Chill hang out spot. They have some really unique ciders that I haven't had before (like the honey lavender one). My fav was the Paloma. All the flavors of the cocktail without the hard alcohol. I wish I was hungry when I went because th food coming out of the food truck looked solid. I only knocked a star because we were told their was a cover charge to get a drink because there was a band performing. Wow! Moscow has such great breweries! We went to several here and really enjoyed all of them! Hunga Dunga was one that I was really looking forward to going to and my excitement for it matched up perfectly! I had a great Oatmeal Pale Ale here and Steve had a great gose! I was in town for a training session and was staying nearby. I went in basically not knowing anything about the business other than they had food and it's a brewery. I've geared back from drinking lately, beer particularly because when I was drinking it, my blood pressure was too high. I came in pretty late, and as I was coming in I noticed the nights menu being cooked out front on the porch. So I fully expected a very basic menu but was surprised to see it was just fine for what I wanted. I got a tasty potato app. To be fair, I basically recall liking almost every beer with only one that wasn't to my liking. Great variation in flavors through the whole 8 beer flight. The guy behind the counter was helpful and the food came pretty quick. The parking is unpaved but seems to have a pretty good amount. If I get to come back for the professional training school, I will definitely drag my beer drinking coworkers in here for a quality pint or two. read more

Cool little brewery in Moscow, Idaho. It's connected to what looks like an old style factory, gives the place xtra character. Both the sour beers they had were quite tasty. I would have eaten something, but the prices were a bit steep-$12 for a grilled cheese? Who knows, maybe it was one hell of a grilled cheese. The food did look very appetizing as it passed by me, however. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. The place is a little small so it probably is not so great when they are super busy. read more

Don't worry about their small food menu- everything is good excellent. Pumpkin mole is the most amazing and succulent dish you can imagine. Subtly spiced thick mole over grilled pumpkin wedges with cotija cheese sprinkled on top. Oh yeah- it's a brewery- all beers are top notch. Cold brew Coffee stout is a subtle diff and more a traditional stout. The black rye ipa is my go-to. read more

This is the first place where I've had to ask for ice for the warm tap water they served me! I only asked for water because they were out of 3 of the 7 beers they had listed. What remained was not what I wanted to drink. Had they used decaf coffee in their coffee stout, I would have ordered it. My husband ordered the oatmeal pale which he said he couldn't tell by taste or mouth feel that there was any oatmeal in... He had brisket which was tasty. I made the mistake of ordering the pork which was extremely fatty. What wasn't fatty was dry or gristly. The "grits" that came with were very good but more like creamed corn than grits. The spinach salad tasted off. I ended up getting sick when we got home. Not sure if it was my weak constitution or what... my husband didn't seem to get an upset stomach. read more

This brewery is somewhat interesting. Hawaiian theme in a small town. I tried the full flight of eight different beers. I liked the best of all - hopnipotent IPA. You must try the rice pudding!! I've been to Hunga Dunga twice since they opened in summer of 2016. The concept of the brewery is great- the tap room is a fun place close to downtown. This place is awesome. First, you don't see Gose style beers hardly ever and they have several of them. The atmosphere is fun and casual but not overly noisy. The outdoor cooking offers a unique opportunity to cook simple and beautiful options. We literally ordered 7/8 things on the menu and all of them were so great. Wanted to go here on dads weekend to have a nice time and get a couple drinks. We ordered and paid for a beer while we waited for a table and had been there for about 10 minutes when another party entered. We assumed they would be put "on the list" after us because they entered after us but instead, when we alerted the lady at the bar that a table was open, a man (w/ facial hair wearing a blue short sleeve collared shirt) tried to sneakily sit them down at the open table when he knew we had been there longer. When we questioned him about this, wondering why we - who had been waiting longer - hadn't been seated. He proceeded to say "they have 3 people and you only have 2". Did not offer an apology, nor a solution. We were evidently upset and he continued to avoid eye contact, and offered no explanation. We finished our beverage and left. This was exceptionally poor customer service and having more people in your party does not constitute quicker service at a restaurant. I expected more of this establishment based on my prior experiences here. read more

Without warning we arrived on a Friday night at 9:30 just before the kitchen closed... We decided on an impromptu going away party that built to a group of 15 or more. The staff was very accommodating of us and our large size. I am not much of a beer drinker. So, I wasn't all that excited our group chose a brewery. I was pleasantly surprised. The tri-tip was expertly cooked and the charred sweet potato that came with it contrasted beautifully. The sausage, also very flavorful, had just enough heat to clear the sinuses without overpowering. The only thing I didn't understand was the monkey bread, but the rest of the food was expertly cooked with superb seasonings. So sad to say I was disappointed. For starters the parking lot isn't user friendly or have many spots for customers. We were greeted by the waiter with "everything we have is on the wall" pointing to the wall and walked away. Ok, the wall is very simple and maybe half a dozen food items. I remember a lamb burger, a sausage type sandwich, and corn something... I'm not a picky eater but nothing was appealing. I am not into craft beers, more of a cider or wine gal. I ask the server if they had wine or cider, his reply "yes". I wanted to scream, "it's not on the wall!" So he had a beer, I had a cider and we left to eat across the street. This restaurant is beautiful inside, I was so excited wondering what they cook on the open flame outside... I was disappointed with the whole scene. I did tell my friend, "maybe I'm just not cool enough to understand this place". Maybe this is a place you're supposed to drink craft beer and double date. My experience would of been drastically different if the server introduced himself and this NEW restaurant. I want to hear the story of how this dream was created and what makes it special and unique! I don't want to read off a blackboard on a wall. I want something in my hand with actual descriptions. Even know I don't drink craft beer I enjoy reading the descriptors! Include EVERYTHING you actually have on your menu like the cider and wine. I don't even know if they had more than 1 cider choice the server didn't mention. I would love to see a cheese, meat, nuts and dried fruit board on the menu! Food that makes sense to eat while drinking beer. Maybe even food and beer pairings. What about 2 unique salad choices? I will give this another try in 6 months or so. I'm not ready to write this restaurant off yet. In my previous life I was a server for 17 years. I cannot express the importance of properly trained staff to all restaurant owners and managers!
