We visited this restaurant for a large party after graduation. The restaurant was a bit older but the graduate highly recommended as it was his favorite in the area and all others were full this time. After we called we got in immediately and were greeted before we sat with water already out for each guest. There weren't many there when we arrived and we were sat in the back. It was like a semi-private room. She took appetizer orders first and then drinks. It did begin to fill up with more guests so it did take a while for our food to arrive but that was due to the day. However the food was excellent. We all had a good time. The waitress was attentive and ensured we all had what we needed. This was a wonderful experience.

Minh's has so much to offer. The food preparation was fresh, quick service and atmosphere wise we were the only ones seated since there was only half an hour left before it closed. We were welcomed by Marcus (sweet corgi) and the owners. Owing to the rain & windy weather we were starving and feasted on the chicken fried rice, Shrimp chowmein and Pork BBQ buns (had read about the buns in many reviews). I found the pork stuffing sweet, I was expecting a spicier version. But I guess that's how they are! Otherwise soft & super fluffy. The chicken fried rice and shrimp chowmein was just perfect Good serving portions and the chilli oil served was yum. Will be visiting Minh's again to eat & meet Marcus

Seems like the one and only authentic Vietnamese place serving pho with home made broth in the area. Parking is limited so carpool if dining in. Not the usual noodles I like with pho but not the end of the world. Fairly priced. Side eye from cute pudgy corgi free of charge.

The feel of this restaurant is it's a take out place that happens to have some tables for sit in. The server I had was very nice, she was both the server in the back room where the tables were and the cashier in the front room for take out orders. I had come in from flying across the country and was starving and I did use Yelp to narrow down some places to go and eat once I got to Pullman. Since I was feeling like Chinese food, Mihn's won. I decided to do a combo with the wonton soup and almond chicken with pork friend rice. I did a quick search online for almond chicken and felt good with this choice to go into new territory. The wonton soup was fine. Little dumplings instead of larger wontons like I'm use to. The chicken and rice came out and....oh boy. So the pork fried rice really seemed like it was white rice with some sliced pork on top. Is this a Washington thing? I had never seen pork fried rice like this before. And the chicken. It was breaded fried chicken pieces in a white gloop on top. White tastless gloop. It was the weirdest food item ever. I hated it.

My team and I decided to eat here for dinner on our last day I was craving for noddle soup and ended up getting pho and fried tofu it was ok for me. Wasn't the best but it would do, search up other spots nothing else in area but I'm sure the other foods would be better, service was good, parking can be a challenge.

I will never hate on this place. Ran by incredibly loving Vietnamese people. Hurry here if you like the taste of traditional pho! I grew up eating pho and this is the only place I had wanted to really ever eat pho at. I love this place so so much definitely recommend. It also feels very much like a traditional Vietnamese restaurant!

Is this a sit down Restaurant, or take out? I keep seeing to go boxes on here.

Pretty sure you can do both. We stayed and ate inside the restaurant.

We ordered the avocado rolls, the yellow curry, tom yum, and the basil fried rice…read more Overall, food was about a 4-4.5/5. Large portions, flavorful. The only thing I'd rate lower is the avocado rolls, which seemed to be a ton of vegetable greens and some avocado slices stuffed in a rice paper roll that was loosely wrapped and open on both sides. I would have expected it to be wrapped as a spring roll, because it was quite messy to consume. Otherwise, a solid time.

We went on a Friday at around 6 pm, and I will say that it was EXTREMELY busy. I think there was an…read moreevent going on for football or around the area so it was crowded. We still decided to wait because we made the trip for this place. It was about a 30 minute wait, when they decided to offer an outside seat. We accepted, and we were the only ones outside most likely because it was freezing outside. Our waiter did not come out for another 20 minutes, which we thought they forgot about us at this point. He came out and we ordered right away for the crab wontons and a Thai tea. After a long time we received our food, which I understood was because they were busy but still. The Thai tea was extremely sweet, unbearably sweet. I decided to ask them if there's a way to make it less sweet and they said that there's no way and they could only add more cream. I asked to take it off because it was hard to drink. If you don't like sweet drinks, I don't recommend the Thai tea at all. The crab wontons were good but they were cold, which was a little disappointing. After another 30 minutes we got the chicken Pad Thai and Pad kee Mao. Both were very hot and delicious, we got it at a medium spice level, which was perfect because it would have been too spicy otherwise. They never checked up on us after. We waited for a long time after finishing and nobody came out so we went in and asked for the box and a check. The food was fine, but I was disappointed in the Thai tea and the service. Yes I know they are busy and I understand, but to throw us outside and forget about us was really disappointing. I was freezing outside and waited a long time for the food and for getting served.
