Only rating 4 stars because we online ordered for 7pm and wasn't ready till about 7:15. Food was good though and I love how they dump the fries. Not a bad place to go if you're okay with spending a pretty penny for a good burger.

Little cheeseburger
Rachel L.

Running errands all Saturday morning had me STARVING and in search of a burger. I was in the area of Five Guys and decided to give it a try. I decided to order the "smaller" portion sizes. I settled on a little cheeseburger, little fries, and a small drink...which cost me about $13!!! $13 for fast food burgers and fries just doesn't do it for me. The cheeseburger was good and worth going back for...not too greasy and well seasoned. The fries on the other hand were subpar. Some were cooked perfectly while others were soggy and greasy. The fry portion is pretty substantial. The little size is enough to feed a family of 4. All in all, I'll go back for a burger when I need a quick bite to eat, but I think I'll skip the fries.

An incorrect order

Ordered a bacon burger without the bun, (on the app) was ordered wrapped in lettuce. Was very disappointed to get it home and discover it was pile of food in a container, not wrapped in lettuce . Says right in the receipt, WRAP. It's not hard guys ..the fact that I also ordered this with ketchup, mustard and mayo, which was also missing, should have been a clue y'all didn't get it right..

This location is efficient, and consistent! The staff is always walking around and wiping tables and sweeping the floors- and the bathrooms stay clean all the times I have visited. Wait times for food are reasonable even in busy days. Depending on the staff, they are extremely generous with the fries (as most five guys locations are) we ordered a regular size last time and got an entire bag of fries! Sometimes I will tell them ahead of time not to add the 'extra' scoop if I'm just eating alone bc I know it'll get in thrown away and that's just wasteful. Perfect extra fry portions if you're sharing with a group though- you only need one order of fries!

Hmm... just got home with my order. I ordered 1little bacon cheeseburger with ketchup. The receipt showed the same. I got a cheeseburger (2patties) with bacon. I ordered a little bacon burger with ketchup and onion, the receipt showed a little hamburger with onion and ketchup. I got a little hamburger with ketchup. I ordered a regular fry. The receipt showed Cajun fries (which are disgusting) and that's what I got. I guess I should have looked at the receipt while I was waiting but this was a simple order. Maybe they couldn't hear me because at 9 pm they were busy scrubbing the floor in front of the grill and using a big wet vac to suck up the water. Probably something they should do after they close. The young lady that helped me at the front counter really seemed li I was bothering her. If someone from this facility wants to reach out I would be happy to discuss. If not rest assured that I will never be back. Giving 1 star because it won't let me give zero.

Their regular hamburger

I thought that this was an acceptable burger place. I was really wanting a cheeseburger at a causal place because I was in gym clothes and didn't want to change to go anywhere nicer than a "quick causal" place. Their small burger is a single and their normal burger is a double. I was really hungry so I got the regular but in the past I have gotten the smaller one and it filled me up. I like that they have the option for different sizes. I was kind of bothered by the fact they forgot to put bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. I would have complained but it took a long time to get our food and I was over waiting, especially when they weren't busy at all. This restaurant wasn't inviting or comfortable. They had their music crazy loud and the restaurant was SO incredibly cold! We had to eat outside to be able to deal with it. I would go back in an parka and ear muffs when I'm in the mood for an average burger and I'm up for a wait.

Omaha Cheesesteak

My workplace is starting up food trucks again after a few years hiatus and I'm so excited! The…read morekickoff event was Omaha Cheesesteak. They had 4 options - regular Philly cheesesteak ($13 and $2 extra for cheese whiz), Omaha cheesesteak (with corned beef), Korean cheesesteak (bbq sauce and more spicy toppings) and Buffalo chicken. My co-worker and I were thrilled to get the Philly and she didn't want the green pepper which they were happy to accommodate. Came in a nice take away box. We were both really pleased with our meals and had a super nice lunch together. I hope they come back again! Nice people running the food truck and they accepted cash or card.

Some of them were what you'd expect for a $17 food truck lunch (which is typically a lot more expensive than fast food however you're getting something a bit more healthy, and it helps to support self-employed workers in the food business), while some of them were kind of dry. Unfortunately my bowl was one that turned out dry. If I was the only one that received a barely mediocre lunch I would have said something, unfortunately the other people I was with didn't feel comfortable with calling out the cooks for serving them overpriced stuff thrown into a bowl so we just dealt with it and moved on. Somebody sitting next to me had a Korean bowl that looked so darn good I almost begged for a bite LOL. This place has potential however they were more concerned about that quick $17 than giving their customers a 'true' $17 meal.

In early 2025, Jersey Mike's was taken over by Blackstone, a ruthless private equity company. At…read moreabout the same time, there was major staff turnover at this store. What hasn't changed (yet): Compared to other sub shop chains in Omaha, Jersey Mike's has better and fresher ingredients, and the sandwiches are larger. They also cost a lot more. Ordering is a dilemma, especially if you want several sandwiches made your way instead of Mike's Way. You can give all the istructions up front, in which case some of them will be forgotten or miscommunicated. Or you can supervise each step, which can be an extreme exercise in multitasking. What has changed this year: There seem to be more employees, but they're less customer-focused. The woman who took my order on the last few visits appears demoralized and becomes visibly frustrated, if not hostile, if I don't place my order in *exactly* the way she prefers. On my last visit, she directly ordered the sandwich-maker to disregard my instructions. I hope she finds a job where she can be happy and were she doesn't drive off customers. Prices have increased and discounts have become less generous. Private equity seeks short-term profit over customer satisfaction or loyalty. There have been changes to the menu and decor which haven't impacted me. The menu numbers for the items they still carry seem to all be the same.

Jersey Mike's is probably my favorite sandwich shop! The sandwiches are massive and the "Mike's…read moreWay" option hits the spot. We have always had good service at this location and the restaurant is always clean. I personally like the #9 Club Deluxe, add mayo and bacon to it, trust me it's good!

They serve drinks Pepsi product and have a bar with margaritas, beer, etc. Didn't try a nothing special as the bar area didn't look like it gets used much so I wasn't confident on what the quality would be. Could be great, but presentation wasn't great. Didn't love: stood up front trying to figure out if we seat ourselves or get seated. The place was slow, so employees were hanging out in the kitchen area talking, one was laying across a table. Once we got their attention, we sat down. Good looking menu, my wife had the chicken and waffles. The tenders didn't look good, but she said they taste way better than they look. I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich and fries. Fries were great, typical good quality and fresh cut taste. Didn't like the chicken. Sauce was good, but you'll need a napkin as there is a lot. Chicken was chewy and a bit dry, so I'm not sure if it was plumped meat or if it was overcooked, but I only had 4 or 5 bites and left the rest. Ice tea, chicken sandwich and fries, chicken and waffles, and a bottle of beer was $42 before tip. Not an outrageous price at all, but on the higher end for locally owned restaurants in the area vs the quality of the meal. Again, it maybe better earlier in the day vs 6pm on a weeknight. May try again and see if it was just a one off. I gave them a four star, is really more like a 3.5. Service staff was pleasant, order was correct, etc, food quality was disappointing.
