Just went to Chipotle again because I'm broke. But this time not only was the food subpar, but the service was horrible (except for the people at checkout). The guy who helped me and my friend first did not acknowledge my friend and ask what she wanted and just went off and did his own thing after doing my bowl. This guy also snapped at another employee yelling her name very loudly, my ears actually hurt a little bit, to get her attention while standing right next to her, which was very rude. He also was just aggressive with scooping the ingredients into the bowls. If I could choose NA for food, service, and atmosphere I would, since we didn't get to experience that part. So we showed up to have dinner only to find they are closed. Sometime was around the side unloading a pickup so we went and verified they were actually closed. They said at first because of the weather. In my 54 yrs of life and in all my time managing/ working at a restaurant have never used weather as an excuse. It had just come out of near 0° temperature, it was 15° at this time. The walkways and parking had not been cleared of snow etc. I don't feel like weather is a valid excuse. Then they said they didn't get their delivery, so corporate decided they should not open. Again, in all my time managing/ working at restaurants, never had I had to close because of lack of food. I could always continue serving food for at least 3 days without a delivery. We had to go to another choice for dinner, a good choice that is, we went to Zeppo's, and to verify I want wrong I asked them if they would be able to continue serving food if they hadn't gotten a delivery and they said yes. Not to mention they WERE OPEN, and only around the corner from Chipotle. This place hired children to manage and operate their establishment, so you get a child's work ethics, people who don't want to with and don't care. Waiting in the pickup line for about 20 minutes.. got to the window a few minutes after my pickup time was shown on the app. "oh sorry your order is about 40 minutes out".. Whoever decided online ordering for drive thru was a good idea.. was wrong. Maybe it works for places that aren't busy.. but if it's busy.. nope. Might as well just go in and order. So basically from what I gather, you order online, it tells you when it will be ready, then you go and wait in line and pick it up. Simple. Right? Wrong. If your order is running behind, the app won't let you know.. so you sit in line for however long you need to, get to the window and get told you have to wait 40 more minutes. But what if you don't get there when it tells you to? Then your food literally just sits there in a bag with your name on it. Getting cold. Waiting for you. Getting colder. Until you get it. Which may or may not be on time because there may or may not be a line. A NORMAL drive thru would have prevented that from happening, or their system being fixed to let customers actually see when their food will be made, being cooked, and ready for pickup. Good food.. when they have it. This location has consistently been out of their main menu items. The first few times were acceptable considering the fact that not all restaurants can have 100% of their items 24/7. However, if your noticing that you're consistently out of...let's say...lettuce, or carne asada...maybe it's a hint that more needs to be ordered/prepared. Chipotle deserves a full star rating for our recent catering experience. We ordered a vegetarian menu for 150 servings. Sitting down with the Pullman Chipotle manager, we were able to discuss a few swaps based on diet preferences indicated by our leadership team. The manager was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. On our pick-up day, multiple large boxes and many, many bags of chips were ready on time. They filled the entire back of a suburban vehicle, but transported well. Everything was packaged as hoped, all serving utensils included, nothing at all amiss. The hot food stayed hot, and the cold food cold. Everything easily served up for a pleasing, easy lunch to feed a crowd attending an Open House event for a new professional building. I would unhesitatingly place a large order with Chipotle for any future event where I needed things to be reliable and crowd pleasing. read more

The National hotline to help has a 4-second delay. And that's after calling countless times and not getting the local manager. The phone hangs up on you eventually. The feedback website doesn't accept the confirmation format the restaurant gave so it automatically dismisses my concerns... And on top of everything...the order was not filled correctly. No chips. If I can give this place less than one star, I would. The workers here are always rude and inconsiderate. The biggest issue is ordering online, they will not give you what you want. If you ask for extra, they'll probably end up giving you less just out of spite. I also bought side tortillas, and they provided us with the tiny taco ones that could barely fit anything. Then, I ordered a kiethadilla to try, and they didn't make it right at all and made a normal steak quesadilla with no sides at all. Didn't even mention it when I picked it up. First of all, any time a business is AVERAGING 1.5 stars, that's your first red flag. But being a chain, I took a chance and went there without reading the reviews first. Boy was THAT a mistake. This place is consistently bad. They're consistently out of food. I actually went in there today preparing myself to hear the bad news and, true to form, they lived up to my expectations. Today, they said, "We're out of beans, salsa, etc. Our delivery drivers are on strike." What about all the other times they were out of food over the last 12 months (minimum)? UPDATE As of 1/17/2024 at or about 4:45PM, Chipotle posted a canned/robot "response" to my post asking me to contact them directly. I got a non-specific email from an alleged customer support team member named Jay Mor about how sorry they were that my experience was bad and that they would be in touch with the management team at that location, blah, blah, blah. I then replied to THAT email, and said to Jay Mor, "Your response seems very non-specific. Aren't you the least bit curious to know about my experience at your restaurant? Once I hit "Send", it took less that 5 minutes for me to get a reply. It was the same BS non-specific canned response. It's perfectly okay to use those kinds of auto-replies to let a customer know that someone will get back to them and that this email is auto-generated and please don't reply. My girlfriend got half the quesadilla she usually gets, and the burrito is nearly half the size as it usually is, and it cost more money. We both paid around $12 each for our items, and it's just insane.
