This was a quick stop for a take out lunch at Panda Express however there was no aspect of 'express'. There was a line of 8 cars ahead and the line stood still for 3 minutes then slowly crept forward. I should have parked the car and walked in, would have saved 10 minutes according to my estimate. They also didn't have teriyaki chicken, strike 2 for me. The fried rice and egg roll was bland. Perhaps, its time to find a fast food Chinese restaurant as a backup. The orange chicken was the saving grace of the whole meal.

Employee stocking the counter area after having dropped half a cup full of plastic forks on the floor, and then putting them back.

Well, after striking out at the Panda near 168th and Maple, I'd begun going out of my way in my quest for Panda Express teriyaki chicken. I don't know why that is so difficult to get, but I went this past Wednesday evening to the location close to 180th and Center. I arrived and my receipt is time-stamped 8:34pm. I asked for a large teriyaki chicken and medium fried rice, same as always. Pull up to the window and they tell me it's a 14 minute wait. I'd left early for work, knowing I was going out of my way, and if they were right on 14 minutes, I'd still make it, so I agreed to pull around and park in the Panda Prison to wait. TWENTY TWO MINUTES later, my food came out the door. Yup, late for work thanks to Panda-Not-So-Express. But you know what REALLY got this review just one star? While I was waiting, I had nothing to do but watch the inside of the restaurant, and I saw an employee filling the utensil cups on the counter. He brought out four cups of utensils. He placed two on the counter, and the other two must be reserve for quick refill when they're busy. Those two cups, he was going to stow in the cabinet below the counter. He bent down to put them in, and about half of the forks from one cup fell on the floor. Plastic forks, probably a restaurant-cost of less than a penny each, not wrapped in plastic, and he PICKED THEM UP OFF THE FLOOR, PUT THEM BACK IN THE CUP AND STOWED THE TWO CUPS IN THE CABINET!!! Pity the people who then used those forks in the restaurant Thursday afternoon and evening!!

The catering manager called me to confirm my order and ensure I had any questions answered. They delivered it themselves and not a delivery service like door dash which I appreciated as delivery service drivers tend to handle large food orders in a more...carefree manner. The delivery person was a delight and set everything up in a thoughtful manner. The food was delicious. The portions were insane. They had gluten free pita. Ordered for 12 and could have easily fed 15. I can tell my team will be requesting this more often. And I will definitely be stopping in personally for some good eats.

It was definitely on the thin side and there were less roasted veggies (a piece of cauliflower and mostly zucchini with essentially no flavor of their own) than I anticipated there would be. I was thinking that the lamb would be real lamb steak chunks since it was pricer than the beef option, but it was gyro meat texture. Granted, the gyro was DELICIOUS. The best bite of the bowl, probably the best gyro meat I've had. I thought there would be a decent amount of fresh tomatoes on top, but no dice. I think I maybe got four cherry tomatoes halves. The pita was good enough, unremarkable. I've eaten a decent amount of Mediterranean food and worked at a Greek restaurant for three years, and this meal didn't live up to my expectations. With the to-go plating, the meat was on one side and hummus and veggies were on the other side of a partitioned container. It just felt weird. They couldn't stock a to-go bowl large enough to contain a bowl? I'd pass on this meal.

After I ordered I saw 10 other people with order numbers in their hand so that was an indication of the wait we were about to endure. We had to stand for a bit before a table was available. It took 45 minutes before the food arrived. Now the food. It was good enough to say I'll try it again. If it wasn't for the generous portion of fries I would have left hungry. I'd be happy to pay $18 for two sliders and half the amount of fries. Fries were good but most likely a premade frozen fry nothing unique. The size of the burger was honestly comparable to the McBurger not the Big Mac (smaller and less meat). Couldn't have been more than 1/4 lb. Very thin. Yes I know it's a smash burger but paper thin and didn't pour out of an already tiny bun. I ordered the heat burger. It came with pepper jack cheese jalapeños and aïoli sauce. I dipped it in ketchup b/c it seemed dry. The 9 year old ordered the classic with added bacon. I'd say add the 3rd patty for $3 to make the meat to bun ratio closer to equal.

The restaurant itself played music and was very very clean!! Food itself was fresh but average. Wheat or white bread are the beginning options. Toasted to them means grilled, whereas a "cold cut" is still toasted bread. It's a good thing to know going into ordering decisions. I ordered the Italian sub and it was ok- I think it would've been better without the grill because the oils from the meat had soaked the bread. Boyfriend, C's Review: Service was prompt and professional. The restaurant itself was very cleaned and organized. Food made fresh although overhyped in my opinion. I ordered the club cold cut and it came out with the bread toasted and made it dry which we now know is their normal. I do not care for toasted sandwiches. With so many other sub sandwich places in Omaha this wouldn't be my go-to. It was nice to finally give this place a try! Went there and the initial person behind the grill greeted me and took my order. I believe she was the manager. The Philly Fireball was fine. They cooked the fries fresh so it was just a minute to finish. The Jr Philly Meal - I asked for no jalapeno, but they were mixed in the meat that I tried to pick out. They never asked about toppings for the Jr sandwich, but did provide once I asked for it. The "treat" that was supposed to come with the meal was never offered.
