    Steak omelette and hash browns.
    Chasiti P.

I have been putting off trying out this place because it's 5 minutes from my house and if I really liked it I would be here all the time. Well they got me. Stopped in for breakfast this morning and was not disappointed. The mini muffins with the whipped honey butter were a great starter. The steak omelet was delicious. Definitely coming back for that. It was very busy so I sat at the bar and the staff were super nice and attentive. Can't wait to try the outdoor area when it warms up again.

Burnt scrambled eggs (!) and deep fried squares of "hash browns".

Eggs were burnt and hash browns were repulsive deep friend squares. True offal. How hard is it to scramble eggs? We will not be back.

The kindest staff with great recommendations! Got the seasonal latte and it was delicious along with a order of the fried donuts they were amazing! Came with a strawberry glaze that was so fresh and yummy!

Ok so years ago when I lived in Georgia shortly before we moved I went to a Yelp event at auspicious bakery where we had a chance to try multiple pastries this was way back when they had their original bakery location and were open a few days a week. I've been following their journey ever since because the pastries I got were truly phenomenal- I felt like I was eating at a bakery in Europe. So flash forward to this week we finally had a chance to visit Savannah again and off course I had to check out auspicious but knowing they just opened their restaurant Bread and butter we made reservations for breakfast for our group of 7 and excitedly awaited this experience. Now when you walk in at first you are in the auspicious bakery and omg the line was insane for a Wednesday morning around 9 ( but remember their pastries are so worth it) but if you keep walking back you'll get to Bread and Butter the restaurant side. It is so cute and gives you both the option to sit indoors as well as outside on the patio overlooking the marshlands. We checked in and were seated immediately. I want to say our waitress was Sarah- super sweet and great service. We started off with drinks, I do wish they had a chai latte but maybe in the future, from there we ordered a round of fresh doughnuts for the table to share- phenomenal. Now my only complaint is I wish the restaurant menu was a little bigger. But we all found something- I went with the blt squared and our waitress and the person bringing me the food both commented how it was their favorite item so I was extra excited. A few people did the breakfast plates with variants of either bacon or sausage and eggs cooked different ways. Two people got the sourdough pancakes and we were happy to see we could order the pancakes as a child versions my daughter cleaned her plate. Food was phenomenal and you can really tell quality here will always be their biggest flex. Everything is freshly made to perfection. I cannot wait for my next trip to Savannah to see how much more this place grows and get my hands on more of the food.

Loved the mini complimentary muffins and the butter served with them. Ordered the side of sausage and whatever the maple syrup has in it to dip the sausage was magical and delicious. Service was good and ambiance is fine- I like that there is a bakery and take out items available at the front entrance. I ordered the Shakshuka and although a miss for me in that it is really more like a tomato puree vs stewed tomatoes I still enjoyed it- I think the dish warrants 2 poached eggs vs 1. My friend ordered the BLT - the bacon was great the fries could have been hotter.

Good service , excellent VEGAN Bloody Mary ( and it's hard to admit, better than mine!). And they even veganized my Shashuka! Whole space was designed really well. Employees def work as a team. Looking forward to returning soon!

Regular breakfast with cheese grits. It was really good.

I got their chicken sandwich, while the rest of my family got the Dubai chocolate French toast, Bubble and squeak. My grilled chicken sandwich had a vast majority of flavors varying in the sandwich. The chicken was my only set back, it came off as under seasoned and bland, while the white bread and cheese melted together with the fresh lettuce. I also got their iced matcha latte with lavender syrup, which I was heavily surprised from how flavorful and sugary it was, I highly recommend this drink to any matcha lovers out there. The Dubai chocolate French toast was beautifully put together and delicious, shared across my family. From what I heard the bubble and squeak was amazing and was not too heavy or dull in flavor and is a great vegetarian option. Overall, the atmosphere inside was very light and put together, the creme walls contrasted perfectly with the historic stone walls. If you or your family are visiting savannah Georgia, I highly recommend Collins Quarter!

When we walked in, the hostesses greeted us with a smile and sat us right away. We were in a bit of a rush and our server, I believe her name was Abby, was wonderful. I had the asparagus salad and she had the fish and chips. Both were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back here.

We both decided to get eggs Benedict, his was the Florentine with spinach and Canadian bacon, mine was the corned beef hash (made in-house!). We both had grits as a side since that was never available even in grocery stores our two and a half years living in Belize. Our orders were received promptly and were delicious. I guess the grits were made from unbleached corn(?), they weren't white. My husband also bought a HUGE eclair to go. They had a refrigerated case full of delectable desserts. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The ambience is casual Savannah, no mistaking where you are. We will be back for lunch eventually.

They are famous, seen in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. They have memorabilia and historical décor on the walls. But out midday weekday experience was not thrilling. We went for the all-breast-meat Chicken club sandwich. Fresh lettuce. Thick ripe tomato slices. Plenty of crispy tasty bacon. But the chicken was flavorless and on the dry side, with some tough bites that meant careless trimming. How about corned-beef hash eggs-Benedict with grits and a biscuit? The hash was dry. The grits were ok but ordinary. The biscuit was doughy and flavorless. If we were too late for freshly-made hash, they shouldn't have served them. Oh well. You may fare better. Sorry to say, but our experience was overpriced pedestrian food living off their past reputation... On the plus side, they clearly do care! Yeah, i'll try them again.

The online menu photos looked incredible (though I still side-eye those famous PB&J wings--maybe next time!). We chose the Treylor Park Double Wide Diner for breakfast and were thrilled we did. Pro tip: Head there early on a Sunday morning! Alcohol can't be served until after 11 a.m., so the place is surprisingly quiet and easy to get into--no crowds or long waits. We were seated right away, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. My husband went for The Chupacabra--a massive chimichanga-style breakfast burrito stuffed with eggs, sausage, onions, cheddar cheese, fresh pico de gallo, Sriracha, and chipotle crème fraîche, served with cheesy grits on the side. I ordered the Brunch Nachos, which sounded fun as an "appetizer"... big mistake (or the best kind of mistake!). It was a towering plate of waffle fries loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, fried chicken, and topped with sunny-side-up eggs. Both portions were enormous and absolutely delicious--we had to pace ourselves to make a dent in them! Everything tasted fantastic, with bold flavors and that perfect Southern comfort twist Treylor Park is known for. We're already planning to stop by again whenever we're near one of their locations--highly recommend for a fun, hearty breakfast!

To share amongst the table, we ordered the cinnamon toast banane and crispy gouda grit croquettes. Thumbs up on both, particularly the croquettes which were the right balance of gooey and structured enough to eat with the delicious sauce on the side. The cinnamon toast banane was not so much toast as cinnamon rolls with bananas foster; the cinnamon rolls were really tasty and the bananas foster was good, though the bourbon flavor was strong. For my entree, I ordered one of the lighter vegetarian dishes - the mushroom tartine with tomato soup. I think it is one of the lighter dishes - certainly lighter than what my dining companions ordered - but it was still quite rich with a fair amount of gouda fondue in the tomato bisque soup. The mushroom tartine/sandwich was really flavorful with the pesto, cheese and tons of mushrooms. The restaurant is quite large with an upstairs seating area.
