Manager with crazy green hair has an attitude problem. Polite workers accidentally got my order wrong so I returned to get the correct order. The manager was very short with me, and he was speaking to me as if I was some kind of asshole for simply wanting the food that I paid for. read more

Food is always great. It was an off moment in someone's night that resulted in my order being incorrect two separate times, and I had to go back into the restaurant twice to get it fixed. Shouts out to Lexi, though, for ensuring (both times!) that the errors were fixed in a timely manner. She was great throughout both of our interactions and I very much appreciated her assistance - she turned what could have been a challenging moment very positive and it made my night better. Food is great but takes forever in drive turn. Workers can be weird. And very forgetful when giving food.

I went into this restaurant 2 times tonight. The first time I went in they messed up my BACONATOR...what they are known for. Instead of giving me what was asked for they 1. Gave me a jr.bacon cheeseburger...this is completely different from what I ordered. 2. I ordered chili...I usually LOVE their chili and never one time have had a complaint. This time unfortunately the chili was cold and tasted almost moldy. They also didn't give me the cheese or sour cream that I was charged for. It was a very disappointing experience. I decided after all this to give them another chance and when I went in around 8:20pm the manager was yelling and throwing stuff upset they messed up something. I reordered and to my disappointment they continued to mess up my order completely forgetting the bacon...I'd like to remind you that I paid BOTH TIMES! I did not go back in and expect them to correct their mistake (like I should have) but decided to give them another chance to fix it and they completely messed up my order. My order only had one item the second time. I'm extremely disappointed! I honestly don't know if I will return for a while. Unfortunately the manager yelling and throwing stuff really threw me off from the whole experience! read more

Ordered Delivery, they got our order right. Delivery was a little late compared to ETA but what're ya gonna do you know? At least it arrived. Food is usually pretty good but I am constantly having to ask for our sauce even when I order drive thru. Like my roommates and I ordered three biggie bags, not one of us got sauces and it's pretty annoying having to walk back in to ask for what we ordered or order delivery just to get nothing. Came in today January 11th, just had a small order but asked for extra extra onions on my burger. When I sat down and looked at my burger I have "1" incredibly small ring of onion on my burger. Not really a big deal but come on...... So I brought it back to the counter and questioned the guy in the black apron as to why I only got "1" small ring of onion when I ordered extra. I mean anything is more than 1 so how is that extra. He got real defensive and told me that policy was 1 piece of onion per burger and extra was 2! Shocked, I asked him to look at this and tell me that's acceptable. Kinda got the impression that this was done out of spite. How hard up is this store where they have to skimp out on minor condiments and they get all pissy when you ask for what you paid for. read more

My wife and I decided to give the Breakfast menu a try and used the drive thru. it was no mistake. We received the best service of any other fast food establishments and even some restaurants. The food took about 5 minutes and our breakfast baconators were fresh and the potato wedges were hot. I think their coffee is decent and our cashier even poured the cream in front of me so I could say exactly when to stop. If I had been using cash I would have tipped for the outstanding service. read more

Stopped by for a drive-thru after a non-stop drive from Seattle and another 1 hour to go to reach our destination. Got few of their double-stacks, fries and Coke. 4-stars because they were quick, the meal was hot and slugged the Coke which cleared the esophagu(t)s AND not to mention is was inexpensive! We saw an ad in the paper advertising breakfast, so on a Saturday morning we were excited to try breakfast at Wendy's. The restaurant sign boasted "Now Serving breakfast". The doors were locked at 9:00 a.m., the hours on the door said open at 10:00. I kind of like my breakfast before lunch....the drive thru was open. If I wanted to eat in my car I would go to Sonic. Came in wanting a chicken caeser wrap. They had them on the menu so obviously I expected it. But no, they don't have them anymore. Then I asked for a grilled chicken caeser salad. She asked if I wanted grilled chicken onto of the spicy chicken and I said no I just want grilled. So I go get my food and they gave me the spicy chicken!! Just needed some lunch so used the drive in window. They give a veteran's discount (Always nice) and the burger was so much better than most fast food places. They put mustard on their burgers here. I never liked that in the past but they used just a small amount and it added a nice flavor. I think I will start looking for Wendy's more often. read more

It's a standard Wendy's, meaning that it has a great Spicy Chicken Sandwich and crappy fries.

It would probably disappoint our friends, but my wife and I go on dates here way more often than anywhere else. But hey, it's what we like. The food is very good and it's inexpensive. We've never had cold food that I can recall. I love their fries, and their bacon burgers are actually quite good. The soda tastes like soda. That's pretty much what I get. They handle special orders (my wife's "no cheese", etc.). The employees are generally friendly (some even downright outgoing). It's clean and maintained, but not ostentatiously so. The one time we did have a problem (my wife's burger had a hair on it), they replaced it without incident and seemed genuinely concerned about it. And we've been frequently enough to know that this was an aberration and not the norm. Overall, an excellent fast food experience. read more

I went to Wendy's and the food was good as expected. Its really hard for a fast food place to do bad food wise because lets be honest it all tastes the same from franchise to franchise. However the service was pretty bad. The girl taking my order couldn't figure out my order and had asked me five times what I wanted. I also told her how to spell my name and she still spelt it wrong. When I went up to grab my order they had given me someone else's tray which I realized after opening it up. I had to return it to the front counter and ask for mine which they ended up giving to another customer. It may have been a simple mistake but with everything else added up I was not happy. I still liked my Asiago chicken burger tho. read more
