The service is always great. The employees are wonderful. but, you should probably just skip this location for breakfast unless you want a paper thin piece of chicken. They do this to me constantly at first I thought it was because I had a female name on the app and they were giving me a smaller portion. So I changed my name to my husband's name and no, they still give me an absolutely paper thin piece of chicken. At its price point, this is ridiculous. Chick-fil-A overall is great at resolving issues so I usually wouldn't complain, but this has happened to me one too many times. read more

This location always seems to be super fast with your items and the customer service is always top notch. I like the remodel, but it is odd that you can no longer go inside. Sometimes it's alot more convenient to run in and grab your order instead of waiting in another line for someone to provide you with your items. Overall, no complaints. read more

Worst service of any Chick-fil-a in the Savannah area. Easily will have 6 cars waiting at the end of the drive thru because they aren't efficient. At least 90% of our orders are missing something as well. Also, Received a wad of raw chicken in the middle of a clump of nuggets in my 39 count. read more

Chick-fil-A is always a yes! They have many healthy options which I love! But of course I still forever love their waffle fries. I mean come on, who doesn't love fries?!?! Due to COVID dining inside the restaurant has been closed for everyone's safety. The options are drive thru or car side pick up only. The drive thru has two lines open to help with speed. The always fantastic and friendly employees are outside in the elements rain or shine to take orders! The staff at Chick-fil-A are so personable. Always saying it was a pleasure to serve you. Ok so generally the lines are long due to Chick-fil-A's awesomeness! Everyone wants the waffle fries, lol. But they truly do try to make the drive thru move as quickly as possible. During lunch hours starting a little before 12 until 1:30 the line is very long. And around 5 the line will become long again. But have patience! The staff will get to you. I recently downloaded their app. It's fantastic! The app keeps track of your purchases for rewards. Those rewards add up quickly. And you'll get free food or drinks. Yep free! But my favorite option in app is to place my order ahead. Then to pick up my order car side & skip the drive thru line! This has saved me a lot of time. And ordering/paying in the app is easy. The app prompts you to tell you what you'll need to do. Once your order is placed, follow the prompts to confirm your order and location. Then you'll press the button to let them know you're on your way! The car side pick up area is on the side of the building where the drive thru line traffic tends to back up close to the street. There's handicap parking signs, cones blocking it off, and white signs with black writing to identify the area. The signs are a little worn now, & not quite as easy to read from a distance anymore. Once in the car side area, press the I'm here button in the app. And a staff member will bring out your food shortly! No line necessary! I've been in love with their side kale crunch salad lately. It's delicious. The salad comes already dressed for you. All you'll need to add are the roasted almonds that come in a separate package for freshness. But I still get those waffle fries every once and a while too! The classic chicken sandwich is my fave. I switch the white bun to multigrain. It's a small up charge of $0.55. I also ask for no butter. Yes, you can ask for no butter on your bread! I had no idea until a friend told me. read more

This is the dirtiest location ever. Dirty sticky tables, pee all over the gender neutral bathroom toilet seats, dirty food splattered under all the tables. I was shocked, normally chick-fil-A is clean. Also way too many employees doing nothing. They all need to be cleaning. The food was good, no complaints with that. read more

Ever since I saw the video by Carissa Cropper on her review of CFA, (if you haven't seen it, google it and go now!). It is both hilarious and truthful and I can't help but chuckle every time I walk into one, analyze and hold each location to some of her points! Out of all the fast foods chains in America that I have tried (so far), I gotta say, CFA is high up there as one of my favorites. I can't help but follow the masses and crave their spicy chicken biscuits/sandwiches, waffle fries (and I'm not even a fry person), and the Cookies 'n Cream milkshake (I keep saying I am gonna branch out one day...sigh) and my body is programmed to crave it ESPECIALLY on Sundays (even my kids!) and feel that sense of disappointment and frustration that they still haven't had THE talk in the board room about opening its doors on the day of rest. This location is conveniently located on Abercorn near all the shopping and out of all the times we have been coming here regularly for the past 5 months. We have lived in Hawaii prior to Savannah and I think my whole family is making up for lost time. I don't think I have ever seen this location "slow". Any location, for that matter. There. Are. People. Everywhere. Honestly, every CFA that I have ever been to, I feel like they just can't ever build them big enough. There are only 3 stand alone locations in and around Savannah: Abercorn, Victory (I have yet to visit this one) and Pooler and then throw in a couple that are in malls and it just doesn't seem enough for the demand. Pooler is extremely busy too. All. The. Time. However, I am giving this location a solid 4 stars because even though it feels chaotic, it's an organized chaos. Service - The staff here do an amazing job at kicking ass and taking names! With the sheer amount of people that must come through here on a daily basis, they do a great job. I mean, one staff member takes your order and then a different one finds you in the sea of people and shows up with your food! Ta-da! Whatever system they have created, it works well. The food always comes out fresh. It doesn't always come out correct though, but again, that is mostly likely a result of the traffic, but nothing major that they couldn't, won't or didn't fix! It seems that they are always short staffed on the floor in the dining area and seems like they can't keep up with the cleaning of the tables after each diner with the traffic, but if you just ask, they are glad to follow you to the table and clean it right up for you! Some of my faves - Cobb or Market salad with a Fried Spicy Chicken Patty, a Spicy Deluxe Sandwich (it makes me feel better to add the tomato and lettuce, you know, for balance), the tenders or nuggets with a Cookies 'n Cream milkshake. And while I'm here... Dear CFA, Please consider making Spicy Chicken Nuggets (the fried kind). With Love, Yoonie (I feel like if I keep throwing that out there, maybe one day, someone higher up the ladder who takes part in those boardroom meetings about Sunday openings will hear me because I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love some Spicy Chicken Nuggets?! Am I right?! read more

