The pork fried rice and general tso's hi ken combo is really good. I've explored other options, like the broccoli and rice (pretty good, very seasoned - i thought it was just going to be steamed broccoli), the shrimp fried rice always has big shrimp, but the pork fried rice tastes better, pu pu platter for two came with good options, but the taste wasn't what I expected. I feel like I'll stick to the general tso's/ pork fried rice combo. This is a great place for good take out on the south side. The place itself is pretty clean, and the woman at the front that takes the order is very sweet. We came by on Christmas Eve, 30 minutes before they closed as we finally touch down for Savannah for the first time. The lady working here was the sweetest person I have ever met. We can't thank her enough for her lovely personality and the amazing food they had cooked for us. They were super welcoming when we walked through the doors for pick up. Maybe it was the wonderful energy in the place but this has been one of the best Chinese food I have had. My whole family was very happy and we are still talking about the food till today. read more

I often pass this spot on several occasions never once did I imagine that the chicken wings and the fried rice would be this good. This service was good very straight to the point very courteous. I didn't sit down and eat but once you order your food, you're able to get in and get out whether you called it in or drop in to place your order I think the ambience is lacking a little luster, but it makes the point so I think everyone should drop by and see what do you think? read more

OMG! Can Chinese food get ANY worse than the trash we ordered Saturday? We ordered five dishes: Chicken fried rice, General Tso', Seseme chicken, Hibachi shrimp/beef and Hibachi Terayki shrimp. I was trying them for the 1st I normally go to China Star III but I decided to try them bc they're closer. DISGUSTING! I had fried chicken and vegetable fried rice the wings were refried and not fresh. The rice was decent but it wasn't fresh either. Good and affordable. Love their crab rangoon although the sauce it comes with is a hit or miss. I'm not sure if it's made in house or bottled but it's tasted off on more than one occasion. Also they tend to fry the rangoon a bit too hard for my liking. Still a great place and I visit often. read more

I have been here several times. Never a bad meal. I agree with other posters.. It's certainly a takeout restaurant. But, has seating for about 20 people or so. They offer online ordering as well. I have used this feature once with success. Usually I just stop in or call. Portion sizes are huge! Even if you order a "small" version of something you will walk away with food for you and at least 1-2 friends. Staff here are polite and all you would expect from a small local restaurant. Prices are very reasonable as well. This is my families favorite "go to meal" when we are up in arms about what to eat. read more

This place is the probably the best take away Chinese here. Coming from the UK where we have a "Chippy" Chinese take away on pretty much every corner this would be perfect. The portion sizes are huge and generally last us 2 days. They can make pretty much anything you want vegan style. They're always open. I can't understand why it's reported they are closed. We have just been here , Hema is here for the broccoli dishes at least 1 time per month. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely no complaints from us Love this place. This was a hidden gem! Great Value to Price ratio! The serving size was great my husband and I could share a dish. The special fried rice tasted wonderful. The crab rangoon was just okay, tasted fresh but was minimal flavor to it. Everything else was wonderful! Would recommend to others to try dishes here! Its a nice little place. read more

This place used to be soooo good! When they first opened, everything was well seasoned and fresh. Now, it's like they rush through everything, the texture of meat seems different *-*, and when you order your food, it's never ready when they say it would be. I ordered lunch once day, waited in line for 10 mins to pick it up, got to the counter and was told the food was not done, they were behind on orders.
