I'm sure the people who are downgrading this place know way more than me about Japanese food. All I know is I think everything they make here is delicious. Even the boba! An experience here is like going to your favorite Chinese place that is Americanized to the max. And I don't mean that in a bad way. It's all comfort food! It probably has a lot of salt in the cooking process, but that just makes it all so more cravable. Okay, I get it now. It's a me problem. Other than the Mex restos in town, I generally don't go to the other dining options in my humble college hamlet. Now I know why this joint has been here for several years, around EWU kids who don't spend money, and Cheney farmers, who don't spend money. They're good. The ambiance was fair, two split areas of the restaurant. A bar area with tv's and a bigger cafeteria seating area. There was anime and Asian music being played in the background. I can't rave about food service since this was like mall cafeteria style place. We got menus, were told to sit anywhere clean and that's it. I figured we order at the counter. We got two tonkotsu ramens and a salmon roll. We were given a table number. The salmon sushi rolls were huge but mostly rice. My fiancé said the sushi was fair. The tonkotsu ramen had all types of veggies, broccoli, corn, carrots, green onions and beans sprouts. The veggies were cold and the broth was barely warm. There aren't many veggies in a classic tonkotsu ramen. The traditional tonkotsu ramen comes with green onions, a soy egg, seaweed and bean sprouts. For a second I thought we ordered a veggie ramen but we didn't. Broth is the backbone for ramen and this was not flavorful or creamy. The broth was too thin and light like chicken noodle soup. The pork was okay. We were super disappointed at this restaurant but not surprised given its geographical location. I live in Southern California and I'm asian, so I'm used to authentic ramen places. I was the only asian customer in the restaurant and that's telling. This place was not it. If you need to add "authentic" to any restaurant name, it probably isn't. read more

The sushi is very inconsistent. Sometimes there is avocado, sometimes not, sometimes the roll(s) are unnecessarily drowned in way too much sauce. One person in particular does not know how to roll sushi. The pieces are massive and require 2 bites which is not how sushi is made or meant to be eaten. The pieces completely fall apart, making it impossible to dip or eat with chopsticks. The crab substitute has become fishy and undesirable. I haven't gotten the ramen in quite some time because I don't think it's good and tastes off to me, at some point they changed ingredients and it changed the dish - not for the better. The spring rolls are good, edamame is good, and the boba teas are very good. The same chef who doesn't roll correctly wears open toe shoes and I have watched him eat a piece of food from his hands while preparing rolls. read more

Omg!! So good, and you get so much for your dollar there. The sushi rolls seem like they are almost twice as big as what you get at most other sushi places. I have had several of their sushi rolls and tried the teriyaki chicken. Also very good. I cannot wait to try their ramen bowls. They usually have something on special like curry? Or something like that. You go to the counter and look at the menu and order. And pay and sit down and they bring you your food. Super nice and friendly atmosphere, the cashier was very attentive and gave her detailed suggestions and explanations for everything. It's not a typical sushi place, as the sushi are pre prepared on the counter, and you can take whichever you want. They're not paid for the whole day, but thrown away every 4 hours as they said, so everything seems and tastes super fresh. They're sushi themselves are huge, and have a bunch of meat (huge slices of salmon) We also had black garlic tonkitsu ramen, which was pretty good and not just the soup, as you can see in some places. For both me and my partner, with 2 pounds of sushi, ramen and boba tea, it was 50$ Definitely worth coming in, if I lived in Spokane would've eaten here everyday read more

I got the beef ramen $18. And a pepsi. The broth was lukewarm, and the vegetables cold. Service was fast. Ambiance ok. The pepsi had a mildew after taste, so i dont know if their soda machine has been cleaned in awhile. The beef was pretty much all bone. Very excited to have a new place in Cheney! They offer poke bowls, ramen, sushi, and boba. We got 2 tonkotsu ramen bowls, 3 California pieces (they sell sushi by pieces instead of rolls which is kind of nice!), a brûlée Oreo milk tea, strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping bobas, and a peach tea with cheese foam (which was more savory than I expected but good) all for $50 which I felt was fairly priced. Nice little restaurant with a very small sign that you almost miss. The Supa! Hell Ramen was delicious with just the right amount of spice to get your attention. The boiled eggs were exceptional. Also tried a Matcha boba tea that was very good. Well worth the drive to Cheney. read more

Nice people, very reasonable prices, large portions. Limited menu and you would hope they do the limited offerings well. Food just wasn't very good. Chicken curry bowl had starchy, bland sauce and minimal veggies. Sushi pieces are cheap and should be-no veggies, look like supermarket premade sushi and taste the same. Gyoza near tasteless. We have been to Supa! twice now and they are amazing. The food was exceptional, had sushi, Teriyaki Chicken bowl, and Ramen bowl. The food had the right amount of spice and was a large portion size.
