This taco bell is hands down the best taco bell I have ever visited, and I can honestly say I have had my fair share of taco bells across various states and different populations. One thing I like about taco bells in small towns is attention to detail and this particular location really puts in the effort to make sure that every single item I get is literally stuffed with ingredients, drinks overflowing to the brim. The workers are so nice every time, even when it's busy hours. I wouldn't blame them if they were nasty to me, but it makes me feel good pulling up to the drive through knowing that I'll get consistent treatment every time. Some instances where I was gagged by the service: I ordered a potato soft taco and I can't remember a single time where I had gotten more potatoes and cheese in it. The tortilla was straining to keep it all in and that's crazy. I saw the workers filling the drinks and they had such impressive technique in making sure they were all filled to the very top with no foam. Going out of their way to do this is just another level. It was so fast too. My chips and cheese (another item I really don't put any expectations on) were actually so hot and fresh. I didn't know this was possible from a taco bell. read more

Extremely poor customer service. Was ignored upon entering and after declaring I was there for a mobile order they said it would brle ready shortly. When the food was ready, they placed it on a table without calling my name for multiple minutes. I approach the counter and asked if the order was ready, they asked to see my order receipt on my phone, I declared my phone is in my car, but I knew all the items on the order. Went to the drive thru and ordered ahead on the app. As I got my food, the drive thru gal was rude. I was grabbing my bag and right before i could grab it, she let go of it kinda swung it towards me. Okay fine. But when i got home, I went to open the wrapper to my soft taco and a beetle came crawling out of it! I threw my taco and now I have a mess to clean up. Four stars just because Pullman finally has a Taco Bell. No more driving to Moscow for Taco Bell! Such a small thing but a huge deal to finally have one for Washington State and the city of Pullman. Free Wifi. Order ahead on the app. Drive through. New and remodeled so like all the other Taco Bell locations these days. Lines can get long late night. Inside moves much quicker but like any business it depends on the time of day you go. Also a lot of college students working like any normal business so expect some delays. Overall though food has been hot and fresh on all of my visits. Staff has been friendly and I've never had an order messed up substituting menu items. Good amount of parking outside this location. Food delivery services also pick up from this location so that's a plus. read more

It's Taco Bell, not much surprising about its offerings/quality. Food tastes good, is ready fast, and is priced on the medium end of fast food, cheaper than or equal to Sonic for example and more expensive than McDonalds. F*** this Taco Bell. Went there around 11pm ish. I pull up to order and the employee taking my order says "we will be with you in a moment", I'm looking over the menu and say "um", just thinking out loud right. Then they responded to "um" with "I SAID, I'll be with you in a moment". I didn't continue with my order, and was just leaving after that. If I could give zero stars, I waited for over an hour in the parking lot to fulfill a double DoorDash order. There had to have been almost 20+ people not only waiting in the lobby, but with the drive-through to the road. This is absolutely ridiculous and my boyfriend and I are extremely frustrated that we wasted our evening and ended up having to cancel on the poor people who ordered their food. It doesn't matter what time or day you go, there will probably be a line and even if it doesn't look that long, it will probably take a while. This Taco Bell lies about their hours. They say they're open until 2am on a thursday's and closed at 12am. We waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and then they told us they were closed. This Taco Bell location has been open since late summer and this is the first visit I made. I went to their drive-thru during rush hour and when they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. Initially, I wanted something from the breakfast menu, however, the cashier said they were out of breakfast items and I ordered something else. When I arrived at the drive-thru window, I was greeted with a smile by a female cashier, she thanked me for being patient and apologized about not having the breakfast item I wanted. The wait was not long I'd say only about 3-5 minutes, and I got my order. I appreciate Taco Bell for placing importance in Customer Service. This female cashier surely had very good customer service skills. She was consistent from the time I arrived and ordered my food until the time my food was delivered to me. Taco Bell was also busy busy busy and no matter how stressed, felt rushed the time was, she made me feel important and acknowledged me. "Please" "Thank you" "We appreciate your business." Drive thru is slow. I feel they onky have one cook working at a time. Half the time they get the order wrong. Twice in a row they forgot to give me my drink. Sometimes I get food I didn't order or my order isn't how I ordered. It reminds me of Christmas. Or having sex with a hooker. You never know what you are going to end up with. The booth in the center of the restaurant has a ton of food and trash on it and the floor. An employee was sitting in the next booth. As much as we love Taco Bell, Taco Bell simply does not reciprocate. The last three times we've gone to this location for food, we've gotten food poisoning. Terrible stomach pain, headaches, nausea, fatigue, and inevitably, yep, I'm gonna say it, diarrhea. Now I know a lot of you might be thinking "ha ha you dummy, if you don't want the runs then don't get Taco Bell!" but listen... we got Taco Bell a full 24 hours ago and we're STILL feeling the side-effects and there's no end in sight. Potentially avoid this location, they've never gotten an order wrong and the food is definitely what you'd expect, but the agony simply isn't worth it. This location refuses to accept coupons from a program they willingly and voluntarily participate in. If you use or purchase Entertainment coupons, don't waste your time trying them here. Multiple employees at this Taco Bell have repeatedly refused Entertainment coupons, which cost money and apparently this Taco Bell has opted-in to accept. Even after reporting this to Entertainment and calling 1 month later, they still refuse to accept them and told me I was 'scammed' even though Entertainment has been a reliable discount/coupon service for 55 years. read more

Slow fast food, low quality ingredients and small portions. Why all the fast food store in this town suck so bad? No more Taco Bell for me

1. Account for at least 10 to 15 minutes with the drivethrough. It is deceiving because it's one lane (which wraps behind the back). There will be at least 3 to 4 cars ahead of you if you are just pulling in. 2. Due to the traffic backup, the person at the window may still start taking your order even if you cannot reach the speaker to order. Very annoying when this happens. 3. Items such as beans, tomatoes, etc have been left out of my order with no explanation. I have had problems with the mexican pizza's as well. On numerous visits, they have substituted the flour shell with the standard corn shells (from the crunch wraps) with no warning. 4. Staff is friendly and polite. 5. It is very clean inside and maintained well. read more
