I order their spicy chicken sandwich basket. The fries were hot right out of the fryer. The spicy chicken sandwich was very bland and just ok at best. Culver's puts out a coupon to buy a burger...get one for a dollar....this location would not honor the coupon...I presented this if I buy a basket with that burger in a basket.. I would qualify to get the one for a dollar... the manager stated statedicould buy a burger ....then add the fries and drink and get receive the coupon burger... is that not the same as purchasing the basket and getting the coupon burger? Talk about not thinking outside the box. I will vote with my feet and never go to a Culver's again... Well, this was our final visit to this location. They have consistently gotten our orders wrong, and had cold food. I waited a week to think about posting, but I have to. For this first time our order was correct, but the food quality was terrible. I ordered the 3 piece Walley meal, my wife ordered a different fish meal. This time the fish was so greasy we couldn't stand it. It was JUST warm enough to serve, we prefer it HOT. I LOVE fish, especially Walley. I ate one piece and struggled hard to finish the second. I threw the third piece away!! The grease was terrible. The fries were JUST warm enough to eat. I also order the Vegetable Beef soup. I have had much better from a store branded can! There was ONE big piece of meat. I almost forgot, the soup was so hot I could not eat it at first. That has never happened to me before. I actually was putting my fries into the soup to warm them up enough to eat. We have had enough. I do not recommend this location to anyone! On a side note, the Bellevue location is much better. I used to live on 96th & Giles and would frequent this Culver's but that was over 10 years ago. I rarely go to fast food restaurants but this is a level above fast food. As I was driving down Giles today and saw this place I got a yearning for the Double Butter Burger and so went to the drive thru. The menu has more than burgers but this was an easy choice. You pay at the window and if there are cars behind you, you get a number and move forward to one of three waiting spots and they deliver to your window. The Butter Burger is quite simple but is one of the better burgers in town. I need to branch out and try other items on their menu. read more

This fast food restaurant is normally a stand out from the rest of the competition. This was not so this evening. The place was busy which is not an excuse. Th burgers came out cold with hot fries. I should have sit the fries on top the burgers for a quick warm up. It would have been faster. We sent it all back. The second time it was barely warm. I ate it because I was tired of waiting. My husband's came with no cheese and a bonus mushroom. He loathe mushrooms. The third time it turned into a single with cheese instead of a double with cheese plain. This review is for there concrete mixer. I love to not just have icecream and Oreos but icecream with my Oreos. And when I find employees that can really understand that you ha e hit a gold mine and that is what I have found here at this location. I always ask for extra Oreo and then after a second or to goes by I add on "don't be shy" and this seems to do the trick! Usually good food comes out of here. Drove through and ordered a cheeseburger, vanilla shake, and sourdough melt. Cheeseburger was under cooked and a dry blob. The bread was smashed down and there was nothing in this that was redeemable. The dog was ok with the patty. The vanilla shake had black flakes of something dispersed throughout the shake and not fit for consumption. The melt was dry. I've had all of the chicken options at Culvers and each time it is a huge disappointment. Why is there such minimal lettuce?? It's as if someone couldn't commit to putting lettuce on the sandwich and just drop a couple strands accidentally. It's chewy and a bit weird.. I also got one pickle. The overall quality of chicken crispy or grilled is a joke. If I judged this place on ice cream 5 out of 5 burgers is probably a 3 and fries are a 3. My wife and I have been going to Culver's for years and when we travel it is the place we hunt out above all others. We live equal distance between two Culver's but the one on Giles is the best one in town so that is where we go. The crew their knows us by name and they take care of us. The food is good, the prices reasonable and the place is clean. There is plenty of parking and recently my son and his family moved to within a mile of this store. What a great life. I ordered a Swiss burger and was given a Swiss brisket and didn't realize it was incorrect on the ticket until I received my order. I took it back up and they apologized for the mix up and had my food out quickly. Fresh fries, not too salty. Side salad with a couple grape tomatoes and slices of cucumber. Pepsi products. Not too busy the dining room was in disarray. Wrappers and random fries on the floor. Beverage station had quite a bit dried tea/soda all over. Hadn't been cleaned in a while. Went to Culver's today all I ordered was a large iced tea and cheese curds because .I had to wait for my cheese curds so I took a sleep drink of my iced tea and found out it was sweet tea. I asked an employee who was delivering someone else's order in the waitline to get me an iced tea, not a sweet tea. He came back and gave me not a large, but a medium I took a drink, and it was still sweet tea when the gentleman came and brought me my cheese curds I told him that for the second time I got the sweet tea and he told me I had to be wrong. He knew that it was not sweet tea. I told him he needed. To go in and taste it for himself. He said well he knew that it wasn't sweet tea. I didn't like being told that I didn't know what was or wasn't sweet tea. Very disappointing visit here yesterday. Stopped in for ice cream and ended up waiting at the counter for well over ten minutes before finally stepping up and asking how much longer it would be. Sadly there was a gentleman in front of us waiting for ice cream as well, he'd been waiting for almost fifteen minutes already. There was staff literally just standing around doing nothing. The girl that we had to ask to serve us and the gentleman in front of us was full of attitude. Actually everyone of the staff seemed to have attitudes and were in pissy moods. We've visited here numerous times and this was absolutely the worst service we've ever received. Even the manager, who was on the phone for the duration of our visit, seemed to be pissy. I went there to order a butterburger value basket with a root beer. Simple order. The girl on the drive thru speaker was snarky and didn't tell me my total, even though I can read it I like to be told so I know I can pull forward and there are no questions. I waited til she said something and when she finally did, it was a sarcastic tone. I pulled up to the window and got eye rolls from the 2 people when I asked for a side of ranch, didn't receive that BTW. I like to dip my fries in the ranch! Also no ice in my drink. Whatever. Anyways, I was continuously told to pull forward after paying even though there were people in front of me so I couldn't move. The guy told me there was a line behind me and I realized that but there was nowhere to go! I went through the drive in this evening with a simple order. I ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich, mashed potatoes with no gravy and a bottle of water. She charged my card and then realizes she has no bottled water. They offered to give me a glass of water, how nice of them, when I'd paid for the bottle. I then get home and they've put gravy on my potatoes when I'd specifically said no gravy. This isn't the first time my meal has been messed up and I could understand if it was super busy but it wasn't. I won't be going back. read more
