If you do not know the address you will drive past it. I ended up parking a block from the restaurant as parking was pretty limited . It is a very cozy restaurant that seats about 30 patrons total. I did not see any single seating or a bar. I ordered pork chops, dressing, and white rice from the daily menu. Service was very quick, and I noticed everyone received their order within about 5 minutes. This included dine-in and carry-out customers. The dressing was the best I've tasted in a while. The pork chops had a nice seasoned, slightly spicy crust with tender meat. My take-out order was still hot when I was able to eat it about fifteen minutes later. I will come back for future visit and recommend this place if you enjoy soul food.

I also ordered Chicken and Dumplings, and I was unaware of how large a serving it would be until it arrived at the table. It was also delicious and the best I've ever eaten, actually. The banana pudding was creamy decadence, but was a bit short on the cookies and banana slices. Customers order and pay at the counter and then seat themselves at a table. Football, bbq, whiskey, beer, or wine is right on time at BowTie. And sure, you can stroll up there in a pair of jeans and a tshirt. The bowtie is optional! I highly recommend BowTie Barbecue.