I was completely unaware that it is rocket science working in fast food especially considering I did it in high school. I have ordered delivery from here twice and both times my order was missing over half the items. I reached out to the store, no one ever answered the phone. I emailed customer service who pawned it off on DoorDash as if because they simply picked it up and delivered it that it was DoorDash who packed my order incorrectly and because my issue was with my items and not my delivery, DoorDash was of course no help. After weeks of playing ping pong and me being the ball, I decided to try again because what are the chances of them messing up the exact same order twice. Jokes on me. I will never order from here again read more

I stopped by after work I ordered 1 maple pepper bacon sandwich meal with Sriracha and ranch and 1 grilled chicken sandwich meal with chick fil a sauce. I ended up getting two grilled chicken sandwich meals with no Sriracha and ranch and only Chick-fil-A sauce. The girl taking my order didn't really seem to care much about her job and looked like she was bored taking my order. I'm disappointed because I go to Chick-fil-A for good service and I did not receive that. read more

Alright where do I begin. I had a few bad experiences at this particular Chick fil A . Sometimes the food is cold, sometimes they have pickle on it when I'm highly allergic, sometimes it's American cheese instead of the Colby Jack cheese. My thing is, I'm paying for it, I have to have it my way (No BK ). A young lady named Ryn has been the one who's corrected the meals. She's been able to see where the fault was and she made sure that I was taken care of properly. She corrected everything and I appreciate her for having it done quickly. I've been here for two months for work and I'll be leaving next week. I'll be sure to stop in for my final meal at this location! Thanks for hiring diligent workers who cares about your customers and making sure that your business is taken care of ! read more

The WORST CHICK-FIL-A IN THE WORLD!!! You will sit in line for 20-30 mins and receive COLD FOOD everytime. This girl handed the car in front of me my food and still tried to give it to me after the lady handed it back. Just nasty!! (I'm pretty sure she still gave me that food after i said i wanted new food... because the fries were still very much cold!) Bring the old building back!!!! Never had a problem read more

As always Chick-fil-A is an awesome stop. My mother and I went through the drive through. We only waited for about 5 minutes before we were served. I asked to have my card scanned to keep up with my points and the young lady ran to the back to grab the scanner without hesitation. Overall the restaurant deserves an A. The speed, consistency, and equal and great service keeps me coming back. Pitfalls, there is always a line but it's worth it. read more

worst experience at a chick fila ever. The lady who took my order told me it was a one way so I moved into the other lane only to have another employee yell at me for getting over. I pull up and there's no one to take my money, wait 10min for my food to find that they forgot half of my order. I paid extra for the gluten free bun for it not to be in the bag. extra to have a large fry for them to be small. never will I ever go to Chick-fil-A again because this is not the first time they've messed up this bad. read more

Since the remodel this place has hone to trash. O always get the salad no corn. The cashier who clearly doesn't listen tells me I can't have it like that when I have it many times. Then waiting for my food at the walk up every one who ordered after me got their food first. I asked what was the problem and if I could have more ketchup the little white girl kicks the door open almost hitting me. Can you say lawsuit. I know they are trained way better than this. read more

Yes it's your typical Chick-fil-A, with all the yummy chicken sandwiches, wraps, nuggets and salads. I love the spicy chicken sandwich, and also love their biscuits in the morning. Then the diet lemonade is excellent, be sure to get your refills. This place is super busy after 6pm, and the drive thru is always long. But I don't care to drive thru, instead I prefer to go inside. Decent service here, greets & thanks as trained. Orders are served up pretty fast. Inside is clean and maintained. Just need to brush up on service level for refills, waited longer than usual before anyone offered. Overall it's good. read more

Went through the drive through and got through in about 10 minutes. The person taking my order rushed me a bit but I get it, they're busy, wasn't too bothered by it. Got to the second person who confirmed my order, all good so far. Got to the window to pick up my food and they told me to pull up since my food wasn't ready yet. Alright, I'll wait, it's all good. Finally give me my food and my husband checks it, and we're missing a meal. So I have to go to the front and get my other meal. Went up there and waited for another 10 minutes since they had 1 person in the window. Then they opened up another window and the lady full on skipped me and took the person behind me. Usually Chick-fil-A isn't bad with service but this is the first bad experience I've had with them. read more

Today is cow appreciation day! If you stop by before 7 pm dressed as a cow you get a free entree of your choice! This location is good. The line is always pretty long but it goes by super fast! I definitely recommend this location! read more

Very consistent, very good for fast food. Drive in is always packed but they are very efficient at moving people thru. Very friendly. I typically I like Chick-fil-a but they are losing their way after multiple bad experiences. They couldn't figure out how to provide a strawberry milkshake and a frosted lemonade. Seriously. Top notch customer service!!! It doesn't matter what time of day you go to this location, they will be packed! And it doesn't matter if they are packed, you will still be treated like a priority. At most fast food joints, looking at the menu photos of the food will only lead to disappointment. Usually the actual food is smaller and less aesthetic than the menu photos. But at Chick-fil-A, the food looks just as good as the photos and tastes even better! The spicy deluxe sandwich is crispy, flourished with fresh vegetables, and packs a bit of heat! Though more expensive than most fast food joints, Chick-fil-A serves wholesome food that is fast and tasty. read more

It's chick fil a, so you kind of know what to expect in terms of food quality. I didn't get the sandwich I ordered online (ordered a grilled chicken, got the normal deluxe).
