My wrap came with buffalo sauce which was not listed on that menu item- might be worth checking if that's not your thing! The sides are generous and the Hot Lips basket could definitely serve 2! Got DoorDash from here and was 'meh.' I got the grilled chicken sandwich which was solid. And the chicken lips quesadilla. Interesting concept with the cheese grilled on the outside. The fries though, limp, soggy crinkle cut with no seasoning. Can't expect a ton from delivery in terms of crispiness but some salt or seasoning would have been good. We decided to go watch the Nebraska game here on Saturday and even though everyone said their food was very good, the service was not. Our waitress could have been way more attentive (and even apologized for this multiple times but nothing changed). At one point, my friend was waiting at least 10 mins for their soft drinks so she went up to the bar and saw our waitress sitting on her phone!! She apologized for forgetting about the drinks, but then asked my friend if she was ok taking the drinks back to our table!!!! We were shocked. The other thing my husband noticed (who worked in the bar industry) was the staff didn't clean off a single table until after the party had left. Dirty dishes, cans, bottles, etc. just sitting on tables. It was pretty distasteful they couldn't clear them off and we had clearly placed our all of our dirties at the end of our table. I have been by this a lot of times. Finally got the opportunity to try it. The menu is a little overwhelming, and as much as I do not like chicken strips I felt a strong need to try the chicken lips. I don[t remember the flavor I got but I do remember that it was pretty good. However, just like I don't believe boneless chicken wings should be a thing - this kind of falls in the same category - the were good but the sauce just makes them soggy. The fries were pretty good, but nothing special. My biggest concern would have ben the service - I felt like it was more difficult than it should have been to get service. The plastic cups were stacked wet, which a gross, and there were weird dark liquid pitchers at each end of the bar, also not desirable. However, the vibe was fun and friendly. A group of belligerent, drunk people inside the bar made our experience more unbearable. The loud, screaming, swearing, and yelling were heard from the opposite side of the restaurant. Everything was civil and the conversation ended and the bartender didn't enjoy the conversation I'm guessing. No fighting or loud noise I asked for a beer and he said we're no longer to have a drink and cut us off. Alot of people are very upset over it that were there that were part of the conversation. If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. Tanner's location in Ralston on 72nd and Harrison. I booked the private party room on 06/28/2023 for my husband's birthday on 10/21/2023 (4 months in advance). Now, his birthday is on a Husker football day, and we want to have the birthday party during the game to watch it. I was up front about this and also up front with the fact that we would not know game time until a week prior when the time is released. This was not an issue at the time of booking, and I have the emails to prove it. 10/04/2023-A voicemail was left by Kariah Sedillo (the same person I emailed with back in June) telling me that someone else was interested in the room, they have a time, and my party would be relocated to the main dining area. I returned her call promptly and reminded her that I was told back in June that the pending time would not be an issue. She agreed to call the other party and see if they would mind being in the main dining area if we were still in the party room. I received another voicemail from Kariah stating that she spoke with her boss and they decided to go with the other party and the private room was no longer available for my event that I book 3-4 months ago! I called back to let her know I received her voicemail and to share my frustration as the event is 2 weeks away, I asked to speak with her boss (wanted to make sure they had all the info for this decision), and she hung up on me before I finished the word "boss". This Tanner's is very close to my home, and we go there quite often, even booking the party room previously, and I can say this location does not deserve my money any longer. We have also had friends get FOOD POISONING here and we still gave them chances after that. I know good customer service is hard to find these days and people don't get fired as everyone is short staffed but let me tell you... good customer service is going to be the thing that keeps locations open! This location is open times "dead" when we go in and you just lost more customers. Shame on you Tanner's for backing out on a booking for a different opportunity and shame on you, Kariah, for not having any empathy and going back on your word. read more

got kicked out because they didn't believe I was 22. i ordered a water, they asked for my ID, and I gave it to them. Bartender questioned me because my ID was from out of state. it was fine and I explained why. He seemed okay after that and he handed back my ID. Not five minutes later, he told me and my friend to leave and said that the story didn't add up and he started saying that he asked me questions that I "refused" to answer when he didn't ask me the first time. I had no idea this place was in the neighborhood until I was driving by one evening and notice the bright lights shining down below from the road. During the day you would definitely miss it unless looking for it because the access road sits above the small strip mall it's located in. Either way, I had heard about Tanner's so I was happy to have an opportunity try it. My family arrived around 4:30pm and was greeted right away as we sat ourselves. It was early so plenty of open tables. Our waitress/bartender Anna, was extremely friendly and willing to answer questions as it was our first time. The menu has a variety of appetizers, burgers, wings, chicken/gourmet sandwiches and salads (no pizza as one reviewer said). We ordered two appetizers. The mozzarella sticks and drummies. Both tasted great and the dummies were big. In fact all portions were large. I included pics of the Big K Booga, Wai Ki Chiki sandwich and Eggy sandwich. Everyone was happy with their choices. Asked for a beer list, they said they are working on it.. I guess making a list on paper is too much work, then again memorizing 8 different taps was also so what was I expecting. Menu is basic; sandwiches, pizza, appetizers and salads. Your basic run of the mill bar food, nothing memorable or making me go back. As mentioned by others this restaurant has a strange smell when you walk in but by the time you get seated you no longer notice it. The food is classic bar food but is very good and served quickly. The selection of beers is small but they do a good job of having a variety of styles from different breweries. My family came in for food and drinks around 6pm tonight. It was very packed. We found a table in the deck area that was empty but had dirty cups and dishes on it. The tall girl with big purple glasses immediately helped us to the table we wanted. As busy as she was, she made time to clear our new table off and wash it down since it was sticky. Must have been children at the table lol. She got our drinks and food in a quick manner though the bar seemed swamped with only one bartender serving both sides and keno. Bless the bartender's soul. We got wings, different flavors of Lips, Jalapeno cheese bites, fries, onion rings, giant salad & pitchers of Blue Moon & a few Cokes. The food came out amazing!!! The location is pretty good for us, food is generally in the realm of bar food and service is either average or bad at best depending upon the times I have been there. Yesterday my son dropped in with his three young daughter's after their softball games and the place was moderately busy. Went on a dead lunch day. Told the server no dairy and proceeded to say no butter no cheese. When my food came out it had butter as well as an excuse. She said the cook didn't speak English and it was not her fault it came out that way. She also expressed that she did not know what allergies were. Upon our return (8:15pm), the general manager on duty kept on eye on our table. We weren't loud, we were ordering drinks and food, yet he kept watching. When one of our "black" members went up to inquire about drinks, the manager followed him back and was very disrespectful telling him to leave or he would call the cops. Our entire long table never saw him say anything wrong yet the manager said he was calling the police for him to leave. Our staff member went outside saying "this is his life" and it breaks my heart! How is this acceptable? This is a man who has made connections and differences with students this entire school year. He is valuable to this process and a business establishment can do this?!
