Craving Italian food, we stopped into Scusi for dinner. I truly adored how welcoming and decorative restaurant is. We were quickly seated and before long we were enjoying their delicious cuisine. We happily enjoyed- Fried ravioli Caesar salad Nona's gnocchi Fettuccini Alfredo Chicken Parmesan with linguine All of our dishes were very delectable and perfect for sharing if you wish. I especially enjoyed the fried ravioli and the chicken Parmesan. Great service and food, I'm definitely a fan of Scusi! And I hope to return soon for another delicious meal. read more

Very good Italian restaurant in downtown Pullman. I had the chicken fettuccine a la vodka and it was excellent. Mozzarella cheese sticks were huge and tasty. The House Sauv Blanc wine was excellent to pair with my meal. Definitely recommend this hidden gem. read more

This business does not keep its hours. The last two weeks, it has a closed sign in the window advising they are catering some event at the university during business open hours. They do not even reopen when their sign says. It's either a catering business or a restaurant. They need to make a decision which one. Great way to treat your customers who want to visit your restaurant. With this kind of disregard for your customers, business will not last long. There are many other places to eat in Pullman and Moscow. I advise you go somewhere else to spend your money. read more

We almost didn't go because of the overall three stars rating but we are so glad we did! The staff warned us it may take longer than usual because most of their kitchen staff were out feeding firefighters battling wildfires (very kind). The food came pretty quickly anyway and all three of the dishes we ordered were GREAT!! Very rich sauces, perfectly cooked noodles, just delish! The staff working were very sweet. We are so glad we gave it a shot! We'll definitely be back the next time we are in town! read more

Service was quick and very friendly. The food was both amazingly beautiful and delicious! We had the meatball sliders, linguine carbonara, and Scampi linguine. Restaurant was clean with a great atmosphere. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Prices are right on point too. read more

I had eaten at The Oak, aka Scusi's about 3 weeks ago, and enjoyed my meal. The server was great too. HOWEVER, I have tried 2 times since, to eat there again. The hours listed online as well as their front door, say one thing, but they are NOT open. I sat out front for an hour last week as there was a sign that said they were catering an event, and would be open at 3:00. They did not show! What a waste of my time! Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere, as the owners clearly don't care about their other customers! read more

I was really disappointed with our takeout tonight. The only dish that was particularly edible was the salad. The gnocchi texture was like eating undercookEd potato's, linguine carbonara had little to no flavor, and the mozzarella sticks were cold cheese bricks. We've had two decent sit down experiences here and everyone is usually super nice. Not sure if you should just avoid take-out at all costs or if this is a permanent change in quality which would be a shame because we considered this one of the better places to eat in Pullman. read more

Food is good and reasonably priced, especially for a college town. Unfortunately we came in during the midst of a global pandemic and not a single member of the staff was wearing a mask, including the cooks who were easily visible from the front of a restaurant. As the mask mandate hasn't been lifted we thought this was unsafe and showed a disregard for public health, which is unfortunate considering they work in the food industry where health is of utmost importance. It is unlikely that my partner and I will be returning before the pandemic ends. read more

Cute Italian restaurant, simple menu with all the right Italian dishes you are looking for, staff is phenomenal and service was great! I had to Knick off one star because the tiramisu was a bit disappointing. They need to update their Yelp so others can enjoy this place because as we were sitting there, Yelp stated they were closed. read more

Apparently this place has been open for months, but I didn't notice it until I was taking a walk downtown recently. I happen to walk by on the day of the week they offer free/what you can donate meals to help with food insecurity issues in the Pullman community due to COVID-19 shutdowns/restrictions. The provided free meal changes week by week, but they update their website with their offerings! Unfortunately, I had already eaten and did not opt to order food here, but the menu has many American Italian offerings plus the free meal once a week. So I will have to check out the food at a later date, but the staff was friendly when I inquired about the menu and donating money to their free meal offerings. read more

Oh wow. Used door dash to get spaghetti bolognese and, the star of the night, the cougar gold chicken carbonara Mac and cheese with bacon. I will go to bed tonight thinking about this Mac and cheese. It's life changing and so so delicious. I think prices are great with the bonus of coming with a Caesar salad and garlic bread. I wish I could have taken a picture for y'all but I scarfed it down before my husband stole too many bites. read more

Wow, so disappointed the garlic bread was soggy , the fettuccine Alfredo was like wallpaper paste and the soup was cold and flavorless... service wasn't much better... the waiter took are order , The entrée was supposed to come with a salad, never brought it. That was the last time I saw him . I had to go to the counter to ask for my bill Where are young lady went to find my waiter and he never came out she just went to the computer and printed my bill. I got an order doordashed to me, so I already expected the quality to be a little less than would be in restaurant but regardless the alfredo sauce is bland and flavor less and the bread sticks are worse quality that little ceasars crazy bread; they were chewy and then dry and hard on the bottom. I gave two stars only because they're feeding the community every Tuesday evening which is great! I've never eaten there nor do I ever want to because the owners are just so rude! If you want to feel judged and be talked to in a rude manner then this place is for you! read more

Finally got a chance to try The Oak. It is decorative inside. I had to get the attention of the kids in the back when we walked in but once they realized they had customers, the young waiter was attentive. We ordered the Scampi linguine and linguine carbonara with minestrone with a red blend wine. They were out of spaghetti and meatballs. The soup was decent. Good size pre lunch soup. It had good flavor but it was luke warm. It was a generous serving of pasta. The scampi was not scampi though. It was bagged shrimp and the shiitakes were Cremini mushrooms. A few pieces of shrimp still had the tail on. The pasta was al Dente which was good. I, unfortunately found a small piece of aluminum foil in my pasta. I didn't bother saying anything. It was probably an accident. We have been wanting to try the Oak for dinner but they close too early. I hope they last, they have a good concept. Maybe more quality control and later dinner hours. read more
