We loved this place so much we came back during our vacation in Savannah. Friendly staff, great burgers, yummy Cajun tots!

This place is amazing and the staff was really friendly. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was as well. We ordered a burger, cheese curds, a chicken BLT, and a kids cheeseburger meal. Everything was fresh, seasoned, and had a lot of flavor. I would definitely come back to this place if I am in the area.

Big man behind counter was terribly rude. Never handed me my drink cup. When asked about it he says you left on the counter. There was no cup while I was at the counter. When paying with my card he rudely said can you follow instructions. The grill operator was so slow the burger was cold by the time I got it. Horrible service! Go to Five Guys way better!! Stay away!

The kids grilled cheese was two buns with cheese slapped on them, the cheese was not even remotely melted. The cheese on the Bourbon burger looked like it had been sitting out for a few days. For what they charge for these items, I expected them to be cooked correctly. The place was clean though.

This is my first time visiting a wayback burger joint, and I see what all the hype was about. The menu selection was on point between burgers, chicken, milkshakes, and sides. The seating area was kind of small but clean nonetheless. We received a military discount on our order which was surprising. They also had a good selection on drink options I've never seen. There were juice options like mango, pineapple, and strawberry hibiscus. They also had root beer and black cherry soda which were different. I order a hot dog, with mustard ketchup and pickle, with fries and a drink and a side of their house made BBQ chips, and my fiancee ordered a chicken BLT. The hot dog was absolutely delicious, specifically because hot dogs are only edible when the are grilled not boiled. Fiancee reported that the chicken BLT was also absolutely delicious. The only part where I was slightly disappointed, is the house chips. You can order them plain or BBQ flavored, and I went with BBQ. All they did was take the plain chips and suffocate them with some type of BBQ powder. It wasn't the taste I expected I guess. The plain chips were awesome though.

I heard many good things but reality did not live up to the hype. Started with the double classic with fries and onion rings. At nearly $8 for the double burger you would think it would be hefty but this was on the small side....way small side. It was a1/2 notch above typical fast food burgers but smaller. Nothing to complain about with the fries and onion rings but if you are going to go out of your way and want something good stick with Five Guys as it is much, much better and much, much more filling.

Unfortunately, my experience last night left a bad taste in my mouth. We were seated in the lower dining room. Everything was going well with good service and delicious drinks... and then I spotted a cockroach crawling under our table. Of course, we are in the south & I am willing to overlook the odd roach here and there. However, when a second one emerged from the hallway, my confidence that this was just a one-off incident tanked. By the time our food arrived, our focus had been diverted to be on roach alert. Unfortunately, the food also missed the mark--overly salty and bland at the same time. None of this aligns with The Public I know and love, so I am really hoping this was just an off night. Might be taking a break from this place for a while.

This small restaurant offers big flavors with local ingredients and grass-fed beef from a local farm. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating along with a few spots at the bar. Service is quick and staff is helpful when substitutions are needed - gluten free bun or veggie patties are available. My personal favorite is the Rustico burger with a smooth goat cheese, balsamic caramelized onions, roasted red peppers and fresh basil. It offers a perfectly balanced sweet and savory bite. Their homemade ketchup is also delicious - nothing like you are accustom to. Also try the Pimento cheese plate - a southern classic. A perfect pairing with the tart pickles!

Ok, this is one of the first places in Savannah where the price matched with the portion. $3.75 for a slider and $1.50 for half tray of fries. Also $1 for a side of ranch, but can't complain it was a big portion of ranch. We ordered just the regular sliders, one without veggies (for me) and one with veggies (for my girlfriend). The patties themselves were flavorful, but it was really just the patty, I barely noticed the bacon. Bacon cut could've been thicker, or another piece of bacon; to make the layers for distinct. My girlfriend said she didn't realize there was bacon, she did enjoy the slider however. The fries were so good. It kind of reminds me of the In-n-Out well-done fries; superrrr crisp. The ranch was really good too, garlicky a little, and thick consistency. The service was fast and nice. We were one of the first people in, so everything moved smoothly. The ambience is very homey feeling, like I'm eating in someone's home - which I enjoyed. I don't like when a burger spot tries to glorify the inside even though they're just burgers. To sum it up: If the slider had a thicker slice of bacon on the burger, not really thick, maybe the thickness of 2 pieces of bacon just to get the difference textures, this would be 5/5.
