A classic. Four stars out of nostalgia for this new, at the time, College Hill Staple. They've had Emerald City here in the past. Other grill type restaurants but Jimmy John's has held on for the last decade. Coug out of fries and burgers? Need something more substantial than Pita Pit?! That Busch Light needs some tasty break to soak it up. Nothing different here to other Jimmy John locations nationally. The hallmark here is the fresh bread and the "freaky fast" TM delivery. It won't break the bank either so that's a plus as a college student. Not much for spice myself but their hot peppers are amazing on any sandwich. Well worth the add on price to treat your taste buds even further. The pickle isn't a bad addition either although each employee seems to cut it differently. Sometimes it's free and sometimes it's a dollar. Otherwise they have several classic sandwiches or you can make your own a la Subway. Go Cougs! read more

My boyfriend goes to WSU so when I visit from Seattle we eat here quite frequently, always super great quality, fast and amazing customer service. It was his birthday on Tuesday and I placed an order online to be delivered to him. I forgot to ask them to write Happy Birthday on the order so I called. I asked the man I spoke with to write happy birthday on the receipt if possible. He totally went above and beyond customizing it and writing on the sandwich as well as including a free cookie that they also wrote happy birthday on. UPDATE THE HOURS!!!! I placed an order at 11:17pm on a Friday during break. The app, google, yelp, and their store voicemail all say they are open until 3am on Friday and Saturday.... After an hour long wait with no updates and calling the store repeatedly I finally drive over to their store only to find out they are closed!!!!! It shouldn't be that hard to either A) employee enough people to keep the same hours all year long like everyone else in Pullman/Moscow, or B) update the hours to reflect what they will actually be open for. read more

Sandwich quality is alright. Some are delicious and the ingredients are usually fresh (at least in taste). However in terms of taste and even price they play second fiddle to Subway. They do have their strong suits. For instance, their "un-wich" (a sandwich wrapped in lettuce as opposed to bread) is a fantastic glutton-free/healthy option. I can't remember the last time i've ordered Jimmy Johnes with real bread. That is another strong suit: ordering. In a world where ordering delivery is synonymous with 'pizza for dinner' it is nice to have a sub sandwich be delivered to my door is admittedly shocking speed. So if you are locking yourself in your home for studies or netflix, and really don't want pizza, Jimmy John's will fill your hunger. Just don't expect to be blown away. read more

We stayed in Pullman over a long weekend earlier this month. Tired and wanting to relax in our room, we went on Yelp to see who could deliver. Decided to try Jimmy John's and I am so glad we did! My son LOVED his sandwich, mine was delicious as well. Adding sodas, chips, cookies, and even a giant kosher dill made our meal complete and we happily devoured most of it that evening. My husband spent a summer at University of Oklahoma and they had Jimmy Johns there -- he loved it and talked about it all the time. Then, one day I'm doing the dishes, and I see a car go zooming by with a Jimmy John's delivery light.... we had no idea there was one in Pullman. We usually go in and order our sandwiches to go. We order one Italian Night Club (with Peppers) and one Beach Club with Bacon. Then we split them. They put a little bit more mayo than most places and I love that! Now that school is back in session, I sometimes feel a bit like an intruder pulling into the parking lot with all the college students all around, but I just want the sandwich ya' know. When they say freaky fast they mean it! I ordered my sub and drink and it was at my house in 15 minutes.. NO JOKE. They have quite a selection, and you can add and change the sandwich however you like, there is an extra charge if you want extra meats in your sandwich. I love the Vito and the Club Lulu, they always taste fresh and they don't have that weird subway smell (you know what I am talking about). Biggest issue: our online order took ONE HOUR to be delivered. Our sodas were flat and the ice melted, so it seems like they were sitting around for a while before they made it to us. Our sandwiches were soggy when we got them, and i assume that they were sitting for a while too. Generally, i think jimmy johns has higher quality sandwiches than subway, but would take a cheaper & fresh subway sandwich over a soggy jimmy johns. also, subway has larger large sodas. read more

I have never stepped foot into this Jimmy John's. You can say its like a happy long distance relationship with some few communication problems.I order from this place online several times and they tend to sometimes miss some of the order preferences, like not including mayo or mustard packets. At times, they have completely missed my order and I had to call them to make sure they were going to make my order. However, for the times they did fulfill my order correctly, it was very fast and delicious. The two vegetarian sandwiches that are available are decent sandwiches and I recommend them as fast alternatives to the other fast delivery options such as vegetarian or cheese pizza. read more

I worked for jimmy johns in Seattle for over two years. So you might understand my frustration and disappointment when I was given a sandwich with bread , hard as a rock which is completely against what I was taught at Jimmy johns since slim sandwiches are supposed to be given on FRESH BREAD . And , on top of that, the tuna that was WAY passed its due date ! I was also met with poor customer service and music so loud I could barely hear the cashier tell me my total , which she did only when I asked for my total.
