The inside is very warm and welcoming, I loved the traditional Asian feel! My server was extremely friendly and helped me pick a good tea to have with my meal! I really loved the chicken and chashu, that was probably my favorite between the tonkotsu ramen. The ramen was way too big of a portion for me, but good nonetheless!

Love their ramen, chicken karaage, charred mackerel (appetizer), and poke. The summer ramen special was also really good and I love it when they have pickled eggs. If you don't want normal noodles, they usually have gluten free noodles or you can get veggies instead. I love that they use Toast to manage online ordering for takeout, ordering and paying at the restaurant, and rewards. If I haven't ordered anything recently they'll occasionally email me a coupon code. They also have a paper menu and employees who can take your order and payment if that's your preference. The only thing I struggle with is that their prices seem to be climbing really quickly. It's happening everywhere but it seems to be more noticeable at this spot, so several times I've decided to delay my next order until a discount was available.

Everything we had was amazing! Also such a good story of how the owner studied the art of noodles over seas! Start the meal with the rice and pickles! We devoured those while waiting for the main dishes. The tan tan men was amazing as was the spicy miso and mazemen. I had the tan tan men and the chastu chunks are melt in your mouth porky goodness!

I stopped in for a quick lunch after helping my son move into his dorm. As a ramen lover, I was happy to find a ramen restaurant in the area. What I enjoyed about the restaurant: Friendly servers Fresh ramen noodles made daily in the restaurant Tasty ramen broth- I suggest ordering the spicy miso ramen Delicious appetizers- gyoza anyone? The bar menu- loved the availability of Japanese beers and sake I enjoyed the food here and I know I'll be back in the years to come when I come to visit my son at WSU.

Well prepped and presented food. Quick & friendly service, comfortable ambience. I had the Tonkotsu and Spicy miso Ramen with a small cold House Sake. Both the Ramen broths are heavy and fatty. Tonkotsu was soothing although I would highly recommend the spicy miso- broth, it had the perfect blend of spice and the chunky pork meat.

Tried this place for the first time. Had their spicy miso soup with chicken. It was amazing. Loved the flavors and the decor. Good ambience, quick and friendly service

Ordered Tontkotsu ramen and added bok choy for a quick lunch. I was very impressed with this spot as there were only a handful of Asian spots in Pullman with great reviews on Yelp. I then learned that the noodles are made in house. The pork and noodles were tasty but the broth was just a little lacking. Nevertheless, I still recommend it and will be back! I was a little worried about parking since it was mainly street but luckily there are little free 2 hour parking lots nearby.

o-ramen is a great ramen shop in Pullman. The great server provided impeccable service to my friends and I. The restaurant vibes stay on the casual, laid-back side. My friends ordered the Spicy Miso ramen and I ordered the basic bowl with add-ons listed on the menu. Once our food arrived, the meal's presentation looked solid and you can see the variety of colors in it. The ramen tasted good and I loved how rich the broth was. Additionally, the server provided us with some sauces which we utilized and helped enhance our ramen's flavor.

The food was the major bummer. Which docked down most of the stars. The only thing warm was the noodles. Everything else was cold. Really pricey for ramen in a small town, that was not supposed to be cold. Toppings were really light and frozen(including the egg). There broths are mostly contained a weird texture similar to chowder which is usually what the texture should NOT be thinking of it traditionally or originally. If you really want ramen just order out and warm it up yourself would be better than dinning in. The service was super sweet and kind. You can seat yourself. Order and pay digitally, or through servers if you like. The relaxed ambiance makes it peaceful and less worrisome if eating alone.

Very few customers (3 tables full…read moremaybe). 5 of us ordered and my daughter's wings came out 20 minutes before everything else when she clearly ordered them as an entree. The rest of the food took about 35-40 minutes to come out when there was literally no one there. Also, the food we ordered was simple to get out in a fairly timely manner (Club sandwich, bruschetta, Mac and cheese, and Caesar salad). The menu is weirdly specific in some instances and not specific at all in others. Ex: wings come in mild, buffalo, and spicy, but one would assume the buffalo is a sauce but the mild was a dry rub (would be nice to know but not stated). Ex: Caesar is $14 and you can add "grilled" chicken, shrimp, or salmon for an extra $5 (in the case of chicken). My "grilled" chicken came out in cold chunks that looked like they had been rebought and kept cold then just dumped in the salad. When u order an entree salad and they say "grilled" chicken one would assume it's been freshly grilled for dinner, not just a salad that I could get in the deli aisle at a supermarket. Just an overall weird dinner for the price we paid. Service was friendly enough but sparse. Food tasted decent enough but when going out to eat I'd like to pay for more attention to the food than what I could put together with what I bought on my Costco run. Maple Manhattan was a solid drink though. Overall, not a 1 bc the taste was ok, but the rest was super underwhelming for what else is available in Pullman. Probably won't be back.

They give you a bowl of kettle chips when seated which was delicious. We were served quickly, and I ordered a house made seltzer that I believe was huckleberry flavor. It was interesting that it was made in-house but it had a weird after taste to me. We got the Turkey Club as well as their Cougar Gold Mac and Cheese. Both were delicious and I loved both dishes. I enjoyed how the Mac and cheese came with the side salad too, or you can have kettle chips or a soup. Salad was a great choice with the Mac and cheese. Overall I would definitely come back for the food as it was delicious. Ps- They also give SEL workers a small discount which is great!

The only thing I'd rate lower is the avocado rolls, which seemed to be a ton of vegetable greens and some avocado slices stuffed in a rice paper roll that was loosely wrapped and open on both sides. I would have expected it to be wrapped as a spring roll, because it was quite messy to consume. Otherwise, a solid time.

We went on a Friday at around 6 pm, and I will say that it was EXTREMELY busy. I think there was an…read moreevent going on for football or around the area so it was crowded. We still decided to wait because we made the trip for this place. It was about a 30 minute wait, when they decided to offer an outside seat. We accepted, and we were the only ones outside most likely because it was freezing outside. Our waiter did not come out for another 20 minutes, which we thought they forgot about us at this point. He came out and we ordered right away for the crab wontons and a Thai tea. After a long time we received our food, which I understood was because they were busy but still. The Thai tea was extremely sweet, unbearably sweet. I decided to ask them if there's a way to make it less sweet and they said that there's no way and they could only add more cream. I asked to take it off because it was hard to drink. If you don't like sweet drinks, I don't recommend the Thai tea at all. The crab wontons were good but they were cold, which was a little disappointing. After another 30 minutes we got the chicken Pad Thai and Pad kee Mao. Both were very hot and delicious, we got it at a medium spice level, which was perfect because it would have been too spicy otherwise. They never checked up on us after. We waited for a long time after finishing and nobody came out so we went in and asked for the box and a check. The food was fine, but I was disappointed in the Thai tea and the service. Yes I know they are busy and I understand, but to throw us outside and forget about us was really disappointing. I was freezing outside and waited a long time for the food and for getting served.
