I SENT THIS IN EARLIER TODAY AS A COMPLAINT... THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT RESPONDED THAT I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE SO I'M WRITING IT AGAIN SO SOMEONE CAN THOROUGHLY LOOK AT THIS COMPLAINT. Came to the restaurant today after my co-workers placed a few orders online..I spoke with Amanda the manager on duty and I advised her one of the orders online had been double-charged. She DID NOT by any means show any sympathy as to why ... The credit card purchase was charged twice. I explained in detail this was a company and we all ordered online except one person which was me. No one else was double charged. Amanda made no effort to resolve the issue she just threw it back as you need to wait to midnight or take it up with your bank. Totally unacceptable!.. read more

My first visit to this made from scratch chicken salad and soup restaurant in Savannah, Georgia. I had the Cranberry Kelli chicken salad scoop with loaded potato soup which was amazing. There are several chicken salads such as jalapeno which is a little spicy. You can order just a scoop or have it on a croissant or bagel. Today there were three soups, chicken rice, broccoli cheese and the potato. It was hard to decide. You are given a yummy lemon cookie as dessert. I had the peach iced tea which I really enjoyed. A great spot and I need to go back for broccoli soup! Located in a shopping center with lots of parking. Neat and clean with friendly, fast service. read more

I was warmly greeted upon entry, asked for my name and my order was taken promptly... As I waited for my order I was able to see the strawberry lemonade and other menu items that I was unaware of as it's been a while since I've been. The team worked together like a well oiled machine. Some working on Togo orders, clearing tables , giving orders etc. The dining area was cozy and clean with a decent amount of seating. I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Melt with Kickin' Kay Lynne which is a combo of buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapenos & just a touch of Sriracha all in one. I wish I would have known that it didn't come with lettuce and tomato but it was still good! I couldn't choose between the Grape Salad or the Broccoli Salad so I got both with the Trio... Both were delicious! I definitely will be back! read more

The food was flavorful and the counter service was fine. What ruined the experience for me was the restaurant's attitude toward serving men. I love that they are a female-first restaurant; I don't think that means you have to make men feel unwelcome. Women have free access to their restroom. Men, however, not only need to request a lock code from a manager, they are asked to prove that they've actually ordered something! Add in the condescending signage inside the restroom (which assumes men are there unwillingly, because a female partner brought them) and the fact that women receive a different level of service--they get a free cookie with their meal; men apparently don't. I got the strong sense that, while my presence was tolerated, they'd prefer I not come back. I don't know why the owners feel you have to demean one gender to support another. read more

Wanted to try something on the healthier side for lunch today so we stopped in at Chicken salad Chick. Nice small restaurant with great options for various chicken salad choices. I ended up with a chicken salad with cranberries and slivered almonds on a toasted wheat bread and accompanied by a broccoli cheese soup. For my taste the chicken side was a little bit dry could have used a little bit more mayo, and I think the bread was toasted but had been toasted earlier, because the bread was not crunchy like fresh toasted bread, but slightly soft. read more

We went here because of two reasons - the daughter-in-law suggested and my wife loves chicken salad... ...and she was not disappointed. Essentially, this place is fast-food, but with a truly chill atmosphere. You walk in, order at the counter, and then they bring your deliciousness to you at your table of choice. My wife had their southern chicken salad while the daughter-in-law and I had their barbecue version. All of it was spectacular, it was a nice touch that they include a very delicious and iced sugar cookie. The place is clean, open, and very airy, and the staff is super friendly. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a delicious lunch - this is the place to go. read more

Chicken Salad Chick never disappoints - ever! It's one of my favorite fast food restaurants or dine in if you prefer. They do not have drive through. This Auburn, Alabama born business is a huge success as the founder simply wanted to create THE BEST chicken salad variations. You'll find a variety of 12 in house made chicken salads. The 12 chicken salads are each listed under a category: Traditional, Savory, Friutty & Nutty, and Spicy. My go to is the Pesto Chicken Salad - delish! In addition, a chicken salad of the day is featured. Have your chicken salad served as a sandwich, scooped atop of a salad, or simply a scoop served with crackers. Calorie count posted, too! If you're not in the mood for chicken salad they have a variety of sandwiches, salads, and two soup features of the day. Kids menu available of PBJ, mac 'n cheese, turkey sandwich or scoop of chicken salad for $5.49. Catering? They will cater your event, too. I have been to the locations in Pooler and in the plaza by Burlington. I love both of them. I have tried most of their flavors and can't pick a favorite! They have multiple different sides like potato soup, pasta salad and fresh fruit. The service is always quick and the wait staff friendly. It's never too loud to have a conversation, seating is very comfortable and they never have rushed us. The only complaint I could ever make is they close too dang early! read more

