I discovered Culver's after reading their Double Butterburger received the #1 Fast Food Chain cheeseburger honor by the Fastie Awards. I'd never been to a Culver's, and our local Culver's isn't on a road I normally travel. I was on the search, and I discovered a top notch fast food chain, nice service and delicious eats. The Cheese Butterburger is indeed a delicious double patty hamburger, and I give it 5 stars. I opted to keep it simple with my toppings, but keep in mind some toppings are an additional charge. The red onions were fresh, and the thick sliced dill pickles weren't your standard pickle chips. A really good drippy burger! Their fries are your standard crinkle French fry. Start with the good, the service was super nice and friendly and the custard was tasty. Now the food was not fresh or hot. My order wasn't even correct the curds were not melty, gooey or hot. There is an older woman that works the front counter with the least friendly, careless attitude I've ever seen in the service industry. I ordered take out: two burgers, cheese curds, fries, and a drink. My food sat on the pass because I was told it wasn't ready even though she made almost no attempt to look. After glancing around, she left and no one returned to the front for 10 minutes. Cold food. My entire burger was also missing from the order and the drink I ordered was replaced without my knowledge because they didn't have the ingredients to make it. It was a frozen lemonade cooler and the drink I got was lemonade from the fountain. Culver's is a great chain. I would genuinely consider an entire staff turnover at this location. read more

The food here is excellent. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend their grilled Reuben. It is always delicious, hot and never fatty. My husband is partial to their mushroom Swiss burger. Fries are always fresh. They also offer soup, mashed potatoes, fish and many other yummy items. The service is impeccable. Workers are always friendly and patient. You order at the counter then they bring your meal to you. Which is pretty nice for a "fast" food place. The place is always clean. This is a really beautiful Culver's. There are gigantic live oaks on the property and they made that area an outdoor seating area with patio lights. Ok first of all this place was amazing the customer service here was great the line was super big but it moved quickly the workers here are so kind and you can tell they don't want to rush it. The food here is so good I went here with my Gigi and it was awesome the burger is so good the milkshakes are soooooo good too. But, the onion rings are even better. The only complaint I have is that I ordered pickles with my burger and they but one pickle. Overall 9.5/10!! The ambiance here is great the place is a little loud but loud enough that you can hear. We decided to try Culver's for the first time today. Here are our overall thoughts: I decided to get the sourdough melt. As fresh as it was, it lacked flavor. Which seems to be a repeated thing throughout this chain. The quality of meat was good, it just lacked flavor. On the other hand their cheese curds are a MUST have because they were a really high quality. As for the chicken sandwich it came with no mayonnaise. But the chicken alone was very juicy and fresh. All the produce used in the food was fresh. My husband would suggest more seasoning to the fries, as for myself I don't like a lot of salt on my fries, so they were made to my liking. The bacon deluxe burger was also really fresh, but lacked the taste to put it over the edge. But to add to the fresh produce the cheese tasted very artificial. All in all, my husband gives this place a 4/5 and I give this place a 5/5. read more
