YELP stated that the store was closed until Wednesday but my wife told me to call since the online app was active. We needed some extra food after finding out that my daughter had 20+ friends showing up for dinner. I confirmed they were open, but let me know that catering/large order needed at least a two hour led time which worked within our schedule. We got a push notification that our food was ready, so our experience was 5 star; as for the food, it's Panda Express which is only 4 stars on its best day IMO since their Chinese food is more "fast food" fusion than authentic. This is a perfect Panda Express. The staff is nice and the service is always quick, the food is always consistent and it's in the CUB which is cool for student because their is so much seating and you can walk there right after any of your classes. read more

This store should not be door dashing! Any parking nearby has to paid for, it's in the student food court at wsu so you have to wait forever. It is not worth it for dashers to go there. There is no way to turn off orders for specific restaurants on the dashers end. So you have to decline every order to there. Which affects acceptance rates. Which in turn affects how much money dashers can make. Theres even another panda express in the area that can be ordered from instead. Fuck this panda express. [FOR DOORDASH DRIVERS] This is virtually the only restaurant (sometimes jimmy John's) in town that does not pour drinks and expects drivers to pour the drinks. I tried explaining to the manager Sebastian that drivers are not allowed to process the food or drink in anyway and as a driver we're only allowed to pick up and deliver the order and that it's also a health code violation. He didn't want to hear any of it and said he's blocking me from picking up. I urge every driver to first look into this yourself and call DoorDash and you'll find out you're not supposed to fill the drink up and panda is supposed to. As a driver I wouldn't say anything unless you also want them to block you but to refund the customer their drink and leave the cup on their counter and hopefully panda and the manager Sebastian will get the clue. I already reported them to DoorDash and in contact with corporate to get this fixed. DONT FILL THE DRINKS AS A DRIVER AS ITS ALSO CONSIDERED A BREACH OF CONTRACT. My kids loved the orange chicken with rice. Friendly staff, this place is located in the CUB within the food court on WSU campus. The fortune cookies are free here, which is unexpected! We came during the first football season of the year and the staff were ready to handle the crowds. Free water, plenty of clean seats available, great views near the window too. read more

This is just like any other Panda Express located in a food court. The food is good and fresh for a fast food Chinese place. The chicken potstickers are surprisingly good. The mushroom chicken and orange chicken are usually good. However, the quality is not consistent. Some days the chicken dishes will be really dry and tough, while other days they will be delicious. Sometimes the food is spicier than others. Sometimes the veggies are well cooked. The lines get really long at lunch time. Avoid going there between 12:00 and 1:00 unless you have tons of time and like waiting in the longest line in the CUB. read more

This Panda Express has changed and not for the better. Last semester I was able to go in and get the entrees and sides I desired without any long waits from out of stock entrees. This Fall I have went to Panda several times and every time they were out of the foods I went there for. I have experienced this same problem when it is very slow and very busy. Not once have they ever had brown rice ready to serve. Today, for example, I waited for just a minute or two to get to the front of the line and they were out of literally every side except a small scoop of veggies. 20 minute wait on any sort of rice and 7 minutes for the chow mein. Having looked at the meager selection on entrees available, perhaps this was for the better. I might give it another shot and hope for a better experience. I'm not sure if the problem lies with the management not knowing how to schedule so they have enough employees cooking or if they just have a poor system for restocking low sides/entrees, but I hope that they improve so I can enjoy Panda again sometime. read more

I really like this place. I don't even go to WSU and I still go to the effort of finding a parking place and walking about a mile to the food court. I really wish they had onsite parking that didn't cost a ton. Oh well. Adding two bucks to a meal for parking is kind of a ripoff. Excellent food. The main complaint I've had is inconsistent portions, though lately that has improved. Otherwise, the food is excellent, the servers are professional and quick, and it's worth waiting in line. There's a darn good reason why they have a line--it's good! I have every intention of continuing to waste most of my lunch break just getting there a few times a month. I also like their survey option on their receipts. Getting to upgrade to 3 entrees for the price of two is great. read more

I used to eat at Nasty-Panda often, but only go about once a month or less. This is because they are always out of stuff and seem disorganized. I find it funny that the same person that fills your order has to ask you to open up the "to go" carton to see what they served you less than a minute earlier. read more

This place is great. I don't mind that they run out of things every once in a while. I can wait. What am I, a pig. It's just 5 to 10 extra minutes. Not that bad. I have been to a different one where they had plenty of food, more than enough staff, and they were terrible. The food was alright but the servers had no idea what they were doing. This place knows exactly what they are doing. Days can be slow or busy, these guys do their best with what they have. There is no way you can predict how many people are going to walk in on a certain day. They don't want to make too much food or else it goes to waste. read more
