Absolutely 10 out of 10. I have been quite a few places in Lewiston and I was beginning to think they didn't have good food, until I found Jolly's. The patio was fantastic because I have a small Pomeranian that I wanted to have with me and it was misted and there was a fan so it was perfect. Jessica, the server is fantastic. She was super helpful and accommodating, and took the time to walk me through specials and lunch options when I told her I would be back during the week. I've been there twice so far and I've had the peaches Bruschetta, which is my absolute favorite, I've had the watermelon salad, which is great, I would maybe not put the raspberry sauce on it when ordering, I've had a burger and the ravioli that was on special. Pineapple upside down cake with ice cream was good but my favorite was a pineapple chantilly cake. Anyways, everything you get there is good. The service is great. Jollymore's is my favorite restaurant to meet friends for a meal. The servers are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure we are pleased with our food. My wife and I were not real hungry but after reading the reviews and seeing they had Huckleberry Ice cream, we decided to give it a try. We each ordered a side salad and we split the cod entree. The salads were large and fresh and the blue cheese dressing was good. The cod was pan seared and served with a delicate sauce along with asparagus and wild rice. The chef was nice enough to split it for us so the presentation was great. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce was a good compliment. The wild rice was excellent as was the asparagus. We finished off the meal with the huckleberry ice cream which was delicious. We are from Texas and do not get huckleberry ice cream so it is a real treat for us. Oh Jollymore's, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways... I've been here every time my work travels take me to Lewiston. And I have been here several times over the years. Every dish I've had was phenomenal! I usually order the Snake River steak - sometimes it's flat iron or tri tip, which can be tough types of beef, but somehow they tenderize and cook it so it's like a tenderloin. On occassion, I'll order the duck breast, and once again Jollymore's excels in it's preparation! Their wine list is pretty great, it does showcase wines within the Tri-State area, but also some other domestic wines from CA. Jollymore's is my absolute favorite dining destination in Lewiston, ID. I will come every night they are open! I've been here pre- and post-pandemic! They are obviously not immune to the work shortages or supply chain issues, but the excellent service does not suffer from those. We had a very nice dinner at Jollymores, we had a family get together and stopped in on a Thursday. Our server was very friendly, and did his best to answer all of our questions about the ingredients and menu items. Some of the dishes we tried were the Pork Chop, Steak, fish specia, beef short rib and the duck. The pork chop with sweet potatoes and pecans was insanely good, everything else was tasty and of ample quantity, really fresh and yummy. We went to Jollymore's for the Easter buffet. I'm giving them 1 star because the food was average but it was worth more than 1 star. I am giving them one star for the attitude of their restaurant manager. She was so extremely rude none of us at the table could believe she was the manager. We had a problem with our bill as it was divided incorrectly and when we tried to get the manager to fix it she was literally hostile. She could have said I'm sorry that this happened or something but instead she was just rude to us. When I said she was being quite rude she opened her eyes in mock surprise like she didn't know she was being rude. So we left an average buffet and nice atmosphere very unhappy because of her. Mr. Jollymore needs to get a manager that actually knows customer service. My brother said on the way out, "take Jollymore's off the list." We have! read more

The quality of food here has been declining for a while. Today was the third subpar meal I've had in a row. For lunch, my wife picked up two "gyros." They were awful. The filling wasn't even in the same ballpark as a gyro; it was just unseasoned lamb that tasted like it had been sitting around in the walk-in for a while. Both orders were full of fat and gristle (which was also unseasoned.) For $14, I expect something as good as what I used to get from the Pita Pit (not to mention Mickey's or Stella's) for half that. I hope the chef gets this place straightened out soon, because I wouldn't go back based on today's performance. read more

We were sooo excited to eat here as the atmosphere and decorations inside the restaurant looked so fun and exciting online, and the food sounded and looked so good in the pictures online. I'd have to say that unfortunately we were not impressed with the food. My son's bacon cheeseburger was super dry and had absolutely zero flavor. My burger was decent, but the bun was so wet with sauces, it just disintegrated into a bunch of falling soaked pieces of bread chunks every time I picked it up to take a bite. We wanted so badly to like the food, but it just didn't hit. There were a lot of menu item options too. Maybe take a few menu items away and concentrate on fewer items with great flavor over so many options with mediocre flavor. I WILL say that the Thelma's strawberry frozen lemonade was the hit of the show! One more note, our server was very good! read more

I've been religiously going to Jollymoore's for a few years - I live out of town and felt this place was worth the drive! I don't know if the restaraunt is under new management or if they're just trying to save a few (or more) bucks by cutting food quality. The turkey cranberry sandwich was one of my favorites - real fresh turkey, thick and creamy cranberry sauce - but as you can see from the photo they're using incredibly sub par deli turkey and the sandwich is so thin It's nowhere near as filling or delicious as before. Also, the pulled pork (my mother's favorite) is more the consistency of chunked day-old pork. I'm so sad, this place was a favorite and I was completely embarrassed as I was taking someone out for a late lunch. Nervous to go back and see what else has been lowered in quality (but not price). If you live nearby or will be traveling through, you must stop here! I was pleasantly surprised to find such a gem in Lewiston. Upon arriving we were promptly greeted and sat at a lovely booth near the fireplace. It was mid-afternoon so not too many guests. Our server, Leslie, was friendly and helpful. We ordered a shrimp scampi and a steelhead fish entrée. Also ordered a glass of sav blanc and chocolate torte for dessert. Everything was properly cooked and hot when it arrived. The fish fell apart at the touch of a fork and the shrimp scampi was flavorful and filled with fresh vegetables in a light, oily sauce. The chocolate torte was ridiculously moist and perfectly balanced with the Chambord soaked berries. Highly recommend! If we lived in the area we would definitely be coming back. read more

Pretty average on the whole part. I went for dinner, about 5pm. The server was slow to take my order and slow to bring the check. It wasn't busy, so perhaps it's just the server being lazy. I had the bite size steak which was fine. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable. The house Syrah was pleasant and a decent pour size for $7 Nothing stood out, but I hear good things about the lunch specials so I may return for that. I wouldn't do dinner again. Update: Went back for lunch like everybody raves about..... All I can add is that it's completely average, non standout. And there's something to be said for that: Probably keeps you lousy in lunch bookings by not standing out but also by not being terrible. your grandparents probably would eat here and they LOVE it. read more

We're out of towners, was looking for a decent place to have dinner- this place did not disappoint! Just wished I discovered it sooner. My husband had the Wagyu beef and I had the night's special, ribeye steak with sautéed mushrooms and blue cheese. It was cooked perfectly and just melts in your mouth. It was big enough that I ended ip taking home half of it. Our dessert was crispy waffle with a big heaping of ice cream. Wonderful way to finish the meal and our trip!
