We usually go to the restaurant but we've also bowled here before. The bowling alley experiences were mostly good but the music was too loud sometimes. The bowling nights were supposed to be social events but it was at times very difficult to hear the people we were trying to chat with (and I'm pretty sure my watch gave me at least one "it's too loud and that's bad for your ears" warning). I'd enjoy that volume way more if we were there to dance. I'm more comfortable in the restaurant so it's on our list of options when planning to go out for breakfast or dinner. They usually have some good beer options (menu available on untappd) and I've enjoyed their cocktails and mocktails. They do a good job with Bloody Mary garnishes. The downsides: - Take-out sometimes takes a super long time (even if you order online well in advance). - They recently took steak off their menu. We were bummed because it's one of the easiest things to get for my husband (food allergies) and on our most recent visit the whole reason we came was because a friend wanted steak (and eggs). - When you order fish & chips they normally ask which side you'd like and I usually pick coleslaw. This means I'm expecting fish & chips with coleslaw. What they deliver instead is fish & coleslaw. Sometimes I'm glad for the lighter meal but sometimes I really am craving some fries so it's annoying. I think I tried to talk to a waitress about it once but the conversation didn't go anywhere. I don't know if I'll order it a third time but I might be tempted to just because I'm curious to see what will arrive next time I ask for "fish & chips with coleslaw." We haven't explored their arcade yet. They used to also have a casino/card room but it closed in about 2025. read more

Always a good breakfast on Parents weekend. Had the traditional breakfast and didn't disappoint.

They want you to write about the food, service, and ambiance ...well ALL are truly top notch! The staff are always so friendly and very helpful with all questions. Whoever does the hiring and training, does an amazing job...they are fun, smiling, and have great personalities. You never forget good service! The food choices are MANY and there's something for everyone. I always have a hard time deciding. Love their fish and chips, burgers, taco salad, steak bites, and pretty much everything! My favorite seems so simple, yet their grilled cheese on sourdough bread is so good! And their homemade soup! I usually don't order soup but the beef/leek soup I had was dynamite! I'd never had it before but it's a treat...best soup I've had. My parents even brought me some after they had dinner there last night! Compliments to their chef! The ambiance is family dining, welcoming, very clean, and plenty of seating! This is where we go for all family birthdays because you can choose from so many appetizers, entrees, drinks, and desserts. Of course the gaming area and bowling are tons of fun too! We stopped in to eat while in town for a game, and the brunch food was serviceable. Can't comment on the rest of the facility, but there's a restaurant, bowling alley, and casino. Service was pretty friendly (we sat at the bar, and they were ok with us pulling up an additional stool so both of us could sit) and the bloody mary was better than most. Most of the menu options for breakfast are pretty heavy; my husband had a breakfast pizza and I ordered the corned beef hash (it seemed light on the beef). One thing that detracted from the experience was the amount of dishes and glassware that accumulated on the bar, right next to us, while we were sitting there eating. I understand it was busy, but I don't need to look at other people's dirty dishes while I'm trying to eat my meal. Zeppoz offers bowling, a small casino, a nice arcade, a restaurant and bar, a private boutique bowling area called the 300 Club, a bowling shop, and outdoor seating with a fire pit. Zeppoz recently went through a renovation, so the restaurant is nicely updated. There are TVs everywhere so you will not miss a game if you are there to watch one. When I went to Zeppoz this time, I ordered appetizers. My Tots were the standard tots. Tasty, warm, salty, and crunchy. Very good and exactly how I like them! I did not try the sauce with them. It was supposed to be fry sauce, but it had a watery and not thick consistency, so I did not want to try it. I also ordered Nachos with Steak. The cheese, tomatoes, and chips were delicious. The steak was tiny and well done (overcooked). I ended up pushing the steak to the side and not eating it. There was enough cheese on the nachos to give every chip some, even if the chip had none to begin with. My partner's burger was delicious and my other meals have all been good here, so I am inclined to believe this was just an off experience. I still recommend everyone check out Zeppoz, especially for the bowling and arcade, which are both fun and entertaining. Accessibility: Zeppoz is generally accessible. There are a couple of accessible parking spaces. The washrooms have one accessible stall with grab bars. The restaurant is generally wide and easy to move around with a combination of tables and half booths. The chairs do not have arms. I believe the chairs outside do. I believe there are low tables in the bar area. The arcade is tightly spaced. Lighting is pretty good and should not be an issue. Depending on how busy it is, noise will be, at least in the bowling area. It gets really loud with all the bowlers. read more

My three teen kids and I went to Zeppoz to celebrate two of their birthdays. Simple bowling and pizza. We've never had a problem before but last night was ridiculous!! We arrived at 6pm and were told we could bowl an hour in the main area or if we wanted more, we'd have to bowl in the back for a higher price. No explanation as to why. We chose to bowl one hour. I immediately ordered pizzas/drinks (around 6:05pm) so that we could eat while we bowled. I asked for three 12" pizzas and was told, with attitude, we don't have those anymore. I mentioned, in a joking tone, that the menu should be updated then. He snapped back "I meant we are out of 12" pizzas". I then proceeded to order three 16" pizzas (variety for my kids) and was VERY rudely told "That looks like way to much pizza for you guys!". I then responded with "Well, that's what we would like!". We bowled 1.5 games and still hadn't received our food. At 6:55pm we were updated that our food is now being put in (even though people that arrived after us already received their pizza and ate it). We had 3-4 frames left (time was 7:10pm and finally received our pizza in boxes. When opening ALL THREE pizzas, they were Burnt!!!!! We were not offered apologies, discounts or any kind of compensation. I don't care if you have a league coming up, or whatever the excuse. You treat EVERY customer like gold! If we or anyone wants to order 3 or 20 pizzas, guess what its MONEY for your business so DO IT!! Don't offer your opinion and be an ASS about it. read more

