They barely put any eggs in the bowl, and on multiple occasions I've gotten what amounts to basically ONE chicken nugget worth of chicken. The hash browns are also soggy about half the time instead of being fresh and crispy like they should be. I've brought these issues to their attention multiple times, yet they continue to happen. At this point, I genuinely don't understand it. Does Chick-fil-A not have a standard recipe, portion guide, or quality standard employees are supposed to follow when preparing these orders? When you're paying full price, you should receive a reasonable portion of chicken, the proper amount of ingredients, and hash browns that are actually fresh. Customers shouldn't have to inspect their food every single time just to make sure they received what they paid for. The inconsistency at this location really needs to be addressed.

Got my spicy chicken biscuit sandwich craving this morning. There were about 3 cars ahead of me but the line moved super fast as it typically does at CFA. Customer service is top notch at CFA Jomax as it is in other CFA locations. The complete opposite in customer service near the bottom of the barrel is naturally Micky D's and Taco Bell which rarely even make eye contact nor acknowledge you when you order drive thru. I don't usually order food for take out, but good to know Pasta Lovers is an option.

It had been awhile since I've been to a SomeBurros; so I forgot about their "service style". I was the odd lady walking around with a tray trying to figure out where the trashcan was and how to drop off my tray!! I ordered the bean tostada! I love their tostadas and I was excited for the bonus chips/salsa (forgot about that too). Their red salsa is one of my favorites and I definitely smothered my tostada with it! The refried beans at SomeBurros is key - I always opt for the tostada or the kids bean burro. I prefer places like this due to à la carte or kid versions. So I don't really eat at Carls Jr much as I'm more of a Mickey Ds person but I gotta post my review because . . . the Famous Star double beats the Big Mac hands down!! I came here on a whim and just was asking the nice and friendly Carl's Jr worker (Gabriel) what the best burger on the menu was. He suggested I get the Famous Star so I made it a double with onion rings instead of fries. Great customer service by Gabriel, he helped me understand the other things on the menu. This burger was absolutely the reason why I love to eat. Everything was spot on!! Lettuce, onions and tomatoes with whatever sauce they use for it was amazing. Onion rings were hot, fresh and crispy!! I'm gonna be eating more Carls Jr now that I know the Famous Star burger is so good. The pricing is very reasonable for a high quality burger. The ambience here is very relaxed and chill with cool music playing. The air condition is at a perfect level, not freezing and not uncomfortably warm. If you haven't tried Carl's Jr before give it a try. Nice clean restaurant, they keep the interior looking nice.

After researching local recommendations, we came across this place and were immediately intrigued. Lobster rolls for under $20? That's almost unheard of these days! We decided to take a chance, and I'm glad we did. This is definitely a unique concept. Orders are placed online or through the drive-thru kiosk, and everything is cashless--you simply tap your card to pay. There isn't a dining room or seating area, so it's more of a grab-and-go experience. We ordered the warm lobster rolls with butter, and they did not disappoint. The butter comes conveniently packaged on the side, making it easy to spread over the roll. The lobster was flavorful, the roll was delicious, and the value for the price was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately told our family members who live in the area that they needed to check it out for themselves. If you're looking for a tasty lobster roll without spending a fortune, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

I just paid $22.99 for a jumbo size lobster roll. What i got was a wad of lobster in a texas toast folded in half. This is ridiculous. The girl confirmed she weighed it out to 5.5 oz. Pictures below. Oh year I put the key fob in the tray so you can see how small the sandwich is as a reference. I usually find myself coming here late at night when I am craving some fried chicken, and it always hits the spot. I have pretty much tried everything on their menu, and overall, their chicken is consistently crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My only minor gripe is that the seasoning can sometimes be a little too salty for my liking. I usually ask for extra dipping sauce to help balance out the saltiness and add a little more flavor. The workers are nice and friendly, and their drive-thru makes pickup convenient, especially when ordering ahead through their app. Nothing too fancy, just a decent spot for some satisfying fried chicken whenever the craving strikes.

Again, I was the only person in the drive through, yet it took longer than expected to place my order. I was eventually directed to window #1. When I came around the bend, I was surprised to find her two cars ahead of me. I waited for again, an unreasonable amount of time, to the point I was about to pull out of the line and find lunch elsewhere. It was finally my time at window #1 and I became confused since no one came to the window, so I eventually moved to the next window. At that window, service was prompted. I was handed my food (4 piece tenders with a drink and a strawberry cheesecake). I still had my debit card in hand as I went to pay for my food; however the lady closed the window. When she returned, she had my strawberry cheesecake and handed it to me. Again, I go to hand her my card and again she closes the window. I double checked my order as I was now waiting for my drink, and to pay, and my order was correct. When the window opened again, there appeared to be a manager who I assumed was going to say something about me having my order, but not paying, so I beat her to it and told her that no one came to the first window so I thought perhaps this was the correct window. Without further conversation I handed her my card. Fast forward, after I paid and received my drink; I'm ready to enjoy my lunch. SO DISAPPOINTING! The fries appeared to be old, the toast was slightly burnt and stale, and the strawberry cheesecake tasted like banana with a lot of whipped cream (first bite is all it took). The chicken strips in all fairness, appeared to be fresh and my fruit punch as just right. Overall, this was a disgustingly NO for me and definitely not worth the $21.13 that I paid.
