The food here is on point. The Rad Nah's gravy consistency was perfect and the noodles were cooked just right. The Phad Seewe was also good, as the noodles had that nice high heat cooking flavor, which is hard to do without burning them. The duck was a little dry, however came with a healthy portion of vegetables. The service was good. We Swede seated quickly and the server was attentive. The food came out pretty quick. The ambience is a little dated. Low ceilings and a little dark. There are booth and table seating. Would definitely return to try other food items.

I have gone here for 3 years, I haven't eaten here in about 6 months, and was curious if the quality had changed, nope! Still as good as always! My personal favorite is the sizzling duck with a Thai tea, the peppers are just soft enough and still have that crunch, and the mushrooms too, I would willingly pay 500$ for the sauce recipe he has this in, it's incredible. Food came out faster than any other fancy restaurant there is in Pullman and Moscow, he checked in after about 15 minutes, but of course we had no problems at all, I asked for no ginger in the sizzling duck and of course he could do it. The booths are comfortable; there are actual flowed by the tables, some very nice looking paintings, and a great view of some artwork over by an art piece nearby!

This place has decent food, which is great when I crave Thai food. I like to dine in, but I have an issue with the inside of the store as well as the cleanliness. The dishes aren't clean... at all. One of my waters had some green specks floating it (not sure what it was) and the cups had built up crust and food on the inside and outside... so we decided to not drink out of it. When something as simple as water is dirty I question how the cleanliness is inside the kitchen. I actually do enjoy this places food for the most part. Although the pad Thai is mostly on the sweet side, but sometimes I enjoy that more. It depends on your taste. The inside of the place has NO MUSIC at all so it's just an awkward silence, as it's typically not busy at all in here. It also looks a bit ran down so it's not my favorite place to dine in. If you want a quick Thai food, sure this is fine. But if you want a reliable place that is guaranteed clean, I would maybe check out other places.

Thai ginger is my favorite resturant in pullman. The best pad thai I've had from any place I've been to. Friendly people and great food!

Best Thai in pullman. Easily. Great service, a little too quiet for me but it's worth it. Good price too.

Literally one of my all time favorite Thai restaurants. The pad Thai is a classic. Their peanut sauce is also amazing. Yum!

The only thing I'd rate lower is the avocado rolls, which seemed to be a ton of vegetable greens and some avocado slices stuffed in a rice paper roll that was loosely wrapped and open on both sides. I would have expected it to be wrapped as a spring roll, because it was quite messy to consume. Otherwise, a solid time.

We went on a Friday at around 6 pm, and I will say that it was EXTREMELY busy. I think there was an…read moreevent going on for football or around the area so it was crowded. We still decided to wait because we made the trip for this place. It was about a 30 minute wait, when they decided to offer an outside seat. We accepted, and we were the only ones outside most likely because it was freezing outside. Our waiter did not come out for another 20 minutes, which we thought they forgot about us at this point. He came out and we ordered right away for the crab wontons and a Thai tea. After a long time we received our food, which I understood was because they were busy but still. The Thai tea was extremely sweet, unbearably sweet. I decided to ask them if there's a way to make it less sweet and they said that there's no way and they could only add more cream. I asked to take it off because it was hard to drink. If you don't like sweet drinks, I don't recommend the Thai tea at all. The crab wontons were good but they were cold, which was a little disappointing. After another 30 minutes we got the chicken Pad Thai and Pad kee Mao. Both were very hot and delicious, we got it at a medium spice level, which was perfect because it would have been too spicy otherwise. They never checked up on us after. We waited for a long time after finishing and nobody came out so we went in and asked for the box and a check. The food was fine, but I was disappointed in the Thai tea and the service. Yes I know they are busy and I understand, but to throw us outside and forget about us was really disappointing. I was freezing outside and waited a long time for the food and for getting served.
