WOW!! I absolutely loved this place! The lady was so friendly and helped me find what I was having for lunch. I told her I liked spicy thing and clearly we have two different spicy levels, the food was amazing! I had the Korean Ramen and it definitely had a kick! I also had the chicken dumplings which was a perfect start to lunch. And since I wanted to treat myself I had the Green Tea cheesecake which was delicious! I'm definitely adding this to one of my favorites list!

While visiting our daughter we stopped here for dinner, We found this location just by walking around the historic area. Boys were attracted to the display outside of the ramen noodles which is in a very giant bowl. Even sitting in the restaurant, they continue to talk about the giant bowl of ramen. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the food was good, based off of what we ordered it seems like my husband's dish was the best. He kept raving about the sauce. I had the rice cake noodle soup with the wontons, it was on the blander side but good. All the dishes were a large portion so it is easy to get full here. The boys had the Japanese Chicken nuggets they didn't seem to like them but before van adult could try them, my three year old accidentally spilled his lemonade in the dish.

I was frustrated with the service. First he forgot to bring is menus after seating is, then forgot to check on us the restaurant of the night. But the food... wow was it good. Totally recommend!! The hot and spicy rice soup was awesome and so much food i oboe ate about 1/2!!

We went on Mother's Day and thankfully it wasn't too busy. The food was tasty and served quickly, they accommodated us and changed out the pork for chicken on our ramen. It's a small cute place that feels comfy and classy when you walk in, don't let the outside appearance deter you!

Like Jisoo of Blackpink once said, "Not bad but not good." The soups weren't bad but the kimchi pancake and fried rice was not worth it. I wouldn't even define their kimchi pancake as a kimchi pancake. I also would like to add that this doesn't feel or taste like Korean food at all, maybe one could call it Korean fusion. Fried rice is literally rice fried with some sauce. Not enough ingredients in the rice to truly be fried rice. The fried chicken was good. The overall portions aren't bad.

Crispy oysters to go. Delicious, wonderfully breaded, and healthy sized oysters. Served with a delicious dipping sauce and delicately shredded, fresh, crisp, and slightly sweet carrots. Adorable decor. Such a welcoming and warm environment. Can't wait to return for a sit down experience!

The food itself isn't terrible, but it's difficult to fully enjoy if you actually know what Korean food is supposed to be like. The staff didn't seem very familiar with the dishes -- even basic things like whether a dish should be eaten with a spoon or chopsticks were unclear. Only the bowls and presentation look Korean.

We went to the hot pot location-- tho we do love dim sum! But this one was close by and we were hungry!! The food was tasty. We sat upstairs because it's a small place and the downstairs tables were full. We still got great service. The black garlic ramen and the yaki udon were stand outs.

ETang - hot pot / two locations on Whittaker one for dim sum and one for hot pot. Check menus and locations to be sure which you would like it can get confusing when adding to the gps. Server was attentive & seating was open availability as it wasn't too busy the night we went.

Food was excellent! Owner (manager?) was there and attentive. It was nice, clean restaurant. I can't wait to go back to try more!

Unfortunately, my experience last night left a bad taste in my mouth. We were seated in the lower dining room. Everything was going well with good service and delicious drinks... and then I spotted a cockroach crawling under our table. Of course, we are in the south & I am willing to overlook the odd roach here and there. However, when a second one emerged from the hallway, my confidence that this was just a one-off incident tanked. By the time our food arrived, our focus had been diverted to be on roach alert. Unfortunately, the food also missed the mark--overly salty and bland at the same time. None of this aligns with The Public I know and love, so I am really hoping this was just an off night. Might be taking a break from this place for a while.

Verenice was the BEST! Give that girl a raise or a promotion! She was doing it all! From taking orders, bringing food out, and cleaning up tables! She helped us navigate the menu/ordering. She also brought out our food to the table and was so helpful during our first time here. There were lots of ramen options to choose from. You choose your broth and meat option and that tells you your price. You can add extra toppings for additional costs. Runs about less than $20 a person. They have fountain drink options as well as other Asian drinks. They have rice bowl options as well as meat on a stick. They don't have kids meal options but it's about $8 for noodles and broth. Which is a good option for kids. I ordered shoyu broth for my son. I didn't realize it would taste so salty. I understand it's a soy sauce broth. But most ramen broths I've had isn't to that degree. I asked if they could add hot water to the hot water to make it less salty. Verenice again was so helpful, she brought the ramen back out and said if I needed more water added to just ask. I will say I did not appreciate the additional comments from some of the kitchen staff. The place is decorated with lots of anime characters. They have a vending machine with goodies. The service was good. You place your order at the counter and pay before finding a seat. However, the food was a bit underwhelming. The tonkotsu ramen was mediocre and would have been better if it had been served steaming hot. The fish cake skewers were also okay. Overall, I wasn't very impressed with the food. I'm glad I was able to try it, but I'm unlikely to return.
