I gotta tell you how impressed I am, and have been for awhile, with the quality of service and especially the food at your A&W restaurant in Moscow. I ate there today and was again impressed with the staff and food I was served. Very seldom, especially with hamburgers, does the product delivered EVER resemble the picture on the menu board. Not so today. My Bacon Cheeseburger looked as good or better than the picture. And it was fabulous. Nice hot burger and cheese and cold tomatoes and lettuce. EXACTLY how a burger should be. Absolute worst hotdog I ever attempted to eat. I took one bite and spit it out. What in the world is in those things? It tasted like maybe an overcooked polish dog. I honestly couldn't tell. But I have never in all my 61 years had a hotdog that tasted that bad and disappointing. We were traveling or I would have gone back in for my money back. Too bad you can't give half a star for a review. Never had a cashier be this rude or unprofessional in a workplace. Cashier of the day was Rachele. We had ordered breakfast loaded bowls with GRAVY..what did we get instead? A bowl with bacon, hashbrown that wasn't cooked completely, eggs looked like they were just thrown into a bowl with toast/bacon and a hashbrown, no gravy or cheese. On top of that, she hands us a burger box with gravy in it. Had customers sitting at a table and heard us order the same as they did... "I repeated your order back to you" was her response and said it with a snippy and disrespectful tone. This isn't how you keep customers coming back to your restaurant. Really disappointed. Why have a drive through when you send everyone who drives through to the parking lot? That is crazy. Totally cheating the system. When we went through the drive through there was no one infront of us or behind us. Apparently there were two cars in front of us also parked and waiting for food because they carried food to them first and two cars behind us who we saw driving out of the drive through only to park. We waited for about 10 minutes. We do not mind waiting its that they make it look like they are fast that really bothers us. read more

A&W in Moscow is the only one we have left and Nathan, the assistant manager was courteous, resourceful, and patient. Because of its location, it receives a lot of travelers and even though we're were there well after a normal lunch rush it was extremely busy. Nathan spoke to his crew with pleases and thank you, there was a definite air of teamwork. The food came out hot and good. Service was always with a smile. The building in general had a fly issue and the floors could have been mopped but otherwise a great experience. If you're in the mood for great root beer and a classic burger hit em up. read more

Once the food arrived fifteen minutes later it was good. The staff makes for the five star review though. They were very happy to be working there which makes me happy. There's nothing worse than going into a food joint and seeing depressed people. I went back through the drive thru some time later with my sister and we decided to play a prank and ask for just dog treats (which are free ) then we proceeded to look the drive thru person in the eye bite into the dog treat ...upon saying "thank you " the look on his face was priceless. I visited the A&W in Moscow on Tuesday January 26th at 7:42 pm in the evening. I ordered a large order of cheese curds and a medium root beer float. This came to a total of eight dollars and ninety nine cents. I was very pleased with my visit as well as the service I received from both Jeff, the manager and Kristin who delivered my food to the table. It was an extremely pleasant experience overall. The only issue that I observed with my visit was that I was not offered a sucker or asked how my visit was while I was eating. It did not bother me though I had to mark off for it. The next was I was not offered any other menu item while I ordered. The last issue is that the sidewalks in front of the restaurant were not completely clean as I left, but this was because the person that got out of their car next to me dumped some trash on the ground instead of throwing it in the trash can. I'm sure it was picked up quickly but it is understandable, as the building is shared with a gas station. read more

We ordered sodas and one was completely flat and the others tasted rotten, they didn't give us part of our meal, the food was nasty, we waited over an hour for gross food. I visited A&W and ordered a Grilled Chicken Combo. The root beer there is the best I have ever tasted and the meal was exquisite! The customer service was exceptional as they were both very quick and courteous. There were no problems of any kind that I noticed. I haven't had A&W for a long time. They have definitely improved. I had their crispy chicken sandwich, which was actually two pieces of chicken, rather than a patty. It was actually really good! Their shakes were also good and their service was top-notch for a fast food place. Usually places attached to gas stations aren't the best, but this A&W is not the usual case. I visited the Moscow A&W on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. I ordered three piece Chicken Strips and a medium Dr. Pepper. The total was seven dollars and forty cents. Overall I was very pleased with my visit. As I pulled up to the drive through I was kindly greeted. While ordering my meal I asked her which option would be most cost effective; ordering three-piece chicken strips with a drink or ordering a three-piece chicken strip meal. She had a great knowledge of the menu and informed me that the three-piece chicken strip with a medium drink would be the most cost effective. As I pulled up to the second window I was greeted immediately by an employee who had my drink and straw in hard. She looked very professional in her full uniform and made eye contact with me every time we talked. My chicken tenders were delicious and cooked to the perfect temperature. Once I finished my I was given a warm goodbye. My only critique was that my order was not completed as asked. I ordered a medium Dr. Pepper and instead received a Root Beer. Other than this, my chicken strips were delicious and cooked to the perfect temperature! I would definitely recommend this A&W. read more
