Used the drive thru instead of the internet this trip yesterday kind of a spur of the moment thing since we decided as we were driving by. Usually, I have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately today I was met with poor customer service. I work as a DoorDasher, and the manager that works here clearly is not cut out for his job. I'm not sure if he is overwhelmed, but his customer service is lacking. I asked him for an update on my customers order. I was met with a short answer and a scoff because he must have been more busy fixing his monitor when I asked him. He said "no it's not ready." However, immediately after another employee corrected him, saying it is ready and apologized on his behalf. read more

This is one of the most efficient Chik's in the city. There is a lot of space here and not a huge traffic jam. The quality here is consistent with other locations and after we have some appointments out here it's a quick and easy way to satisfy the whole family. Let's just say, the sandwich was good. Waffle fries soggy. Order messed up. I ordered the new pimento sandwich and I wanted it cut in two and put in two boxes. The girl seemed fine when I ordered it. When I got to the window, it wasn't cut in two. The guy said they don't do that. I asked why the girl didn't tell me that when I ordered. He went and did it though (although no "My pleasure!") I ordered a cookie and it wasn't in the bag. I also didn't get a straw for the drink. He went and got them, but no "Sorry, we really messed up your order." Food was wrong when ordered, im not one to be a karen and yell or anything either, went inside and just told a gal my sandwich was wrong. She was nice about it, apologizing and asking for the kitchen to remake. I could see (her boss?) a guy in a polo/collar shirt shaking his head with an eye roll, kinda ticked me off. Id really wanted to get their new drink and have a chill drive home since this location is not normally in my route like ever! Too bad this first time experience was rough, but i get it not everyone has a good day, maybe the employees just had a big rush or something, but if i was nice and not making a scene id expect to just have a simple sorry or just a fix up on the sandwich. A quick drive though for a lunch stop resulted in a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a vanilla milkshake. The sirchacha sauce was a great add for the spiced up filet and served as a dipping sauce for some of the waffle fries. I usually do not stop at this fast food place but wanted something a bit different today. Also, this location is notorious for long drive through lines during peak eating times. read more

The only complaint I have with this location is that it is awkward to get in and out of. Other than that, the food has always been good and the service has always been great! I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-a for over 20 years, and I'm delighted they finally found their way to West Omaha. This one isn't quite as friendly and helpful as other locations I've been to over the years, but they're nice enough to suit me. And the food is always outstanding. Real chicken breast, cooked fresh, rather than bits and pieces of mystery meat like others serve. Love the waffle fries and yummy peach shakes, too. Another favorite is the chicken salad sandwich. It is the standard by which all other chicken salad is measured. In the chilly months, the chicken soup is a perfect accompaniment to a sandwich, but not hearty enough to have as the only item in the meal. They serve breakfast, but I haven't tried that yet and haven't seen reviews for it. To be aware of: ** They need to put a bit more effort into housekeeping. Even during relatively slow times, tables and floors need attention. ** There is a play area for kids. It must be a fun one because this place draws a lot of families, and parents in West Omaha seem to have some neighborhood rule *against* teaching their kids how to use a quieter voice inside, not climb on tables, etc. If rowdy kids delight your heart, this is the place for you. read more

