I do not understand why every time I come to this location they are "out of something" or "not taking orders for that". Normally I wouldn't care but Pullman is pretty limited with fast food options. I've been trying to order the Southwest salad for MONTHS and they NEVER have it. I'm thinking management needs to do better about ordering supplies or updating the menu. Also, stop advertising new items if you are NEVER going to have them. read more

Very sad to say that today I found mold in one of my sandwich buns. Before eating i noticed an imperfection on my bun that i thought was unusual and pulled some of the breading back to reveal a chasm of mold and darkened bread. To say it put me off my appetite is an understatement, but I gave JitB a 2 star review because this rarely happens. Sad that i will now avoid eating at this establishment. food wise fine. servise is horrible. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl. They gave me the bag and I checked to see if I had silverware in there to use. I did not! Service is the slowest in town, they prioritize DoorDash orders over lobby, so you're best bet is to wait in their 30 minute drive thru for cold fries and stale chicken. Last two visits the breaded chicken was nothing but stale breading just a tomato with nothing else. They also claim to be 24 hours which is a lie because if you go there after 3 AM, you're not gonna get serviced until 5 AM because for some reason it takes them at least two hours to update their systems. It's 2023. Most of that should take less than 20 to 30 minutes max but maybe they're still using dial up? 2 out of 10 would eat here again only if I have to. read more

Came in here on July 7th around 6am and my mobile order was late. The guy proceeded to help the guy at the drive thru first (sighed really loudly) before helping me (even though I came in first), which is fine. I worked at a fast food before and my work prioritized drive thru orders more than everything else. Anyway, I wasn't bothered by that one too much, but what got me was the guy who was taking orders proceeded to take the cooked hash browns out the fryer vat and grabbed two of em with his bare hands to hand to the back to be served. I just stood fazed and took a while to process what happened. I just decided to walk out without waiting for my food. I have come here 3-5 times a week and probably won't be anymore. I can definitely understand why this location is looking to hire "happy people" The people working the drive through start talking to you before your even to the microphone, then are rude when you have to rethink your order based on them not having items. I understand them wanting fast drive through times but come on, if an item isn't available and it isn't marked as such give the customer time. They have often forgot items when coming through here before and frequently take a very long time for the orders. There are better options in Pullman. read more

While the food is the same as every other Jack in the Box, their drive-thur is "down for maintenance" a few times a week but they give no indication it's down until you go to order. It is very inconvenient and disappointing. read more

Seriously, you would think that Pullman being a college town would have more late night eating options. Nope. So Jack in the Box is a VERY popular place. Literally come here at 2 a.m. even during the week and there would be a line part way down the street. Many a night was spent here after craving super greasy bacon cheddar wedges, a car full of people would make the journey to Jack and the Box. Chances are at least one passenger was not sober. The best thing about this place has to be the employees. It takes an extremely patient person to work at this place and deal with the shenanigans of college students. If I could give them a negative rating I would. I went there after a long day of work trying to get something to eat. I sat at the intercom for at least two minutes and when somebody finally answered it they were rude as hell and I was trying to be nice. I finally got to the window after ordering and they just rolled their eyes and acted like they didn't want to serve me at all. Not only that it didn't look sanitary in there at all, there was people in there without gloves, the music was loud and not family friendly at all. I finally got home and opened my order and there was a chunk of something I couldn't tell if it was a hairball or lint or something but it was sticking to the cheese on my loaded tiny tacos, i didn't eat them i went on to my fries and they were cold and hard like they weren't cooked or like they were sitting there all day. I tried calling the store but nobody picked up and so I tried calling the next day and the lady that picked up was rude and fake nice like she had to say that but she didn't believe what I was telling her and she just hung up on me. When I came around to pay for my food (after they took my money) the manager who was standing behind the lady at the window confusingly asked me if "it was personal or delivery". Not too sure what he meant, so I laughed nervously and said myself and he called me a liar. After cussing a bit and harassing me about being a delivery boy they eventually gave me my food. I asked the lady to ask him to come back to the window and confronted the man about it and wanted to know what specifically about me made him think I was delivering and his response was "I was just giving you a hard time" I had not been to that Jack In the Box in months and only occasionally go for their egg rolls when I have the craving. But they 100% lost me as a customer for life. I wanted to go back in and drop of my business card from Washington State University, but he wasn't going to waste any more of my energy or time. I've never had such a great experience! One of the last times I went, I ordered spicy chicken tenders through the drive thru, and the person taking my order sighed SO LOUD when I ordered the tenders. It made me feel so bad. But! I went back (on February 3rd at 10:10pm) and an employee named Jose helped me out and he was SO nice and considerate!
