Food leaves me sick and tests slimy. I get living in a college town and not liking what you do but don't be a drugged up idiot with your mouth wide open. The place is a mess they don't clean up anything especially when they get guacamole all over the top of your container. Do you have to request them to give you a new top because they won't even wipe it off and then they make a huge hassle of it then you ask for a bank and they just hand you a bag instead of begging your stuff up, but of course they wanna type one in reality. They don't deserve a single tip because they do the minimum while jaw is half open looking like an over baked turkey. read more

This was the most poppin place in the whole mall. I wanted my Mexican fix in and thought why not Give this place a shot. The people were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions accurately. I got the burrito with smoked brisket, brown rice, queso, and cheese. I was worried the queso was going to be too spicy for my taste buds. The lady assured me that it would be just fine. She was right! It wasn't spicy at all. Worst customer service I have ever gotten. Crystal is an absolute nightmare and so completely rude. I placed an order for curbside pickup, drove 15 minutes there and 15 minutes home to realize they didn't include half of the things I had ordered on my salad. No big deal, accidents happen, I understand. I called the store and spoke to a really nice guy who said to come back and they would remake it for me. I got there and called and Crystal came out. I had to tell her 5 separate times what was missing, which that was fine too since sometimes mixups are confusing. She then said "I'm sorry you feel you were missing those items." Which I didn't feel like I was missing those items, I was missing those items. And I had brought the salad and the receipt to show that these items were missing. She then went back and came back with half of the missing items in little plastic containers. I had to ask her for the remaining. She came back and I told her that the guy that I had talked to on the phone said he would remake it and she said that they didn't have any male managers and then told me to have a nice day and refused to give me the name of her store manager. If I had pulled the stuff she did at my job, I would've been fired on the spot. I tried calling the store a couple of times and she would pick up the phone and then hang up immediately. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and things are stressful but I was nice and understanding until my interaction with Crystal. Do NOT order catering via their corporate, nothing but problems. Lost my order. Thank goodness I stopped in my location just to make sure all was lined up but corporate failed to send them the order. Then didn't charge to my card that they REQUIRED to order. Sent someone in my place to pickup and they wouldn't give them the food without payment. If you require the card at time of order, why don't you charge out for smooth delivery. What would you have done if your personnel actually delivered and then didn't have access to the credit card transaction??? Not leave the food? I will however give a concise review for your needs: The Good: Burrito tasted amazing High quality ingredients Super friendly staff The Bad: In all seriousness, my burrito was overstuffed. After a few bites, it was EVERYWHERE. I had to finish it with a knife and fork because the tortilla itself lost all integrity and chose demise over holding in the ingredients. Where do I even begin? The food here is excellent. The ingredients are very fresh and the atmosphere is about as clean as it can get. Not only is the food outstanding, but also the employees. They're incredibly kind and patient, having taken someone who has never eaten here before and trying to decide what to get. They are quick and efficient with long lines, without making you feel rushed to make a decision on what to order. As a matter of fact, I just got back from there, and ended up losing my debit card. They let me try and find it in my truck, but no luck. After asking to take the drink off so I could pay with cash, the cashier refused and paid the whole $10.60. SUPER SALTY MEXICAN FOOD. And it wasn't just my order, my friend is vegetarian and her burrito was drenched in salt too. But if you like salt, then maybe this will be for you. Not sure how fresh the ingredients are, but you pick what you want and they make your burrito/bowl in front of you. Very similar to Chipotle but more choices with the menu such as soups. I was mortified when I discovered that Pullman didn't have a Chipotle (the nearest one is in Spokane). Thankfully, I found an alternative and it was Qdoba. It's similar to Chipotle because the burrito bowls are prepared right in front of you. You also get the option between: brown or white rice pinto or black beans Fajita veggies chicken, steak, etc. pico de gayo, chile verde, spicy salsa sour cream shredded cheese shredded lettuce guacamole However, Qdoba doesn't charge that extra $1.75 for guacamole like Chipotle does! Plus, you get the choice of adding nacho (spicy or mild) sauce and tortilla chips on top. The nacho cheese really adds to the bowl. I think I might even like Qdoba more than Chipotle (it's a tough call!). Overall, I'd definitely recommend it to any Chipotle lovers! read more

