So my fiance and I decided to try out Jimmy John's for the first time today... WOW!! No regrets! We ordered two subs and a bag of chips, and were planning on the usual half-an-hour wait time that most online ordering systems require, plus time for prep and delivery... Nope. They were here within 10 minutes. The delivery driver was friendly and wished us a great day, and our food was FANTASTIC. The sandwiches looked a little small, but they packed a punch. Best bread ever! I always get the Italian night club and beach club. The italian is a bit more oily and the beach club is refreshing because of the sprouts and avocado. I have also tried the gargantuan but for the price it's not much of a difference. Better off with just a night club! read more

The Jimmy John's staff was excellent to work with, helped me decide on sandwiches and delivered the large order right on time! Exceptional subs made to order at all hours of the day or night. What else could anyone ask for. 2am food delivery is usually not a thing for this 37 year old but when the wife and I decide to shut it down, we usually want food. 2am is a tough grab. Subway is not bad, and it is even better when they actually make a good sandwich, but if you want the best sandwich, Jimmy John's is the place to go. Of course you get Freaky Fast, excellent service and neatly perfectly prepared food. Not too far out of the way - from Grand Ave at Dissmores, go east on Stadium Way, then take a right on Monroe St just after Taco Bell. They're kind of misleading with their orders. I'll order something and the cashier will start adding extras while asking me if I want them and there have been times that I've said no and been charged for them anyways. I've had sandwiches from Jimmy Johns multiple times from all over the Northwest and maybe I've been spoiled From my experiences the ones I frequented and ordered from. I was in Pullman In town for dads weekend and my daughters wanted to order from Jimmy John's so we can eat and watch a movie before I caught my flight back to Seattle area. Rather than call my daughter ordered online thinking that would be quicker. I realize weekends are busy And I'm sure a lot of customers are ordering because of dads weekend what the sandwiches took an hour to get there. After 45 minutes my daughter finally called the store and the gentleman who answered said sorry about that but I don't know why it's taking so long That was it. When you checked the status online all it said was in delivery. In addition the bread on my club lulu was hard and not much meat. Guess I've been spoiled by experiences at other jimmy johns. Would have been nice if Person who answered the phone could've offered something like maybe a coupon for the next order or credit back something on the card that was used on online for The three sandwiches and three drinks. Ordered sandwiches for my whole apartment and they got here within 7 min it was crazy! As soon as i hung up here my food was. The sandwiches were made nicely and i have no complaints. The bread here is my absolute favorite, its better than any other sub place. read more

My roommate ordered a sandwich and after on hour called to check on it, and it was supposed to be out for delivery, after 90 minutes we checked and it did not come, after 2 hours we called and cancelled, then at the almost 3 hour mark the sandwich showed up. We don't even know if we will get a refund. This was abominable service. Jimmy Johns in other locations is true to the name, but in pullman it is slower than ordering dominos and then ordering a subway. This is the last time we will be using jimmy johns. read more

These are/can be tasty sandwiches, but I would suggest going in if you're going eat with Jimmy John's. Their delivery tends to be off, as any specialty sandwich will undoubtedly come improperly made. We've ordered a turkey sandwich and got no turkey on it before. When we called about our order, which contained other mistakes, we we're given new sandwiches, but asked to give back our pre-consumed mistake sandwiches. Petty. O-K: Jimmy John's is known for it's "freaky fast- brew-ha- ha," but the Pullman JJ's might seriously be the best in the nation; ALWAYS well made and delicious, always friendly staff, free day-old bread, and of course, "freaky fast delivery." Although their food is fine, I am extremely disatisfied in seeing first hand the mistreatment of a customer. JJ's had messed up a lady's order and they did nothing to fix the mishap, instead blaming the customer on making the phone call "too confusing". Not only did they blame the customer, they did nothing to fix the issue or send her order to her free of charge. I was shocked at the outcome. If this is how management sees these issues to be fixed, I will no longer order from here and tell all my friends of the shocking incident in hopes of downsizing their business. read more

While visiting Washington University I saw this business advertised and wanted to try their subs. I ordered a BLT for myself and the Club Lulu for my son. I placed the order for delivery to our hotel, the food arrived in 10 minutes, the delivery guy was pleasant and professional and the sandwiches were awesome!! The WORST service I have ever experienced in my life. I had 3 sandwiches delivered, 2 of which were completely wrong. After waiting for an hour for them to be delivered, OF COURSE I am going to be upset. I called the store manager, Josh, who reassured me that I would get the correct sandwiches soon. Not only did they not deliver, but the STORE MANAGER Josh would hang up EVERY TIME we called back. He refused to correct this mistake, denying me service, while still taking my money.
