Had a little birdie slide into my DMs the other night, and mentioned I should get down to Choo-Choo's and try their wings! So... that's what I did! Now I'm not a *huge* wing connoisseur so my 5-star is relevant to *my* tastebuds and *my* experience but I will say I was PLEASANTLY surprised at the amount of flavor these bad girls packed. Also, why I thought my shrinking stomach could handle 15 I'll never know but I scarfed down 6 busting at the seams, with plenty for the next day. Was I greedy in ordering 15? Yea, probably... but at $0.69 a pop, it doesn't break the bank! Garlic Butter Parmesan was the choice for all 15, and I will GLADLY be burping up garlic for the next 12hrs; gladly! T grabbed the 6 Honey BBQ ones and commented on how delicious those were. But did I offer a taste of my choosing? NOPE! (so so garlic-ee, buttery, parmesan-ee good!) T's never ending search for that *bomb-ass-reuben* is still on going so ordering their Reuben, was no shocker! I was told that they "cook their own corned beef in house" and it MADE a total difference! He wasn't sayin' much while he was eating which isn't his norm! Equal ratio of corned beef to Swiss to dressing to bread is always a winner in his book. The fries? He said they reminded him of another local burger joint and were just as good! They also make their own ranch for those ranch whores We waited about 30-ish minutes for the food and I'm told that's on the low end during their wing night, so no valid complaints from us. I tend to be impatient by nature when I feel my *food-mood* shift, but I'm the problem, it's me; not them! Well worth the wait if you're askin! Smashed a Tree Frog off of their cocktail menu! Reminded me of the perfect drink for brunch; orange-juicy, vodka-ee, colorful + a decently sized maraschino cherry that I could've used more of, personally. Boy do I love those little fools. I did have my eye on their other cocktails but the name escapes me at the moment. I WILL be back for that one! Tucked away in the strip with a few OTHER local Omaha businesses parking is best after end of business it seems. It was quite filled up!

My wife and I went here today for a lunch date because I wanted to try a new burger place and we live nearby. Initially when we pulled up, it looks like a dive bar but the inside was well kept and inviting. As a non-regular, I wasn't exactly sure which door to go in (it's the one with the restaurant name on it lol). When we went in, there were two people at the bar and nobody dining in. Our first table was dirty so we moved to another and placed our order. The waitress was extremely friendly, getting us anything we needed and bringing us a small pitcher of water to refill with - I drink a lot of water intentionally and wish more restaurants would do this!!! We started off with the appetizer of fried mushrooms/cauliflower (a half-and-half). The mushrooms are the darker pieces and the cauliflower were the lighter ones. I did not eat the mushrooms, my wife tried the cauliflower but the mushrooms were definitely for her. We both had pieces that were cold in the center and some of her mushrooms leaked a bit of juice, but most of it was hot and crispy. For my main course, I got the patty melt with tater tots. The patty melt was juicy with a little bit of pink, but a tad under-seasoned. The tater tots were crispy, salty, and very tasty! My wife got the Hindenburger, which came with jalapenos, pepperjack cheese and nuclear sauce. It was definitely spicy but had good flavor! We got anything needed during the meal and had a very enjoyable lunch. I would return again and try other items that sounded equally delicious.

The best french dip sandwich you'll ever eat (let alone at a dive bar). Go on Thursday for lunch, you won't regret it.

Cool little div-ish bar. Reminds me a lot of a small bar back home. Wings were good, servers were friendly, and nice beer selection.

I've gone here a few times now and I've always thought the food was pretty good. I've tried their wings and tacos so far and I think the wings would have to be my favorite. My favorite part of smash park is the different areas of activities they have. They've got several games that are free and are inside and outside. But they also have a great variety of games that need to be reserved and paid for. The price points area a range and I think they offer cheaper prices for pickle ball during certain times of the week. I'd have to say I think my favorite game to play here has got to be Duckpin bowling. My boyfriend and I have enjoyed this game with his cousins as well as his parents and siblings. It's fun, pretty reasonably priced, and there's seating in this area too if you wanted to order a snack or drink. Sometimes I think this little corner gets forgotten about by the staff but they are easy to flag down if you need help. I haven't tried the upstairs area and I wished the arcade was a little bigger but it is a great place to hangout with friends and family with a variety of food on the menu and different games to play as well!

We showed up around 6:30 with a party of 4 expecting to wait for a table, but were seated right away because we were the only table in the restaurant at that time. We quickly learned why. Waiter was awkward and inattentive. We had to ask several times for our drinks to be refilled. The mahi mahi was delicious, but sides were lacking. Flavorless rice pilaf and Brussels sprouts that were at the same time undercooked and burned. French dip sandwich had good beef and cheese, but the dipping sauce was odd and lacked flavor. Burger was dry and overcooked. Ordered a lime margarita, and when all the other drinks were delivered except that one, the waiter said it was because they were out of lemonade - when delivered, the "lime margarita" was lemonade and tequila. We ordered cheese nachos later to our room, along with their "bread service" and cheesecake. The nachos didn't have anything on them resembling cheese - it's supposed to have a black bean and corn salsa, but it seemed like a corn chowder with black beans added in; they were just gross. The bread is just a couple of hard rolls and cold butter packets. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious, but I'm so sad to have wasted the money and the delivery fee on the rest of it. Between when we arrived and when we left around 7:30, we were one of three tables being served in the whole restaurant. On a Saturday night. Food and service are definitely not worth it.

My family and I love going to the movies, and we have opted for the season pass at times because of how often we come here. The ambiance is very comfortable, lush, and reminds me of old school movie theaters. Each set of seats has a table (and a purse hook, which I love) to give you a true dining experience while watching your favorite films. The Alamo consistently does movie series, and will show reruns or specials, one of my favorites being the Max Fleischer series featuring Betty Boop shorts. I love the opportunity to see older movies in theaters, and the Alamo does an amazing job of making the experience all-encompassing. I have been to one of their special brunch showings of White Christmas, for which they had a fun themed menu. It was truly the most fun and festive movie showing, and I would highly recommend getting the Alamo app to see what is showing in the future. Some movies are better on the big screen, and the Alamo consistently delivers. The menu is also great and I have always enjoyed everything I eat from here. I always try a burger and a new mixed drink, but their loaded fries are A+ and I would advise ordering them! The staff is incredibly kind, and very speedy. In the rare instance that my order has been forgotten, they have been very prompt in correcting the mistake. As someone who is tired of attending movies just to hear chatting and snickering, which I have had to deal with at other Omaha theaters, the Alamo has a strict no-phone, no-talk, no arriving late policy, which I personally feel makes the experience even better. They truly value the customer experience, and I will continue to come here time and time again.