Chick-fil-A is one of two fast food restaurants I will frequent. Although, anyone who's ever tried going through the drive thru any time after 4:30 will tell you, it's anything BUT fast :) I can't fault a restaurant for being popular. Love that we finally get a Chick-Fil-A out West! We have literally been counting down the days until they opened and now they're here. I'm not crazy enough to camp out for their "First 100" but we were crazy enough to go eat there for dinner on opening day! We arrive shortly after 5pm on Thursday/Opening day. The drive through was cray cray, however, the inside wasn't as bad. From the time we walked through the doors until we ordered was about 7 minutes and the food came to our table in under 5 minutes. Also we were handed cookie samples while waiting in line and they are amazing! You could tell they were overstaffed for opening day which meant you probably bumped and tripped over at least one employee, BUT it also meant the tables were spotless, drinks were quickly refilled, and employees threw away our trash. Much like the service if a sit down restaurant! (Obviously that probably won't be how it is forever) Food was perfect, hot and delicious and everyone was friendly. Bathrooms were really clean as well (considering how busy it was) and there was no shortage of yummy sauces! The owner of this location, Stu, is a really nice guy so be sure to say hi to him. I came in with my family the gentleman (Justin) at the counter did not say hi or anything which is fine I ignored it. Usually when I go to chick-fil-A I go there because of there service. Love love love this place an I'm not even a fan of "fast food" I mean who doesn't love chick fil a; am I wrong....but I'm not gonna dive into talking about how juicy an delicious their chicken sandwiches are cuz you already know but let's talk about an item you probably haven't tried; their chicken noodle soup; holy crap once again I'm shocked It has taken me this long to order this but then again who orders soup at a fast food drive thru?? This dude I guess an will continue to do so. During a cold front I saw it on the menu was freezing my butt off so decided to go w that as my side....wow the chicken in it was shredded an absolutely delicious an fresh an there were fresh veggies in it as well; the noodles weren't soggy or falling apart an all in all I'm not gonna lie it was a top ten chicken noodle soup in my opinion and something I wouldn't skip on the menu. The chicken bites are also epic as well; the only item that honestly doesn't do much for me are their waffle fries which is really the only reason I can't give it a full five star..you guys got some work to do in them. We frequent this Chick-fil-A quite often. First, my oldest son is a crazy fan and second, it's closest to our house, and finally, the service is always great. Like any chain, the food is the food so there really is nothing here to differentiate this one from any other location other than the service. They are typically fast, efficient, and they say it is their pleasure to serve me. So, that's pretty good. Getting in and out of this location is a little odd as there is only one real entrance. And, they are building some other business right near it now, so I can only imagine parking might require a bit more patience in the future. But, bring it with you and all will be right with the world when you take that bite out of a delicious spicy chicken sandwich. read more

The new Mac & Cheese is excellent but it comes at a pretty substantial cost. Substituting it instead of fries is an extra $1.30. The lemonade surcharge is an extra 35c. YUM! I love Chick-fil-a. The workers are almost always very pleasant and friendly. Which is very hard to find in fast food. I usually get chicken sandwich. It is so simple, but so delicious! They also have wonderful waffle fries. What really makes the experience, is their special sauce. It is excellent on your fries and sandwich! My husband usually gets the chicken nuggets and he raves about them. If you are looking for an excellent place to get chicken this is your place. It always comes out hot and wonderful. This was a overall good experience. I ordered the 12 counts grilled nuggets with a side salad and avocado lime dressing and my husband had a chicken sandwich with fries. They food was delicious! I can't help but make it clear and know, you need to try the avocado lime ranch. It's SO good!! The service was courteous and the wait time was minimal, especially for how busy it was during supper time. The only suggestion would be that they try to me more social or outgoing towards customers. Walked in to the establishment and there was no line. Took my time examining the menu and the workers were very responsible of our time. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal which came with a side of fries. Halfway through ordering my food, I heard a rather loud, haunting squeal/battle cry coming from the play room. I will put that aside because at the end of the day, kids will be kids. The chicken sandwich basically melted in my mouth. I will say, it was amazing and the fries were too. Have to comment about the employee "powwow" was not the best. Roughly 6 employees were making ruckus behind my booth. It was fairly difficult to concentrate on my meal with all of the childish chatter. All in all, the food was amazing, but the chatter and battlecry definitely docked the review, although it deserves a solid three star rating atleast. Horrible! We love Chick Fil A and this location is just plain bad! They built what appears to be the smallest possible floor plan and kitchen they could. Their through-put in the drive-thru and inside is horrible. It took us 45 minutes to go through the drive-thru and 35 minutes inside in two separate visits. Even after we finally got our food the lady came up to us and basically threw it at me and than I had to stand there for another 5 minutes until I could ask for some sauce. As I was leaving I actually saw people walking up, taking a look inside, and leaving. This is so totally foreign to us for a Chick-Fil-A location to see that it was shocking. First off i did not get my moneys worth. I ordered the Chik-fil-A sandwich and i got a piece of meat that was depressing to look at and three pieces of pickles that looked frozen and all put one on top of another.