I think these are the best lanes I've ever bowled on. Great oil on the hardwood, I've had some great games here. The lanes have been very consistent since I've gone here over the years. Pricing here is very affordable. They have penny a pin nights, which are great and if you bowl over 200 you get your game free (woop woop!). They also have a casino here, an arcade and a restaurant/bar. I love the fries here with the fry sauce! Every time I'm in Pullman I try to stop by and get a few good games in. They also have a rewards program, so sign up for it for free games! read more

We love going to zeppoz. Front desk is always very helpful and Inviting. We always have a great time bowling: The reason I gave only 3 stars is due to the bartender. She has been working the past 3 times we have gone for a fun day of bowling. She acts as if you are a burden. We have never once seen her smile or use any sort of simple manors such as "thank you," or "welcome." The first day we let it slide considering she might just be having a rough day, we have now come three times and still received the same service from her. We try to make conversation, and she replies with one weird as if all she wants is us out of her hair. She is a good at pouring drinks but that by no means makes a good bartender. Also she gave me a plastic beer cup for our pitcher of beer that had a hole in the bottom. My beer completely emptied in 60 seconds. (It happens) we went to grab another cup and told her what had happened, she didn't say one word, grabbed a new cup, then turned around and walked away. VERY RUDE. read more

The food is great BUT... they rarely if ever have their online ordering feature turned on. When you call the bar/grill, you get a recording. I had to call the bowling alley to ask them to turn on the online ordering on their web page and they called the owner (I guess that's who it was), and it was on in about 10 minutes or so. I told the guy, "Look, man, you clearly have this as a feature on your page. Please turn it on. Or make that one of the duties of the grill supervisor because you're losing business when it's not functioning. Today, it's back to the old routine: "Online Ordering Unavailable". Zeppoz has been a solid standard for reasonably tasty food, drinks, and entertainment for the years I've lived in Pullman. The staff are friendly and the bar is a local hangout. I recently dropped in for lunch, however, and half the tables in the place were in various stages of waiting for menus/food/beverages. It took a half hour from ordering to get a salad. I don't mind a wait when the place is busy, but not a table around me was receiving their food either. Instead, multiple to-go orders were being processed by the two sole floor staff working. I would guess the kitchen was hoppin' to keep up as well. Zeppoz- why offer to go orders when you clearly aren't willing to support your employees (and make sure the people actually at your establishment are being taken care of)? My experience was completely unreasonable and I'm disappointed. Prioritize your guests, don't skimp on labor, and I'll happily return to a consistent and easy choice to spend locally. read more

Today we made a last minute decision to try to have our child's party there - they made it happen and we're so grateful! About 99% of the places your allowed to remove your mask while in your designated area. Well we were informed after we had already been bowling for 30 mins that we had to have our masks on while we bowled but we were allowed to have them off at the table which was maybe 2 feet apart.... so any germs I have, won't leave the table but when I'm 2 feet away bowling my germs will go everywhere??? also there was only ONE other lane being used. I was shocked to hear the bartender calling it a fake ID. Turning me away would've been one thing but he was very condescending and rude to me. Ladies then wouldn't accept them because they had that person's email on them even though they had proof that we'd received 5 separate emails. Went in for breakfast with my son this morning. We were the only occupied table in the restaurant. We ordered our food and since we were the only customers our food delivery was very prompt. I ate half my omelette and stopped eating when I noticed a hair that had been cooked into the egg portion of my omelette that was partly protruding out. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress she responded with "weird our cook doesn't even have hair that color and I can give you 20% off the dish". I thought about it on my way home and realized that she was trying to say it was my hair which it was not. Uh okay lady how was I able to integrate my hair into the liquid egg before it had been cooked? Shit happens, just apologize and move forward. We decided to phone in an order for some burgers from the restaurant. It was the worst burger ever. One burger was the big Lebowski. I told them no mayo. I was covered in it, The big Lebowski was overcooked and tough to eat. So was my wifes burger. In addition, someone else ordered a taco salad, There was almost nothing in the fried shell. The other meal was the mini corn dogs. There were only 5 overcooked ones. We also asked for fries. We only got a few. All of the food was overcooked and cold. We only live a few minutes away. After I arrived and told them I was there to pick up the order. I was told they were boxing it up. I waited over 15 minutes for the person to come out. Because of Covid-19 I was not allowed inside to get it. We called to request a refund for this inedible food. We will see if the make good on the complaint read more

Management is awful, booked online about a week out from our bowling time and then they "cancelled" our reservation because it didn't go through the system, very frustrating especially that it is Parents Weekend. Maybe take online reservations away from your website? You guys said we were the 3rd group today that got their reservation refunded so something needs to change asap. This place has great bowling lanes, a card room, a game room for the kiddos (and adults), and a restaurant with excellent food and friendly service. We tried the burgers, pizza and wraps. Everything was great! And even though they were packed we didn't have to wait long for our order. The servers were very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. We did not have to wait for refills which I always appreciate! They are known for their breakfast so we came back today to try it out and we were not disappointed! Absolutely SUCKED! Waitress was horrible......fish was still cold in the middle and then they recooked it and burnt it and it was chewy! Will never eat there again! Literally have not returned a meal in a very long time (saw Waiting) but this was horrid! In response to comment: Thursday 7/21 @ 7pm. Not worthy of requesting a manager as waitress was very nice but she kept blaming the "new system" for her slowness. She apologized numerous times....just really poor all the way around. read more
