough to be entrees and had plenty of flavor. The service was excellent and food came out quick (sometime under 10 minutes). There was little to critique of this place. This location is continent with it being on West Bay Street. If you are visiting and staying near the Hilton/IHG hotels, this location is a short walk. There a lot of options for food in this area in Savannah. This is an option if you're looking for one of Savannah's known restaurants with good food and good service. read more

Every time I go to Savannah I plan to go here but it never works out. This time I finally made it happen! We arrived about 15 minutes after they opened and surprisingly nobody was there. Service was great and the restaurant is small but clean. The menu is interesting but in a good way. I had the apple pie grilled cheese and it was great. Loved the atmosphere and fun menu at Treylor Park. It definitely delivered in that respect for sure. We sat outside in the back and our server/bartender was great. Super friendly and fun! We ordered the Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and the Fried Bologna classic sandwich. My husband ordered an IPA from the bar too. Something local but he can't remember exactly what it was only that he liked it. Ha! Our food arrived pretty quickly. The Fried Bologna sandwich was described on the menu as crispy shaved mortadella topped with American cheese and an over easy egg served with a side of waffle fries. The Cheesesteak Egg Rolls are served with a cheese sauce for dipping on the side and a couple marinated pickle slices(I could have eaten a whole bowl of these!). When we looked at the Fried Bologna sandwich after it was delivered to our table we both wondered where the "crispy" part was. That was one of the biggest reasons we ordered it. Bummer. The flavor was good but he felt it lacked that dimension in flavors and texture he was looking for. It definitely needed something to offset the savory richness of it like a pickle or onion. My cheesecake egg rolls were stuffed full and a good option if you are looking for an appetizer that can qualify as a dinner entree. I was completely stuffed afterwards and like I mentioned earlier, those pickles were phenomenal! Since we were just passing through for one night in Savannah our time was limited for trying new places. Next time I visit, I'll have to plan to stay for a few more days. What a terrific find! There are a few restaurants under this name, but all are interesting and serve quality food. We had a Cobb salad, which was more than enough for two people to split. We added chicken, and it could have been a meal in itself. We also had a surprising appetizer, creamed collard dip, which was an elevated spinach dip. House-made chips accompanied it, which is something that is shared but tasted wonderful. We also tried a blast from the past, A fried Balogn sandwich. They had a bar for those adult beverages as well. The decor is fun and vibrant in all the restaurants. We also ate at Hitch. We did not get to Pizza in our travels, but people at our hotel who went said it was really a good value and just as fun with great staff. people. Service was phenomenal, however the apple pie chicken sandwich was sub-par. The chicken is fried and dry, there are hardly any apples on the sandwich instead. The flavor is lacking. The waffle fries that come with the sandwich were ok unfortunately when they got cold they became so hard they were inedible. The apps we had were the best part of the dinner. We got the banana pepper rings which I highly recommend and the avocado fries. The avocado fries were definitely different. The atmosphere is retro 1980s movies playing on the tvs and a mix of 80s music playing in the background. I won't throw in the towel yet with them, I will do another meal in the future and make my final decision.
