    BBQ pork bao buns

Minh's has so much to offer. The food preparation was fresh, quick service and atmosphere wise we were the only ones seated since there was only half an hour left before it closed. We were welcomed by Marcus (sweet corgi) and the owners. Owing to the rain & windy weather we were starving and feasted on the chicken fried rice, Shrimp chowmein and Pork BBQ buns (had read about the buns in many reviews). I found the pork stuffing sweet, I was expecting a spicier version. But I guess that's how they are! Otherwise soft & super fluffy. The chicken fried rice and shrimp chowmein was just perfect Good serving portions and the chilli oil served was yum. Will be visiting Minh's again to eat & meet Marcus

Seems like the one and only authentic Vietnamese place serving pho with home made broth in the area. Parking is limited so carpool if dining in. Not the usual noodles I like with pho but not the end of the world. Fairly priced. Side eye from cute pudgy corgi free of charge.

The feel of this restaurant is it's a take out place that happens to have some tables for sit in. The server I had was very nice, she was both the server in the back room where the tables were and the cashier in the front room for take out orders. I had come in from flying across the country and was starving and I did use Yelp to narrow down some places to go and eat once I got to Pullman. Since I was feeling like Chinese food, Mihn's won. I decided to do a combo with the wonton soup and almond chicken with pork friend rice. I did a quick search online for almond chicken and felt good with this choice to go into new territory. The wonton soup was fine. Little dumplings instead of larger wontons like I'm use to. The chicken and rice came out and....oh boy. So the pork fried rice really seemed like it was white rice with some sliced pork on top. Is this a Washington thing? I had never seen pork fried rice like this before. And the chicken. It was breaded fried chicken pieces in a white gloop on top. White tastless gloop. It was the weirdest food item ever. I hated it.

My team and I decided to eat here for dinner on our last day I was craving for noddle soup and ended up getting pho and fried tofu it was ok for me. Wasn't the best but it would do, search up other spots nothing else in area but I'm sure the other foods would be better, service was good, parking can be a challenge.

I will never hate on this place. Ran by incredibly loving Vietnamese people. Hurry here if you like the taste of traditional pho! I grew up eating pho and this is the only place I had wanted to really ever eat pho at. I love this place so so much definitely recommend. It also feels very much like a traditional Vietnamese restaurant!

Combo plate: sweet sour prawns, almond chicken, pork fried rice, pork chow mein. FAT BOTTOMED PRAWNS!!

I'm not sure how they pass health code, but the Katsu chicken was pretty good. It was dirty, but super friendly service.

Is this a sit down Restaurant, or take out? I keep seeing to go boxes on here.

Pretty sure you can do both. We stayed and ate inside the restaurant.

I'm from California, so some things in Washington and Idaho are new to me. Like for instance, our server handing us water bottles instead of cups of water. Turns out I guess Moscow is known for having issues with water. Our miso soup had no additives. No tofu, or seaweed. Just broth. Our sushi chef also forgot one of my rolls, and forgot to give my aunt her yakisoba, so we had to ask for them. There was only one other table of 2 seated while we were dining, so I can't even blame a busy dining room as the reason why the staff was flustered. On the plus side, our server did bring my baby cousin a tiny serving of miso soup, so my aunt didn't "have" to share hers, and brought a spoon for the baby, so that was a nice touch. All in all, this tourist definitely will not be eating here again.

I am shocked by all the crappy reviews here because everything was really good. We asked for the fried one not to be fried. The Philly wasn't great so we didn't eat that one but that's just because of the Smokey flavor. I love that they brought it all out on a sushi boat! Great service. I'd come again for sure.

PERFECT sweet and sour chicken (I haven't been able to find any that isn't overcooked and chewy till now). The owner "Eddy" was super nice and watching him greet all the locals by name was a sight for sore eyes. I will be driving an hour out of town for Chinese food until I find somewhere in spokane this good (if I ever do...). I can't wait to try all the rest of their homemade food!

Our table had broccoli beef, Kung pao, sweet and sour & General Tso. Everything was fine. I'd say the Kung pao had the best flavor. There was something very off with the texture of the chicken. It was almost impossible to cut. It was very stringy and tough. My reason for low stars- this place could use a serious cleaning. From the bathrooms to the chandeliers above the tables (it's all covered in thick dust and webs). Same goes w the art on the walls. If we're being honest the back area also looks bad- random cleaning bottles right next to where they get drinking water out of the kitchen sink. After we ate here a few of us didn't feel well so I looked at the last couple visits from Whitman Co public health. You can go look for yourself.
