I LIKE Mod Pizza I like the business model and the food. I eat at them periodically all over...including Lewiston. I am disappointed to see them closing stores for under performance. Improve under performance with many buidness tactics INCLUDING LOWERING payroll. Sunday evening around 5 PM the line, three abreast is out the door. We discovered 1 person frantically preparing orders, another sweating like a Democrat on Election Day "maning": the oven and the register. IT AIN'T pretty. This is becoming the norm of this location when I visit Lewiston I am finding. ? Lowering payroll or someone just failed to show. This was my first impression of Mod Pizza. Only person who got it right was the delivery driver. The website reset my update to my order making it incorrect. One pizza had its toppings spread to one side and no toppings on the right side. The cheese sticks the same. There was a damn ranch cup smashed into the cheese sticks. Total lack of care and consideration for someone's willingness to pay for their family's dinner! Not sure if I'll ever eat here again. People with an opportunity to do a job should take pride in their work and do the job properly. read more

Really depends on the workers. Sometimes you'll get a great pizza other times it's like half or a quarter of what should reasonably go on the pizza, and don't bother ordering from them for delivery, asked for a pizza with light sauce and extra cheese, got no cheese. It's not there fault that my dasher waited 20 minutes for another order or something but doesn't excuse the non existent cheese and 5-6 pieces of pepperoni. Tldr: just go in, don't trust them to read or follow online orders. read more

Terrible Service- Terrible Puzza! Worst place ever! We have tried their pizza 3 times in the last year and every time the pizza is burned so bad it's black- completely burnt. When we asked for a refund for the first time, the staff took over 30 minutes and went so far as to accuse my wife of asking for the pizza to be burnt! Four different workers made rude comments. OK so the pizza was decent. I liked it was thin crust. Almost went for the cauliflower crust. Would have preferred alot more mushrooms. Why does every place skimp on mushrooms? Mod pizza is NOT your traditional pizza place, the crust is thin, the toppings are fresh and you can choose as many as you want for absolutely no extra charge. This time around I chose the cauliflower crust on the dominic pizza with a few extras plus balsamic fig glaze and it was amazing! They have kid sizes, personal sizes (6 slices, big enough to share if youre a light eater) and a larger size for well, sharing or big appetites. We haven't had a super awesome experience here but not horrible, but seems as though they stream lined a few things so its quicker and the gal that made our beautiful picture perfect pizzas last night was quick and friendly and seriously probably made the best pizza I've ever had there. Oh yeah! FINALLY! My family is so happy about MOD Pizza opening here. We learned to love it as we traveled around the country and now we have one all our own. We were not disappointed! The wait time was a little long, but mostly due to new folks that are acclimating to the process. The staff are great - well trained for a new location. These guys do a great job for a chain! We have one in my hometown and I wanted to see if it was just as tasty here. If you like your own individual fresh pizza, this is the place for you! I get the Mad Dog, but do Spicy Sausage instead, I also add mushrooms and roasted garlic (I love the whole roasted garlic!!) and on the side I get some jalapeños and buffalo sauce. (Wow this pizza is fantastic!!) They also do a great homemade Ding Dong you got to try! (very rich and tasty!) Great idea just so so pizza. I got two medium salads which were very good sized and we're tasty but the pizza which was the garlic and artichoke had very little topping. There was one portion of artichoke per quarter of a 11 inch pizza. Not adequate. I can see how it would be a draw for kids but it's not a great pizza deal. read more

They have really good pizza and salads! This was our first visit to Mod. The service was super friendly. When we arrived, a guy came out from behind the counter to show us the menu and explain how to order and answer any questions we had. The ordering is kind of like Chipotle where you point at what you want to add to your pizza or salad. They write it on a parchment paper (which is what your pizza will sit on), and prepare it after you've finished selecting your toppings. You can choose any sauce and as many toppings as you want all for one price, so my husband and I each got very different 6-inch pizzas made just the way we wanted. The crust is cracker-thin (just how I like it). Everything tasted fresh and our order was prepared quickly. We were so impressed that we decided we'll be back again when we make the trek to Lewiston. read more

My boyfriend and I went during dinner rush on a Saturday. Even though we waited to order for about 20 minutes, the line was CONSISTENTLY moving. We were observing the staff and I can honestly say that they were handling the rush awesome! I've worked in places where it can get busy and I totally give the entire team props! To top it all off, when my boyfriend gave his name the worker asked if it started with a C or K (the name can use either letter) and thats the first time anyones ever asked, and got it correct! Remember when KFC had a place on this lot, and the employees who staffed it were the bottom of the barrel of local Fast food workers, as far as hygiene, attitude, and appearance. (It's the major reason, no one ate there and it closed). Well, those workers need not worry, they've reinvented the slovenliness from days of yore, at the very same place, now dressed up as a pizza joint. The pizza ended up being pretty decent (It's the same concept as the Blaze Pizza chain that I'm more familiar with.) However, the place was filthy, and the employees (one in particular who actually flashed ass as he attempted to keep his pants from falling off) would apparently be shocked to learn some restaurants have a dress code. It's really sad how this place has gone down hill. My family and I used to eat here 2-3 times a month but lately the service has be horrible. Today ordered off the app waited 20 min went to the store and proceeded to wait 40 more minutes. Nobody acknowledged my presence unit after 30 min I walked up to the glass just to see my cold pizza laying there uncut. Someone finally comes over as the guy boxing pizzas ignores me so I told him I have a pick-up order for that pizza and a salad. After finally finding the salad I ordered they bagged it up but I noticed it was not correct. They apologized and offered to make another but after being there over 45 min I figured I would just take someone else's. Never again will I get food here. Oh 1 more thing. I watched 3 pizzas come out for a Togo order that were burnt and 1 guy says to the other just box them up, it's a Togo order lol. read more

Vegans and vegetarians beware:( On the day I visited this establishment, the employees were not changing their gloves between pizzas. Which means that the bits of meat that stuck to their gloves were transferred from pizza to pizza. So ordering a vegan pizza (they have vegan cheese on the menu) was pointless, as it would have contained bits of meat. I am happy that they have vegan cheese. However, a suggestion is that perhaps they could change gloves between each pizza. Here is to hoping that the pizza building process changes so vegetarians and vegans may also enjoy this restaurant. read more