Perfect Take-Out. This has always been a favorite of mine from when I worked in the office. They have become my go to food for take- out. They have a variety of chicken salad types. Their egg salad is the best I have ever had as is their pimento and cheese. Their pasta salad is perfect. Seasoned and not soggy. The grape salad is out of this world! The chocolate marshmallow crisp treats are delicious! Everything they make is fresh daily. I buy in bulk for the week! read more

Oh the place is so delicious. It is like the Chick-fil-A of chicken salad. This was my first time here and I got the original chicken salad on a croissant with a side of macaroni and cheese and I added another side of broccoli salad. My goodness I had high expectations but they exceeded them. It even comes with a little cookie. They also had our favorite vitamin water at the soda fountain. They have an app that you can download on your phone so you can start getting rewards with your purchases. I downloaded it because I will definitely be coming back here to try new chicken salad. My fiancee had the potato soup and she was also pleasantly surprised with how great it was. Everybody was just so kind and treat you like they do at Chick-fil-A. They also have a military discount which made the price very decent for the both of us. I can't wait to come back. read more

I received a free scoop promo through the Pooler Chamber of Commerce to visit this location and was very intrigued by the concept. How could they ever make chicken salad exciting enough to have a whole restaurant dedicated to this? So I looked their menu up online first. I was OVERWHELMED with all the yummy choices with adorable names and ingredients. I just knew if I went in person they would let me do a sample taste test. I was right and once I tried Lauryn's Lemon Basil I knew it was the one for me! What was nice was taking the extra scoop of Classic Carol home to eat later with a big salad I'd been saving as a dinner. The restaurant itself is a soothing soft green interior which feels classy and the walls feature framed pictures of famous landmarks in Savannah. I didn't know what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised, I'm bringing my friend with me next time AND I might come back on Thursday, January 21, time permitting, to take advantage of their free scoop appreciation day! read more

Chicken Salad Chick just happened to come up on the suggestions page for Yelp and I'm so glad it did. I got our food to go because I did not know how well they cater to kids. Not sure if they have a changing table or high chair. If some knows please post. I had the Lemon Basil Chicken Salad on a Croissant and it was delicious!! I was sad when I realized I had eaten the last bite. I also had the broccoli salad. I got my 17 month old the kids meal, a scoop of classic chicken salad and fruit cup. She, unfortunately, was not feeling the chicken salad but I had no problem helping her finish her scoop which was of course delicious. Mrs. Mary was very helpful in explaining the menu (scoop or sandwich), types of bread, and telling me which salads were popular. The whole place just sends positive vibes (I guessing it's because of the bright and cheery decor). You get a little cookie with your meal. I'm full so I'm saving both of ours until this afternoon. Can't wait to go back! read more

You can always count on a tray of chicken salad sandwiches to bring or serve at an event. A large variety to pick from!

As far as gems go, this restaurant is a gem in the city of Savannah! The food was the best we had in our while week in Savannah.

The food is good but they never get your order right and then the only option is to add you to a list but they will not refund your money even though they messed up! I have given them more than one chance! Never again! read more

Chicken salad is excellent. Broccoli and grape salad sides are very good as well. The bread they use does not match the quality of other parts. I would not get a sandwich again but rather just the good parts. Service friendly. Atmosphere is booths and tables in a busy restaurant in a quiet mall. read more

I've been on a never ending search for chicken salad ever since Chick Fil A discontinued theirs. This place has a variety of chicken salads, from regular to sweet to spicy. You can mix them up if you want a little contrast from spicy to sweet. This place is perfect for low carbers and clean eaters. It has a southern cafe feel. You order at the counter and seat yourself. I ordered two scoops to go and a drink. No sooner than I had filled my drink a lady was walking around yelling my name with my to go order ready. They are fast! They could do better with this process and have a counter that you could pick up your to go orders. I have been full off one scoop for hours . The spicy salads are legit spicy so make sure you order a large drink to cool your taste buds down a little. The to go order was served atop lettuce with crackers and a cookie. read more

5 stars every single time. We come here about once a week. Where do we start? Service: always incredibly nice and helpful. It never takes too long to get your order even if they're slammed. Selection: there's something for everyone (minus vegans) and you'll likely enjoy anything you choose. Want to try a chicken salad before committing to your order? No problem! They'll give you a sample! Quality: so delish so fresh so good! We usually get the chick and my husband makes it a triple. All their soups are amazing. Our favorite salads are (in no particular order) -Fancy Nancy -Buffalo Barclay -Olivia's Old South -Kickin' Kaylin The sweet tea is always on point, and their sugar cookies are what Dreams are made of (I could eat a box full of those) I also love how they have a quick Togo cooler if someone is in a hurry. Their app is okay, I definitely appreciate that they allow you to collect rewards points. And you can order ahead and pick up (a lot like Panera's system) read more

