Awesome customer service! I went to the drive-up window and asked for double quarter pounders with cheese plain, but only got singles and found out they had only charged me for singles too.. I called and went back to pay for and pickup the missing meat patties. Instead, they gave me 2 fresh double quarters at no charge. I'm thrilled! I'm there often(probably too often) so that may be why I was treated so well. Super disappointing service. My friends and I were going through the drive through and were laughing and talking before we got there. There was a man in the parking lot that said "hey you guys need to leave." Then the driver ignored him she thought he was talking to someone else. The driver was talking to the intercom person about ordering and she turned to the people in the car and said "quiet I'm overstimulated." Then the driver said to the intercom "give me one second" Then a man came onto the intercom and said "we are not serving you today you just threw something at our coworker." The driver of our car responded, "what?" The man on the intercom responded, "we're not serving you." We came back around for more clarification because we drove all the way from Moscow to go over there. We asked "what did we throw?" The people on the intercom responded saying we said, "get a life". Not even an answer to our question. Overall, all of these claims did not happen, we would never respond to anyone like that or let alone throw something at someone! We are just college girls trying to have fun in a small town! They were about to close so they may have just been trying to close early and get out of serving us. This establishment unlike the store on stadium way . Makes things up bout patrons. Messes up orders intentionally. For certain patrons. No counter service. I worked 6 yrs for the original owner. Yesterday I ordered a buttermilk crispy sandwich- which is supposed to be a premium sandwich. The cut of chicken filled half of the bun and the batter was soggy. Verry upsetting that I paid over $5 for this. I do not understand how this sad, tiny, soggy piece of chicken constitutes bing called "premium" or worth $5. It's a MCDonalds. Service is fast and friendly! I like their breakfast sandwiches and chicken McNuggets the most.

It's a good McDonald's. The staff is friendly and there's a good indoor play area with a big toy, two digital game screens and an air hockey table. It seems to be just the right size for busy weekends. However, I have beef over the issue that they've had the same digital bike toy in the kids play area that hasn't worked in the 3 years we've been here, and all it's good for is kids potentially injuring themselves trying to climb on it. If it's broke, either fix it or get rid of it. Leaving it there just looks tacky. Finally, there needs to be better air conditioning in the play area. During the summer, it gets unbearably hot in there. read more

Used to be a nice McDonalds. Then they spent who knows how much money fixing it up and making it modern only to make most things inconvenient for their customers. First the order screens. I do not want to work for McDonalds. Stop forcing your customers to work to order their food. How does a single mom with kids order at the screen in peace? That is not me but I would just hate that. We have used these before and just find them ridiculous. Watching Employees right now showing people how to use the screen when they could just be taking their order. Another thing that is missing is the catchup dispenser. Apparently remodeling a building to more modern taste excludes making it easier to put catchup in your cup. Yes there are some perks like the open concept and style but we are not a fan of working when we go out to eat. I would NEVER bring a group here. It would take you 45 minutes just to order. read more

everyone here is so nice! i'm new to pullman and i've been to this mcdonald's a couple of times already to grab something quick to eat while working on moving in, and every time i've gone the employees have always been super fast and super kind! the food is always hot and tastes fresh as well, but the great customer service is ultimately what made me want to leave a review! read more

I enter drive thru @ 10:30pm on a Sunday night an make my order. There's already 2 Cars parked in front of me so I ask the guy at window 2 who's seems to be a Mgr are you going to park me too? He says yes were waiting on fries I said to my self should just get a refund now. Well I park an3-4 min later he comes out giving me a refund saying they didn't have the chicken for my sandwich's. The last 10 times I have ordered food from this Mcdonalds, I swear to god, 9 out of those 10 times my order has been messed up. You literally have to check your food every single time you go there just to make sure that they got the damn order right. You have to do there job, to make sure you get the food you ordered. A simple order like a Large Number 1 with no pickles, I mean to these staff members you might as well be asking them to construct a rocket ship, they have no idea how to take a simple order. They should hire someone to check the food before they serve it because these mother fuckers can never get anything right. I mean, its fucking Mcdonalds.. its the easiest fucking job in the world, how the fuck can they fuck up orders so much? A warning to everyone, do not leave the drive-thru or the restaurant without opening up the bag and checking the food, I know its embarrassing, you have to do their fucking job, but if you don't do this, you'll be disappointed later when you find out they charged you for a large but gave you only a medium. One time they didn't even give me my fucking change back. The order was like $7.26 I gave them a $10 bill and 26 cents, those mother fuckers didn't even give me my change back.
