I have eaten here many times over the years. Its great for when you are craving chinese, and it's cheap. It's hard to find good chinese in our area. I've had sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, honey chicken, teryaki chicken, shrimp fried rice. All pretty good. Teryaki chicken was very different than most places serve it. It's not covered in teryaki sauce. But overall, its a great cheap dinner and the portion sizes are enough for left overs or splitting with someone. read more

I called today before placing my order to see if they were wearing facemasks in the kitchen. The guy said to me "it doesn't matter whether we're wearing face masks or not - we're just making food. We've been making food for two months and nobody been sick. Even the CDC says you don't have to wear facemasks." And then he hung up on me. Needless to say, I did not place an order. read more

I love that you can order online and pay in store because sometimes the phone doesn't do justice to the situation. But, shot out to Top China for honoring my written request online. We ordered chicken wings by themselves (order of 4), chicken wings with beef fried rice combo, boneless spare ribs with vegetable fried rice, beef lo mein (add bean sprouts make spicy) and fried pork dumplings. Because we spent over $50 we received a complimentary order of sesame chicken. I LOVE that they have bean sprouts because as I mentioned in another review, most Chinese takeout places here don't. Their fried chicken is some of my favorite for Chinese takeout in Savannah and their beef is usually really tender and flavorful. The fried pork dumplings are great too, with or without the sauce and the sesame chicken hits but it's a must that you eat it fresh. I'm a lo mein girl and theirs isn't bad, but it isn't my favorite. I don't think you can dine in here and I'm almost positive I didn't see a bathroom which sucks (especially when you're pregnant). **I added a extra star, just noticed the notes on my food (without the additional charge) AND forgot, I asked for a cup of ice while I was there (large cup) asked her how much and she simply replied, "no, it's okay". I have NEVER... EVEEEEER received a free cup of ice from a Chinese restaurant. There's always a charge lol and they never let me get ice in my reusable cup either. All in all, I recommend.

The service was friendly and fast. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and the chicken wings. I wings were fried well. The friend rice has quite a few shrimp in it, but it was not as flavorful as I would have expected. There seemed to be something missing and I couldn't figure out exactly what spice I would have liked to have on my taste buds other than salt and pepper. I guess I expected more in terms of a flavorful explosion. I wonder what some Chinese five spice powder would have done to that rice and those wings....hmmm But again, I can't complain much at all because they served enough food that was well worth the price. Another thing I would say about this place is that you definitely want to make sure you are on alert visiting this place. Do not let your guard down because you are deep down on the Eastside of Savannah near some dicey and dodgy neighborhoods so be careful! I may go here again one day.