The chicken salad was great (Fancy Nancy) and I loved the buttercream cookie you get with it. The staff was friendly. I gave it four stars because I expected more from the mac n cheese. Generally LOVE this place food is Wonderful !!!!! BUT....BOY was I disappointed in the manager and how he handled a basic easy situation. Mother's Day weekend Special was bogo on the prepackaged food. I ordered my food and picked up one pre-made salad to go (from the refrigerator) and paid. As I was waiting I saw the sign that clearly said the Mothers Day special was buy one get one. I mentioned this to the cashier and she said I would have had to retrieved the second Free one when I was at the register. I said well how would I have know? She then summoned the manager... hummm ... he came over. I mentioned again that I had gotten a pre packaged item and now saw the sign and wanted to get see about a free one. He basically said no. That transaction had to be completed through the register...he continued that I would have to go back through the line and purchase another ready made item to get the bogo. Then...Proceeded to tell me there's signs posted on the front of the restaurant. It's just something so simple and a special they advertised just seemed to be a BIG ordeal.. TBH .. I previously noticed what type of guy the manager was when I saw him have the cashier come over from her station to get the heavy coke refill box out of the closet (he unlocked) and walk behind her as she struggled with the weight of the heavy box.. a real standup guy. Manager def needs customer service training .. it's apparent this is his first restaurant job! I'd put money on it.. read more

The food and service here is always on point! Chicken Salad Chick is one of my favorite lunch time stops. I usually get the Fruity Fran scoop with the broccoli salad and grape salad. So we meant to stop in when they first opened last September but never made it in. So back in town again this trip we made a point to come get some chicken salad:) What a cute place. My husband isn't normally a huge fan of chicken salad and wasn't real excited about lunch BUT was so pleasantly surprised that he really liked his lunch and looks forward to coming back! It's so nice to have a good for you lunch that's not fried and doesn't make you feel bloated not to mention its decorated so cute and welcoming it just makes you happy to sit and have lunch:). Love the pictures of Savannah on the walls as well. We will be back again and again as there are 15 different chicken salads to try! read more

My coworker insisted we go here for lunch and since she was driving I had no choice lol! I'm glad she made me go, who would have thought chicken salad could be so delicious and or made so many different ways?! I ended up grabbing a couple of containers from their quick chick fridge. I got the Buffalo Barclay and the Broccoli Salad. Both are so so so good. The buffalo has a hint of spice and would help curb your craving for buffalo wings. The broccoli salad, gah, so good! I could eat this whole container which is probably 4 servings!! The sauce they put on it is sweet and makes your forget you're eating broccoli. I loved the menu had the calorie information on it so I know what I'm taking in from that aspect. I was in a hurry trying to keep up with my coworker so I did not realize what I was grabbing was multiple helpings and would end up being over $20... oops, that was my bad though. I should have just gone with the 7.99 meal which would have been plenty! Now I will be eating chicken and broccoli salad for a few days! read more

This restaurant is amazing. I am so indecisive when it comes to too many menu choices. The staff was pleasantly helpful and went out of their way to help me select a chicken salad choice that was right for me. Because the salads were so delicious, I purchased two kinds. My socks fell off because the salads were just that good. I had to use a a scooter due to surgery. The manager was so amazing. She carried my food out to my truck and helped me get settled. I'm glad I finally tried this place! I've seen the billboard on I-95. I couldn't imagine a chicken salad restaurant, but the menu is very creative and the restaurant itself is super cute! They were busy and obviously popular, but it wasn't noisy. I ordered the chicken salad BLT, with Olivia's Old South chicken salad. They have 12 different kinds of chicken salads to chose from! Also egg salad and pimento cheese salads. You can get these on actual lettuce salads or on sandwiches. They also have a lot of sides and soups to chose from. I got the broccoli salad. Very delicious! If I could give less than one star, I would. We were vacationing in Savannah, GA and we ordered Chicken Salad Chick for delivery. I ordered a bacon & cheese omelette and biscuits. The omelette had the consistency of a crepe and was almost hard. The bacon was all just shy of burned and the cheese was non-existent so the bacon wasn't holding inside the omelette, it was falling out because the whole thing was dry. The grits that came with it were so cold and thick that they crumbled when I put the spoon into them. And the biscuits were burned on the top and were so hard that they didn't even crumble when I tapped it on the table. I would not have fed this food to my dogs. It was a very disappointing lunch and we ended up eating food from the vending machine instead. I know that we will bypass this place the next time we visit. read more
