Beef Stew Noodle Soup
Chloe C.

coming from someone who has had a lot of asian food both across the country and internationally, i think this is one of, if not the best restaurant in pullman for a variety of chinese food and definitely the best place for pho. the authentic dishes here are really good. usually not busy when i've gone, but i definitely recommend dishes such as pho, beef hotpot, and beef stew noodle soup. spice levels are customizable and flavors are good. i think the ingredients vary a bit, but nothing that detracts from my experience thus far. it seems like the authentic chinese menu dishes are a lot better than the other items on the menu judging from the other reviews so i would highly recommend trying things from that menu. the staff is always friendly and it seems like a family owned restaurant. cozy interior -- i find myself coming here for comfort food. highly recommend coming here!

Parking: there is parking available at this restaurant Ambiance: the place looks a little outdated but that's what gives this place a good nostalgic feel so I love the decor. It's pretty quiet in here and not many guests Food: Food was a 10/10 so tasty! And well made. The chef special fish had a perfect amount of batter. The veggie mix was well seasoned too Server: there was one man who seemed to be doing it all (taking orders, serving the food, taking the check) which made me sad. He was super sweet and gentle. 100+ points for him.

Egg Flower Soup

Food was good and service was helpful and prompt. They have a pretty big menu with lots of options, including typical Chinese fare, teriyaki, pho, and more. I would call this a pretty typical Chinese restaurant. Nothing was super amazing, but everything was good. The Egg Rolls have a wrapper that seems more like that normally used for won tons, which actually was great because they were more crispy and flavorful. The Egg Flower Soup was exactly as I remembered it (I haven't ordered it in so long!). The Chicken Pho was very good. The Kung Pao Chicken was flavorful and spicy. I asked for medium spice, and I would say it was a little beyond that. So if you don't like spicy food you might steer clear from the menu items marked as spicy. The service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. I would certainly go back anytime I was in the mood for Chinese food.

Chicken schezuan, mongolian beef, veggie egg rolls

Delicious beef hot pot with tofu and bok choy, beef hot pot noodle soup, mongolian beef, veggie egg rolls, chicken katsu, schzuan chicken, pork fried rice, and more. Love how take home is always yummy. Looking forward to when it is completely safe to return to in person dining because hot jasmine tea with meals are delicious. Love this family owned and run business.

Combination Meal #4, White Rice, Hot and Spicy Chicken, and Szechuan Chicken!

We ate here tonight & our service was friendly, fast, and service starts with complimentary hot tea! There are definitely a lot of Chinese restaurants in Pullman, but that really added to the experience here. I also noticed that a lot of foreign students eat here, which must be a good sign. Our food was hot and delicious, and prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be back!!

This is probably as close to authentic Chinese food as it gets in the Palouse region, and that's not saying a much. They are located at the foothills of campus with a parking lot in front. The inside is cleaner than the other Chinese establishments I visited but not much better than your McDonalds or Chipotle. In terms of food, they have two menus, one for the American palette and one for Chinese. I ordered three dishes from the Chinese menu: eggplant with garlic sauce, stewed fish, and a noodle dish. They came out after about 15 minutes and tasted quite good. Of course, one cannot have high expectations in such a small city but for $17, one gets decent Chinese food from here.

Lamb pot-A must order if you are looking for authentic Chinese food!

This used to be my favorite, but since the owner passed away the quality has really gone downhill.

It was good food - fast to be served and good service from the wait people. I haven't been since before COVID though.

Red Bento is a local small chain that serves a variety of Asian food, not just Japanese as the name…read moresuggests. It also serves sushi, which is not easy to find in this area. On this visit, I ordered the Nabeyaki Udon, which is one of my favorite dishes. I quite enjoyed it. The broth was good, the noodle delicious, and the soup packed with veggies. I also ordered the edamame. I always order edamame when I can because I love it so much and never have it outside of restaurants. This particular edamame was good--a little lacking on spice for my particular taste but still hit the spot and filled my craving for edamame. Accessibility: This restaurant is generally accessible. The seating is a mix between booths and tables. The chairs do not have arms. There are a couple of accessible parking spots, but they are limited. The lighting is decent here and should be okay. Noise is not really an issue. I have never experienced crowds though I never go during the busiest times. I cannot remember if they have accessible washrooms. There are no stairs/steps to worry about.

Ordered spring roles and calamari tempura. The calamari looked processed, tasted a bit strange. I got a lunch sushi combo and I've never tasted sushi this terrible before. The spicy tuna roll just tasted spoiled, almost made me puke. Rosauers has better sushi. Our fried rice had hair in it, just the cherry on top. If you're thinking about going here, just don't, it's not worth your time or money.

Came in tonight with my aunt and uncle, after they told me this place was amazing…read more Well, sadly it seems it has gone downhill since they were last here. I'm from California, so some things in Washington and Idaho are new to me. Like for instance, our server handing us water bottles instead of cups of water. Turns out I guess Moscow is known for having issues with water. Our miso soup had no additives. No tofu, or seaweed. Just broth. Our sushi chef also forgot one of my rolls, and forgot to give my aunt her yakisoba, so we had to ask for them. There was only one other table of 2 seated while we were dining, so I can't even blame a busy dining room as the reason why the staff was flustered. On the plus side, our server did bring my baby cousin a tiny serving of miso soup, so my aunt didn't "have" to share hers, and brought a spoon for the baby, so that was a nice touch. All in all, this tourist definitely will not be eating here again.

We asked for the fried one not to be fried. The Philly wasn't great so we didn't eat that one but that's just because of the Smokey flavor. I love that they brought it all out on a sushi boat! Great service. I'd come again for sure.

We indicated that we were not, and would like to be moved. She left to check (?) only to return to advise that the televisions were all on the same remote. Others in the party dismissed it as an issue and decided to order. Management needs to take note and train hosts to ask which environment is preferred. There are too many neurodivergent people who can't handle the chaos, yet want to enjoy a nice meal. End rant. Meals were good all around, though my breaded steak bites were very salty and the au jus only added to my sodium intake. Great portions and flavor. Fresh herbs grown in a planter outside the front door. I'd gladly give 4 stars were it not for the noise and lack of consideration.