Anywhere else I love the food--pork burritos, steak bowl, even the chips and queso are awesome. However, this location is always a mess, including the employees. They are frequently out of items and the staff are unwilling to prep more. And I'm convinced someone is skimming product because the portion size is half what is used to be. The bowls come half full of half sized scoops (I swear I had 10 whole beans in my last order) and the burritos are all tortilla. This place needs new management stat, a thorough cleaning, and to serve it patrons enough food to count as a full meal. read more

I am always looking for a reason to stop in. They can be stingy on portions sometimes but if you stand your ground and ask for more they will make it right. Definitely my favorite Qdoba. I have been to a lot of Qdoba's because it is my favorite fast food restaurant. After being a regular at this one for about a year, I wholeheartedly believe this is the best one. They have fantastic customer service and will always go above and beyond, I have never been jipped at this location with meat or any other topping. During my last visit, Margerie was very helpful and gave great service. I can definitely tell she is skilled in what she does and keeps a positive attitude on the job. so I tried this place out yesterday they have a nice selection of choices for you to try I like that, but I fell into old habit and had a burrito its a Mission style burrito and damn filling, but huge as mission style usually is, only bitch was they wrap it with a single layer of aluminum foil, they need to take a clue from Taco Del Mar on how to wrap a mission style burrito so you don't end up wearing it, this is what I had Ancho Chile BBQ Burrito Our newest signature burrito features slow roasted pork that's been simmered slowly in a blend of tangy tomatillos, jalapenos, garlic, and fresh lime juice, then topped with our sweet, mexican style BBQ sauce peppered with hints of dried chilies, hickory, and smoked mesquite the sauce was almost like a mole sauce and I am damn happy I tried it, I will be back for sure I want to try some other stuff on the menu read more

I have always liked Qdoba. Have been eating it for years in all four states I've lived in. But there's one major thing wrong with this particular location: they wrap their burritos into the shape of a softball. I've been here four times in as many months and it's always the same. Do they not understand that a burrito is supposed to be tubular, NOT spherical in shape? Who trains the staff? Their one job is assembling burritos, and it is as if they simply fail to grasp the concept of the universally accepted shape of the burrito. Every time I eat here I have to unwrap the dang thing and re-do it myself. Management, please, take note, this is a major flaw in the execution of serving franchise food. Also, a far lesser complaint for me, but something that other customers may find off-putting: the bar/counter facing out into the mall is always full of paperwork and half-eaten employee meals. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. When I arrived there was only about 4 people ahead of me in line, but it took me around 30 minutes to get my food even though they had five people working on making the food. The workers were in capable of providing good service and one of them was picking her teeth with a tooth pick while handling food with no gloves on. Other workers had their long hair not properly tied back and did not take any precaution to keep hair out of they food. They had a bunch of food just sitting out that was not being kept warm and my burrito was cold when I got it after waiting in line for 30 minutes. The lettuce and guac were extremely brown and gross. After taking a couple bites, both me and my girlfriend threw our burritos aways because they tasted horrible and we both now do not feel good. Overall horrible service and nothing was sanitary. Will never be going back to this location and would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

I absolutely love this place! I come here about twice a week and it doesn't matter if it's slow or busy, the place is clean and food looks fresh. I've been to many other locations and this is hands down the best. The food is just incredible compared to the ones in Spokane where I used to live. The employees are always so friendly and smiling. It makes it very inviting to keep coming back. They seem like they genuinely care and live working there, which seems rare for this kind of job. Kudos to the new manager for making this place leaps and bounds better than it used to be. read more
